Hi, I have been using Enpass for years now and never had any issues that would make me create an account here, and yet here I am. Since WIndows Hello was added in Enpass I have used it to activate Enpass every single time. In my windows 11 installation as soon as I booted up if I wanted to use Enpass it would only ask for the WIndows Hello Pin and NOT the Master Password. It was amazing. Recently I reset my PC, installed everything I need and then downloaded Enpass from the WIndows Store. but for some weird reason the Windows Hello stopped working when I reboot, and now it always asks for Master Password. Hello, I discovered an unusual problem with Enpass running on Windows 11 as extension in any Chromium based browser (Edge, Brave). I use the "Credit Card" category for my credit cards (naturally) and I noticed for several months now, that I cannot select the credit card entry in the browser plugin to open the website automatically. I tried everything and just now discovered, that it is connected to the category of the entry. If I change the category to "Financial" the website opens automatically again - if I change it back to "Credit Card" nothing happens - no website is opened in the browser. Hi Enpass team, or other Enpass users - Are you guys (Enpass team) sure Enpass works with a local, non-cloud, vault? After being stuck for several months on the WiFi sync issue in my other ticket I though I would give a self-hosted WebDAV a try. But it has showstopper issues also. Do you consider a self-hosted vault to be a mainstream configuration? I thought that is your main differentiator -- it is the most important feature for me. I'm encountering persistent sync failures with Enpass using a self-hosted WebDAV server. The error code is 909974 on vault sync on my Windows 11 server, which appears after a second device attempts to sync or modify the vault. …

Autofilling Proton Mail login gives me an error message saying that my credentials are incorrect on OTP page. Entering the credentials and the OTP manually logs in as expected. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Ig it's up to Enpass team to fix this. Fully updated W10, Firefox browser.

Hi Guys - I just installed Enpass 6.11.12 (1997) and I can't get the Wi-Fi Sync to work between my Windows 11 desktop and my iPhone. I went through every troubleshooting document I could find but nothing fixes the issue. Here are the suggestions I tried, and more info about my configuration: I am running Windows 11. When I try to find my Enpass Vault on my iPhone it cannot find the Windows 11 Vault. When I scan the QR code it just spins and does nothing. Hi all - I have my primary vault on a Windows 11 desktop system. My iPhone and Linux Mint system were working fine and syncing to the Windows 11 system perfectly. Until today. (And I'm still waiting -- 3 months now -- for Enpass development to get back to me on why my Windows 11 laptop can't sync to my desktop. See other ticket for more details.) I haven't changed anything on my Windows 11 system, but now my iPhone and Linux Mint systems are getting a Sync error -- "Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Sync Server. Forgive me, but I don't have a crystal clear recollection of events, but yesterday, a Windows authentication screen popped up asking me for my Enpass credentials. I didn't think much of it, but in retrospect, I don't recall this happening before. Should I be concerned?

I have a Windows Hello camera connected to a headless device running Windows 11 24H2. When initially configuring the device, I logged in locally and setup Windows Hello using the Windows Hello camera. I then enabled Windows Hello in EnPass and confirmed that Windows Hello unlocks EnPass (as long as I am connected locally). However, when I remote into this device using Remote Desktop (RDP), the Windows Hello option doesn't appear in the login screen for EnPass. My only option is to enter in the master password. Since the last 2 or 3 updates, I have the issue on 2 different laptops (both from Lenovo, but different model), that the Edge browser asks multiple times per day for authentication. The browser review in the settings shows multiple entries for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" The setting to require for every login browser authentication is disabled. Uninstall and reinstall as well as updating did not solve the issue. Windows 11 24H2 with latest updates. Any ideas? Logs shows this (log starts anew if re-authenticated):

Can I change the connection from the WiFi server to Nextcloud in a vault? If not, how can I transfer all data, categories, and templates to a new vault?

I use webdav for my vaults. In settings/vaults I have Primary set as not connected. I confirmed that by clicking on the Vaults widget in the upper left corner and it confirms Primary is not connected. Yet when I go to all items I can see entries that are in the Primary vault. Why is that? It seems to me that if a vault is not connected I shouldn't see any data in that vault.

