I'm trying to use LibreWolf (a Fork of Firefox) and I am getting "Error 403" Has anyone tried this with LibreWolf?

Hi! I've got a Mac M2 running macOS 14.3.1 (23D60) with Enpass 6.9.4 (1630). The application is consistently terminating after a few seconds of use; it comes up, asks for my password, and runs for about 5-6 seconds before aborting. I've not enabled touch ID in the app (but would love to), but use the password instead. I've attached the crash report (note: your uploader only allows gif, jpeg, jpg, jpeg, png, and plist so I've renamed the .ips file to .plist). I use Windows Hello to sign in via the fingerprint sensor of my Microsoft Modern Keyboard. Recently, whenever I sign in, the Enpass app launches alongside. This is annoying because I just want to log into a website, and always the app gets in the way. I've found no option in the settings to disable this. This is a new behaviour, so it must have been introduced in the most recent update. Does anyone else have this problem, and maybe found a solution? Any ideas appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Clicking on "All Items" after looking at a single Item sticks to the single Item, and does not Reset the View to the Top of All Items This is driving me crazy, and I can't find a way to disable it! When I click on "All Items" or any Tag, I want to see the list of everything, as I have it sorted, From the Top. NOT from the last Item I had selected. Please change it back to the way it was, or add an option to select to change it back to the way it was. Thanks!

I bought enpass while using my laptop and it worked great but some time ago I switched to pc that originally was without a fingerprint reader but I bought one form kensingtone and it works nicely but for some reason I cannot disable password on my pc. When I enable hello login I have a prompt underneath saying that I still will be required to use password at evey enpass run, while on laptop I have a different message saying you can use ms hello to unlock enpass. Why? And how can I do to only use fingerprint without using master password every time? It's iritating not to mention I bought this fingerprint reader just for this purpose.

The item counts are not displaying unless the line is highlighted/clicked. See screen clip below of the categories with no items. The same for tags, archived, etc. NO item count displayed unless I click on the line

It is still not possible to show the category of an item. And it is not possible to show witch items has got no category. Why the Enpass-Team is ignoring this very simple wish of their users since more than 3 years?

When installing Enpass on Windows, and setting up the first vault. It only show OneDrive and Google Drive as options to connect to. And it forces you to connect using one of the two, in order to get into the app. So if your existing vault is on Dropbox, you have to first connect to OneDrive or Google Drive, finish the vault setup, then add another vault that connects to your Dropbox, and then disconnect the primary vault that you created during the setup. This is very bad for usability - it should allow you to connect to the other providers as well during setup.

Hello everyone, So far I have saved my database in OneDrive account "A", now I want to move the database to OneDrive account "B". I copied the file "vault.enpassdbsync". However, when I connect OD B, it tells me to re-authenticate the OneDrive account, but I can't. What am I doing wrong? How can I move the database? Thanks in advance. Best regards

Hi, I am using Enpass on my laptop running Windows 11, and have an issue related to logging in. I have activated biometry in Enpass, and am offered this opportunity when trying to log in. Buit after having used the biometry I always have to enter the main password (which is a long sentence). Why is that? This worked without problems on my old computer running Windows 10. I have tried to find a setting in Windows 11 allowing me to use biometry only, but no success. Any ideas? Cheers, Arve

Hello, floating around my Windows 11 system, I noticed two instances of "Enpass Password Manager". One published by Enpass Technologies Private Limited. The other by Sinew Software Systems Pvt. Lt. The former is said to be disabled. Are these both legitimate? This seems very odd.

Hello everyone, I am using Firefox (Version 121.0.1 (64-bit)) and have the Enpass extension installed. I just realized that the extension breaks the functionality of a website I am using. The website in question https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/ships/terrapin/Terrapin#holo-viewer I attached a screenshot and highlighted the 3 buttons which become broken when the Enpass extension is enabled. As soon as I disable the extension and refresh the page the buttons work again. best regards, Waldhuette

Tried the windows store app and windows installer. Now when I try to register with an existing account I get no internet connection right away. The problem started when enpass crashed and I had to reinstall to get it working again. The sync with google drive works, only the activation is not working.

The Cryptopro module "improved compatibility with Microsoft products" breaks the CURL utility. Enpass uses that utility for sending requests to web services eg: activation/vault sync/pass check etc. so you need to fully remove cryptopro or just that concrete module for back enpass to live. I use Dropbox as my cloud storage. My primary vault was set-up on a dropbox account I wish to cancel and delete. "OLD-DROPBOX" I created a new vault on "NEW-DROPBOX" and called it "MAIN-VAULT". I gave it the same password as the previous vault as I did not wish to change. On desktop, I set the configuration to "Always save items to vault" --> MAIN-VAULT On android, I set the "Always save items to vault" and the "Always open to" --> MAIN-VAULT I did NOT delete the primary vault because the new "MAIN-VAULT" is not being populated with passwords. Hello. I use Enpass on 4 devices. 1. Windows #1 2. Windows #2 3. Windows #3 4. iPhone All of the devices are working properly except for one Windows device. All of them have 322 entries but the one which has 318. Retro steps: - Click on Enpass icon (next to search form) - Click "Sync now" - Nothing happens, there is not even the animation of syncing. All other devices are OK. The same when I want to discconect from device. Nothing happens.

Windows 10 Pro 21H1 - Enpass 6.7.4.919 and 6.7.2.885 When adding or removing attachments, the desktop app doesn't update an entry's last modified date. I'm not sure whether this was intentional, or simply a bug. Also, as a related feature request, it would be helpful if Enpass could provide a confirmation request before deleting an attachment. Currently, pressing the X instantly deletes the attachment without warning. For additional security, the option to request the master password or more usefully the PIN, if set, would also be good. How to I change my primary vault from icloud to google drive? As I no longer have any apple products and they refuse to have sms auth I wont be able to even log in to my Icloud when I stop using my last devide, so switching my enpass to google drive would be the best option. But how do I switch the primary vault?

Just started yesterday on my Win 10 laptop. The app no longer opens at all, crashes immediately. I rebooted the PC. I did a repair of the installation. I uninstalled and reinstalled (6.0.4). I then uninstalled and installed 5.x. This got further and opened but would not sync to my cloud backup. Help! I'm stuck. Can' log into any sites until I get my Enpass back.

Every second or third day when I start Enpass on one of my PCs it shows a modal dialog popup stating that my session has expired and claiming that I hadn't used Enpass for some time - which is not true. I'm then required to request a code before I can even use Enpass. How can I stop Enpass from doing that this often?

Hello, since a few weeks I have the same problem that has been described for the MacOs version already in combination with OneDrive. Just that I have it with Windows and WebDav. It stopped syncing returning the error, that the password of data on WebDav is required. Before everything worked fine, now it doesn't. First I thought it might be my fault but after trying several different approaches I think it's rather not. I deleted the whole sync setup and deleted the data on the WebDav share. Setting it up again and syncing works fine, until I change some data (like adding a new login) then it starts failing. The same goes with the Android version. It seems changin…

Hi, I can't connect to nextcloud using webdav or native nextcloud. To debug I created a brand new nextcloud server with their docker container which works fine in browser. I input the URL in enpass like https://xxx/ and it tells me could not connect to nextcloud server even before asking me for a user. I have valid SSL cert but also disable SSl check makes no difference. Also Web DAV is not working, within nextcloud I get my webdav URL like https://xxx/remote.php/dav/files/username but it tells me check user and passwort.
