Hi Enpass team, there are two bugs making me mad day by day... 1. While working in the office, I am locking my computer a dozen times. Randomly, after unlocking my computer and trying to unlock Enpass as well, it is saying "Wrong master password". I am forced to end Enpass by tray icon context menu option or by task manager. Otherwise, it will not work. 2. I am running Enpass 6.11.4 (1801) on Windows 11 Pro 23H2 with an external display (5120x2160, scaled on 125%) and two vaults (default (unused) and a second one synced via Dropbox). As the title says, when I start Enpass, a black window appears for a moment. It doesn't affect the operation of Enpass, but it bothers me a bit. Is there a way to fix this?

When I set Quick Unlock to either Windows Hello or PIN unlock it only works for a few minutes, and then it asks for the master password again constantly and never asks for PIN unlock or Windows Hello unlock. How do I fix this. I did a quick search online and I'm not the only one with this issue recently.

Hi, I noticed there are a few very annoying glitches that Enpass frequently has: 1) Failure to resize correctly after connection to larger monitor from laptop (see image). This essentially results in the window being stuck on the screen with no option to exit the program or get rid of the blue box. Instead, Task Manager has to be used to kill Enpass. 2) Windows Hello does not show up sometimes for login (see image). I don't understand why the app sometimes shows a Windows Hello fingerprint dialog, and then reverts to the password screen. My primary system is still Windows 7. I will never upgrade it to Windows 11. For one, it doesn't qualify, and two, even if it did, I don't like Windows 11. Tonight, while running Enpass (installed version 6.7.2), I asked it to check for updates. It found 6.11.5, but when I instructed it to download now, it tried but then responded "file not found". I thought that was odd, so I downloaded the file myself from the website. I logged in this afternoon on my Windows 11 laptop and it asked me to resync my vault on Box. It takes me to the login page for Box, I enter the creds and allow Enpass the rights to access it. The Windows client just sits and finally times out. I can still sync on my Android phone, so I know Box is working and my vault is still there. I dont remember, was there a recent update to address a similar issue on OneDrive? If so, could this be something similar?

I have been using Enpass for a few years now and hoped I will get used to the pathetic and cumbersome way of making any changes to notes content in Logins, Notes etc. Why is the editing box so small? Is so difficult to go up/down the lines using the touchpad looking for the content to change or update. I have never seen such a basic editor. Please look into that and do something about it. I am considering to switch to Enpass, I like the architecture and the competitive pricing for the business options. But I need a way to keep the vault information from 1Password, I have hundreds of passwords structured in different vaults. I order to migrate this properly, you would need to extract the vault meta data for every item and assign a TAG with the same name, so I can migrate them to your file-based vaults in Enpass. Or is there another way?

I've had difficulties with Enpass where it starts up and then freezes. It won't close itself even. I opened Task Manager to close it from there and it was in "suspended" status. I killed the app from Task Manager and restarted it. It launched immediately as "suspended". A reboot cleared this for now. Any ideas why this might be happening?

The automatic backup of enpass cannot change the location of the backup. I selected the device (Synology) on the local network. The prompt: The current location cannot be accessed. However, this device is accessible, and this device is the device for webdav synchronization.

Hi, if I try to login on https://signin.ebay.de and use enpass for that, then it clicks the link below to login via mobile phone number instead of submitting the form with my mail address that Enpass entered. The subsequent login attempt fails, because I can't log into ebay using my mobile phone number. Regards Djfe

Import data to primary I have two vaults one primary and another. would like to replace all the data from the primary with the second. I have made a backup of the second and I would like to import the data from the second to the primary, how can I do it? Thank Hispa

I can't sync Google Drive anymore and every time it stays on connect. I also tried to delete it but I don't see how. I try also with this suggestion Pls how i can solve ? Thank Hispa

I found a post of this similar issue in 2018, I hadn't had this problem until recently. I've tried applying the QT resolution to my environment variable, but it doesn't help. Can someone help me? I installed Enpass on my new laptop on windows 11 home. I also linked this to my existing account saved in dropbox. The items are synchronized but no category is visible and it is not possible to add a new item. I have already reinstalled Enpass but the problem remains. Is there anyone with the same problem? Installing on Windows 11 home laptop. Stuck in loop authorising the vault on OneDrive. Go through the process, receive confirmation that the vault is set up ok, but then go and check and get the message 'OneDrive Session Expired'. Getting same message on Android phone - Galaxy S23 + What to do?

Hi, I finally purchased lifetime license for my 3 family members. I had no issue setting up multiple vaults and syncing them from iPhone, Mac or Android to my Mac. However, the Windows 10 laptop of my wife can't find any servers when I select "wifi sync". I'm sure this is some firewall issue on Windows 10, and I suspect the desktop can community just fine with the Enpass server, it is just the initial server-discovery that does not work. I do have the server address and port (convienantly display in Enpass). How to I manually enter the address of the Wi-Fi Sync Server on the Windows client? When clicking on the browser plugin's icon, it takes a second or two before the popup opens. I suspect, this is the time it takes for the plugin to contact the Enpass instance and get the requested informations. This doesn't feed very good for the user: I'd expect the popup to happen immediately. There could be an info like "requesting data..." or something until it displays the available logins. Furthermore, the Popup is being placed to the right, below the mouse pointer. After updating to v6.11.3 beta, the app keeps closing on its own, and when I reopen it, it prompts me to send a crash report. My operating system is Windows 10 x64.

Hi! I've been having scaling issues with enpass on windows 11. It's not all the time and usually it gets fixed after a restart of the app but it's still quite frustrating. What happens is that all of the sudden, the size of the window becomes enormous, so big that I can't see the entire app and the view/copy credentials buttons get moved indefinetily towards the right so I can't access them even if I move the window or keep dragging the right side further. I can't really show by taking a screenshot since the app fills the entire screen and it'll just look like I've taken a screenshot and cropped out a small piece of the app. I have a 4k on the highest resolution but …

I have a pro subscription for years. I installed Enpass version 6.11.0.1000 on Android. After restoring my vault and logging in with my email, entering my OTP, I get an indefinetely spinning wheel. No error, no progress. I cannot access more than 10 accounts in my vault (300 items). Please help, I need this on my phone!

Long time ago, I created a secondary vault for my Family with own cloud: Primary for Work: Google Drive Secondary for Family: Dropbox With the master PW I have access to both vaults. Now I want to change that: For me: use the Master PW to access to both vaults. For my Family: use other Master PW to access only to the Familiy Vault. hi, i have a problem with the generated one time codes i tried to login in my account on nintendo and on playstation but both platform says the codes a not valid the only way to login is to use the backup codes. Good morning, There is a bug with the placeholder value using Enpass on macbook (Chrome and firefox) and with android phones, it can't be change ! I use a website with three fields to log in : Username Password Decryption SQL Key For the decryption sql it can not be changed even after creating a new field specially for it, however it works fine with Bitwarden ! Hi, This might be a weird one but I'm at a loss right now. I've been spending a lot of time in the desktop app - I'm a new user and cleaning up my import and such. What happens all the time, like every minute or so, is that Enpass will seemingly do a refresh and kick me out of editing an item or even just taking me back to the top of my login list. At first I thought I might have a key stuck on my keyboard or an overly sensitive mouse button but I think I've ruled that out. It happens when I'm not even touching anything. I've rebooted.
