I can't sync Google Drive anymore and every time it stays on connect. I also tried to delete it but I don't see how. I try also with this suggestion Pls how i can solve ? Thank Hispa

I found a post of this similar issue in 2018, I hadn't had this problem until recently. I've tried applying the QT resolution to my environment variable, but it doesn't help. Can someone help me? I installed Enpass on my new laptop on windows 11 home. I also linked this to my existing account saved in dropbox. The items are synchronized but no category is visible and it is not possible to add a new item. I have already reinstalled Enpass but the problem remains. Is there anyone with the same problem? Or does anyone know a solution?

Installing on Windows 11 home laptop. Stuck in loop authorising the vault on OneDrive. Go through the process, receive confirmation that the vault is set up ok, but then go and check and get the message 'OneDrive Session Expired'. Getting same message on Android phone - Galaxy S23 + What to do?

Hi, I finally purchased lifetime license for my 3 family members. I had no issue setting up multiple vaults and syncing them from iPhone, Mac or Android to my Mac. However, the Windows 10 laptop of my wife can't find any servers when I select "wifi sync". I'm sure this is some firewall issue on Windows 10, and I suspect the desktop can community just fine with the Enpass server, it is just the initial server-discovery that does not work. I do have the server address and port (convienantly display in Enpass). How to I manually enter the address of the Wi-Fi Sync Server on the Windows client? When clicking on the browser plugin's icon, it takes a second or two before the popup opens. I suspect, this is the time it takes for the plugin to contact the Enpass instance and get the requested informations. This doesn't feed very good for the user: I'd expect the popup to happen immediately. There could be an info like "requesting data..." or something until it displays the available logins. Furthermore, the Popup is being placed to the right, below the mouse pointer. Hi! I've been having scaling issues with enpass on windows 11. It's not all the time and usually it gets fixed after a restart of the app but it's still quite frustrating. What happens is that all of the sudden, the size of the window becomes enormous, so big that I can't see the entire app and the view/copy credentials buttons get moved indefinetily towards the right so I can't access them even if I move the window or keep dragging the right side further. I can't really show by taking a screenshot since the app fills the entire screen and it'll just look like I've taken a screenshot and cropped out a small piece of the app. I have a 4k on the highest resolution but …

I have a pro subscription for years. I installed Enpass version 6.11.0.1000 on Android. After restoring my vault and logging in with my email, entering my OTP, I get an indefinetely spinning wheel. No error, no progress. I cannot access more than 10 accounts in my vault (300 items). Please help, I need this on my phone!

I use Enpass since years and I’m happy with that. Long time ago, I created a secondary vault for my Family with own cloud: Primary for Work: Google Drive Secondary for Family: Dropbox With the master PW I have access to both vaults. Now I want to change that: For me: use the Master PW to access to both vaults. For my Family: use other Master PW to access only to the Familiy Vault. Good morning, There is a bug with the placeholder value using Enpass on macbook (Chrome and firefox) and with android phones, it can't be change ! I use a website with three fields to log in : Username Password Decryption SQL Key For the decryption sql it can not be changed even after creating a new field specially for it, however it works fine with Bitwarden ! Hi, This might be a weird one but I'm at a loss right now. I've been spending a lot of time in the desktop app - I'm a new user and cleaning up my import and such. What happens all the time, like every minute or so, is that Enpass will seemingly do a refresh and kick me out of editing an item or even just taking me back to the top of my login list. At first I thought I might have a key stuck on my keyboard or an overly sensitive mouse button but I think I've ruled that out. It happens when I'm not even touching anything. I've rebooted. Hello, After configuring auto backups to save to a folder in my documents, it worked fine for a while, backing up once/day then just stopped a couple of weeks ago. After multiple web searches I found only one report of such a thing - the user claimed the culprit was adding attachments to items in the vault. I didn't even know you could do that so it's not what's causing mine. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Folks, the latest update will not launch on Arm64 Snapdragons anymore. This is A DISASTER, as all our work devices are Snapdragon based and we now can't access our vaults anymore! Symptons and steps to repro: 1. Get a Snapdragon and install current Windows 11. 2. Get Enpass from the Store. 3. Run Enpass and observe the brief flash of the CMD box - then either nothing or a brief flash of the Enpass welcome screen. Silent close, no error. I have the following problem: I have 1 iPhone, 1 iPad and a Windows computer. While the correct TOTP is displayed on my iPhone and iPad, I only get incorrect TOTP on the Windows client. All devices synchronize against a NAS and are up to date. The key for the TOTP is also the same on all devices, but the resulting value is different on the Windows client... I have already reinstalled Enpass on the Windows client, but the problem still persists.

Hello, Enpass (desktop) sometimes asks me to reauthenticate (Session Expired dialogue). Is it possible to do this offline? One of my machines has restricted network access, i.e. it cannot connect to Enpass' servers to perform this authentication. I would like to use Enpass on this machine, but this (re)authentication dialogue is preventing me from doing so. Is it possible to do this offline somehow? Hello, I'm using Enpass (Pro) on my Mac and iPhone without any issue. But on my windows laptop, i'm dealing with 1 min delay to open it. I've try to reinstall it (from winodws store) but no change... This occur each time i fully close Enpass and re-open it even after fresh computer start. I am moving cloud sync for my primary vault from Box to OneDrive. When I connect to OneDrive it wants a password for an existing vault. Apparently, years ago, I started to set that up, but never used it. I have no idea what that password is and want to start over on OneDrive. What do I need to do to remove all trace of the old vault?

Hello, I recently added a keyfile to my standard vault and it's working fine so far. Except I have to select the keyfile again on every start of enpass. Of course I have already set the option to remember the last used keyfile (see attached images). The keyfile is stored on an internal drive (ssd) and the behaviour is always the same whether it's at system start oder after exiting enpass and starting it again manually. I don't want to select the keyfile on any start. How can get it to work? Or is this a bug in enpass? Regards

Hi, I recently set-up a new Nextcloud Server (Virtualised on-top of Proxmox) and moved my instance form my old QNAP. Every now and then Enpass Sync produces the Error message 1308018. I could not find anything with regard to this number on the internet, hence me trying here.