Team, one of my devices just got build 6.11.13 (2032) a few minutes ago - and only one of them. None of the other PCs are picking that up yet, they're all still on 6.11.13 (2028) - where Hello works as expected. Since I can't repro on the other devices, I have to assume there is a bug in (2032). SYMPTOMS: Occasionally, the Hello Button will show up on the Enpass lockscreen, occasionally it won't. Hello all. I have been a paid user for a while now. I am looking for a portable version but haven't found one on the website. Is it as simple as doing an install and copying the program folder? I would like to be able to sync to cloud storage as well.

I have Enpass Lite on my PC with windows 10 and have had it for many years. I have 246 items in my vault. I'm concerned now that Enpass has switched to a paid subscription system and it says the current Lite version download only allows 25 entries. When I have to upgrade to Windows 11 am I going to lose my Enpass current version software on my PC and then not be able to install my vault in the current Enpass Lite version losing all my 246 passwords? Majorly Panicking Right Now. The About area in Settings says my version of Enpass 6.11.12 (1994) It updates regularly thru the MS Store though.

I've been using WebDAV sync on multiple machines without issue. However, I recently migrated one Enpass installation to a new Mac and WebDAV sync stopped working. In the UI I'm only told to "check my internet connection". Possibly after installing Windows Update KB5060842, Enpass stopped loading during startup. The checkbox to enable "Open Automatically at System Startup" does not stay checked between restarts. In Task Manager -> Startup apps, Enpass shows "disabled" by default. It can be changed to "enabled" there, but it won't stay enabled between restarts. When checking the properties of the Enpass startup process here, the following error message appears: "Windows cannot find 'EnpassStartup/EnpassStartup.exe.' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again." For now, I have a shortcut to the Enpass executable in the startup folder, but this is not an ideal solu…

I've only been using Enpass for a couple of weeks and all has seemed fine ... till today I just logged on and discovered all the Credit Card, Note, Travel and Bank account data has vanished !! I have a backup so I should be able to recover BUT how can this happen ?? Version is 6.11.11 (1973)

As the subject says, I'm all up to date, a lot of the times opening a web browser, mainly Firefox, I'll get the browser popup to link Enpass with the browser, sometimes that's the end of it until I close and re-open the browser, but sometimes Enpass just crashes, then when restarting it, it's asking for a crash report to be sent, which I do (and have done 3 times) recenlty I've seen a little update and thought, oh, maybe they know and fixed it, but alas, no. Is there anything I can check on either Enpass or Firefox to stop it doing this?

It may just be me but Enpass a lot or always sometimes seems to freeze up when I go to use it at times. I have to force exit/close it then reopen it. Doubt that error has anything to do with it but maybe. It was on a older version on Enpass if that matters. Who knows this may not even have anything to do with Enpass. Not sure if this important or matters but yes at the time I was sharing my Enpass data, logins entered into program myself. (not over anything internet) Doubt Enpass even uses bonjour sharing method but no idea for sure.

I have installed Enpass on a new Macbook Air with MacOS 15.4. I also have installed the Safari extension. Everything seems to be OK. I also synced all my passwords. However, the autofill popup menu won't appear when I want to enter username/password on a website. I looked in the support files (https://support.enpass.io/app/extension/take_a_look_at_browser_extension_settings.htm#autofill-popup-menu) but I can't find the settings screen which is described there. Am I overlooking something? Note: I have Enpass running on my Mac Mini (with MacOS 15.4) and before that on my iMac without problems. On these machines the autofill popup menu appears always.

Windows 10 is my operating system on Desktop. iOS 13.5.1 on iPhone. Sync using Dropbox. PDF attachments don't open on the Desktop version, while they open on the iPhone. When I right-click on the attachment, only the Save option appears, not the Open option. (See picture attached.) What to do?

Hi, I've only noticed today after an hour of troubleshooting that the Enpass extension in Firefox and Edge is to blame for high cpu usage when typing in the comment section on Youtube and Reddit. When I start to type there the letters appear very slowly long after I typed the full words/sentence already. Laptop fan starts blasting 5 seconds after the system has been mostly idle for a while. Memory doesn't seem to change much tho. Windows 10 19045.5965 - i5 7200u - 8 GB - Firefox 139.0.4 - Enpass extension 6.11.5.2
