Since no one at Enpass seems to think it's necessary to respond to problems and errors via email or here in the forum, I hope someone will finally help paying users. Just so you know, Enpass can still be used after your latest update. As mentioned in another post, synchronization isn't possible after the update. All the tips on the help page have been followed, but there's still no improvement. It's not due to our settings or systems, as nothing has changed there. It's definitely an Enpass issue, because a fresh installation results in the error message "Could not connect to the server," making activation impossible. I've been using Enpass with full Face ID unlock for years. Recently, I updated BIOS on the PC and the option to unlock Enpass with Windows Hello after the system (or Enpass) reboot is gone. I now see "Master password is required every time you restart Enpass". How can I restore the full Windows Hello functionality? I tried deleting and re-registering Face ID in Windows Settings, but this didn't help.

I actually tested it, Intel cpu supports winows hello unlock after application restart, AMD cpu does not support it, the key is that AMD's TPM part is not supported. Can your team solve it as easy to use as Bitwarden? Windows Store version 6.11.19

Enpass just updated on my Windows 10 desktop computer, but it won't open. It just keeps crashing. Two crash reports have been sent. I think the new Enpass version that is failing to run on my Windows 10 computer is 6.12.0 (2238). Please help with this new version as soon as possible. If not, I'll have to revert to the previous version. Please assist me to do this, if necessary.

When I start Windows, Enpass 6.12.0 (2238) opens in my face on the desktop. Can I make it open discreetly minimized to the system tray like older versions did?

Hello, Since mid august windows 11 or browser updates (edge, chrome and brave), I became unable to use enpass (from windows 11 store) to store new passkeys. I simply no longer have the option. Several sites are trying to enforce passkeys but I don't thing storing passkeys in the OS is safe at all so this is urgent for me. any idea when this will be fixed ? Also, is the desktop version better suited to windows 11 or all the same as store version ? Hi Enpass Team, First I want to say thank you: For the last couple of years, enpass crashed quite often on my notebook and since a few month it seems to be very stable. Thanks for that! Now to my little issue: When I activate autostart on windows start, every time enpass launches, it also launches a console window, that quickly after that closes. This by itself is no issue. But this also launches my Windows Terminal app, which after than stays open. As soon as I disable enpass autostart, this does not happen anymore. I'm in the process of moving to Linux from Windows and I was test to ensure Enpass would work on Linux. I tried restoring a back up from my Windows Enpass to the Linux Enpass and it told me my password wasn't valid. On Windows I have both the password and a key file, but Linux never asked about a key file. Would this be why the password was invalid? Then, I noticed my most recent backup was only 1kb in size. Looking at previous monthly backups I'm seeing a wide variety of size differences. If anything, the database should be getting larger, not smaller (and certainly not 1kb or even 88kb as seen in the attached image). It is very scary that my backups might be corrupt. I'…

I just installed the new version 6.11.19 (2205), and I'm unable to sync my vault via Webdav. The error message I'm getting says "Please check your internet connection or try again later." I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Using pCloud as my cloud storage.

After upgrading to 6.11.19, the window always starts with a Home section in the right with "Recommended Actions" and "Security Score". I can not find any way to hide these and I don't want them every time I start Enpass.

Hi, I tried to configure Enpass not to store the "Enpass safe" at the root directory in my cloud. So I tried to change the URL that Enpass is using. Like so : https://webdav.pcloud.com/Home/myName. But it failed. It says it can't connect and the usual "check credentials". I tried several URLs (with ending / or not, etc ) with no luck. Then I decided to go back to the original configuration. Only to find it was not working anymore. I had to close the configuration panel completely and then configure WebDAV again with the original settings. It then worked. i use Enpass 6.11.17 (2135) and want setup webdav sync with my synoloy NAS V 7.3.2-86009. Webdav server is installed V 2.4.7-20134. URL, Username and Password works with a other webdav-client (cyberduck) - but enpass can´t connect to the webdav-server. Any suggestions for solving the problem are welcome.

I have a few devices and other family members with Enpass on Windows with the latest 6.5.0 version (via the Windows store) and when the devices restart or if i close/re-open Enpass it doesn't offer Windows Hello. I maybe mistaken, but i was under the impression this was a feature in the new version. I have Windows Hello on but says Master password is required every time you restart - is there a setting i am missing?

Hi Team, I've some certificate files stored, attached to some items, in Enpass. Some weeks ago, I got "Can't save file" error when trying to save some of those certificates to my computer. The issue was troubleshooted by saving those files from a different computer on which I've the vault synced (cloud), on the second computer did not receive any error and could save the files without any problem to its disk. To solve the problem on both computers, I had to delete all affected entry items in app, first from the one which was failing (deleting the attached files was not enough and when the files were just substituted, were failing again when trying to save them),…

The Enpass iCloud session expires almost every day and needs to be reauthorized constantly. How can i solve this?

When I recently inserted my first passwords into Enpass, I decided to add «Tags» to all my entries. With that, I want to make sure to find entries later on, whose title I may possibly not remember, since I need them very rarely, but hopefully I will still know to which of my activities (=Tags) they belong. Now my password database fills up noticeably, especially thanks to the automatic password saving in my browsers, but as far as I can see, the browser dialogue lacks the ability to add Tags to new entries. I'm being prompted to enter a 6 digit code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I've tried resending the code a few times, but I don't receive an email. So, I'm locked out of my own account. I've checked and rechecked my junk folder. Nothing from Enpass. This isn't good enough when a user can't access their passwords.

I changed my password on my OneDrive account - which is used for Sync in Enpass. Now Enpass just sits there trying to Sync. I can't stop it and therefore I can't enter new account details. Without new account details it won't work. Please tell me how I stop the Sync'ing.
