  1. I'm getting Enpass OneDrive 1207400 sync errors on my Windows 11 computers and Android phone. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Enpass vault. I've also tried deleting my Enpass data on OneDrive. Can someone please help with this issue?
  2. Some of us like myself are receiving Beta updates via the Microsoft Store. I don't even know how to opt out of the Beta updates if I wanted to. I currently have Enpass Version 6.12.6 (2710), and this issue is now fixed. You'll just have to wait for it to be released or switch to the Beta channel.
  3. I'm starting to think that they don't know what they're doing if they can't fix such a simple problem that didn't exist in previous versions.
  4. Is this bug ever going to be fixed? It can't be that hard.
  5. Which bug have you fixed? The "show password" bug, or the "start minimized" bug?
  6. I am using the Microsoft Store version of Enpass. I recently received an update to Enpass v6.12.0 (2238) from the Microsoft Store, which I think may be a beta version. If I decide that I no longer want to be part of the beta program anymore, what do I do?
  7. When I start Windows, Enpass 6.12.0 (2238) opens in my face on the desktop. Can I make it open discreetly minimized to the system tray like older versions did?
  8. My version was updated through the official Microsoft Store on all my computers. If that's beta software, then something has gone wrong with Enpass software deliveries.
  9. Enpass just updated on my Windows 10 desktop computer, but it won't open. It just keeps crashing. Two crash reports have been sent. I think the new Enpass version that is failing to run on my Windows 10 computer is 6.12.0 (2238). Please help with this new version as soon as possible. If not, I'll have to revert to the previous version. Please assist me to do this, if necessary.

I'm being prompted to enter a 6 digit code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I've tried resending the code a few times, but I don't receive an email. So, I'm locked out of my own account. I've checked and rechecked my junk folder. Nothing from Enpass. This isn't good enough when a user can't access their passwords.

  12. This is still not fixed. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Enpass System Tray Icon Position Forgotten & Doesn't Automatically Open After Every Update
  13. Every time after Enpass is updated, the Enpass tray icon position is forgotten and I have to reset it. I first have to open Enpass, as it doesn't automatically open after an update. Then I have to go into Taskbar settings > Other System Tray Icons and select it in the Hidden Icon Menu. I then have to drag it to where it was before the update. I don't have this problem with other apps. Only Enpass has this issue.
  14. I've had Pro from the start. I am now getting prompted to protect myself with Enpass Premium. I don't even see a Pro/Premium difference listed in pricing. I've just checked my Microsoft Store and PayPal receipts, and it says Premium.
  15. I came here because I have the same issue. I've had Pro from the start. I am now getting prompted to protect myself with Enpass Premium. I've just checked my Microsoft Store and PayPal receipts, and it says Premium.
  16. The new update is working.
