    So, just now, I updated my Enpass Windows app and was immediately prompted a free upgrade. I registered with my email address and later I found out that I got upgraded to Enpass Lite. That's fine, as I didn't purchase the Pro version of the app on my Windows account. But the thing is, I did purchase the Pro version on my Android phone. So, what would happen to my account when the Android update arrives later? If and when I'll be prompted to enter my email address on my Android Phone, if I use the same email address that I used on my Windows PC, will my account get automatically upgraded to Pro? Or the Enpass Lite that I'm offered on my Windows PC carry over to my A…

  2. Hi, I currently own two individual plans (subscriptions) and just bought two lifetime licenses. I still have some moths left on the individual plans and would like to pass them to my sister, so she can use Enpass and hopefully to buy a license after it expires. However, the individual plan subscription is still active and I can't remove it from my user. A couple years ago, I had a Family license, that was canceled in 2023 as shown in the page https://enpass.onfastspring.com/account under "Subscriptions", there ist also shows that the individual license is active.     bought 9n stacksocial three years ago, but since I tried it the time then left it fir quite a while since then you can see have moved over to e-mail activation, I installed the mobile app 9n my phone used the same e-mail that used the past but now it is saying e pass light, I prove that I purchased on stacksocial plus can dig out the papal purchase if needed can you advise how to get this working again please, you e-mail me at me at mu e-mail account here thank you please

  5. I have a lifetime license to Enpass Pro registered to my old email address. I have a new laptop and want to change the license to a new email address before installing Enpass on the new laptop. After I activated the new email address, it only gives me access to the "Lite" version of Enpass and not the Lifetime License that I have. How do I activate the lifetime license with my new email address? Thanks.

    Hi! I have a license related question. Is it allowed, as a single user and without the need for any business/enterprise feature, to install and use an Enpass Personal license or personal free version on a work computer, i.e., within a company‘s network? Or does this violate any license agreement? Or asked the other way around: Do you allow using Enpass Personal only in a strictly non-commercial environment? Background is that I would like to have my passwords also on my work computer, however, I don’t know if it will cause some legal issues if I just activate Enpass using my personal license.

    Hi Enpass team, I've been using Enpass for a few years and overall very happy. Never had to regret for purchasing Lifetime Pro until now. Please tell me, why do you think that adding ads of Premium subscription to someone who already paid for Pro is a good idea? Just had to install and activate new copy and the first thing I see is February 14th Sale on Premium. The second thing I see is "Explore Premium" banner at the top menu bar. What the heck? Like, seriously? Here is the actual question - will you remove the ads of any sort for your paid customers in the next release? Thanks!

    Hi, all of sudden, my sync (via built-in) Nextcloud isn't working anymore. No changes whatsoever -> multiple devices (Android, Windows) fail to sync with Nextcloud. Needed to change sync to folder-sync and install native Nextcloud app, otherwise Enpass is not usable.   12. Hello. I am on iOS version 18.4. About a month ago, my phone kept telling me: "Upgrade to Premium". I uninstalled and reinstalled, and received a new code sent to my email to activate premium. This did not work. Is there another way to make it work on my iPhone?

    I set Enpass up on my father's windows laptop and it appeared to be working, however, there seems to be a bug where after a system reboot Enpass does not recall its activated state and sends us back through the initial setup flow - prompting for an email address and requiring re-locating the key file. This is a pretty annoying workflow that is a non-starter for my father. I did find the below linked discussion and tried the workaround with setting a PIN, locking Enpass, unlocking Enpass, repeating several times, etc. but upon restart none of the setup stages appear to be persisted.   18. Hi, I got an email notification from Apple that my iOS Premium subscription is due for renewal and I want to cancel - I already have a Lifetime Pro plan - but there is no way to do it. The link the email doesn't work and under "Subscriptions" in my Apple account there's no sign of Enpass. How do I cancel an iOS subscription?

    Another day, another pain-in-the-butt problem with this gorram app. I've had Enpass installed on my Windows PC for years, but tonight, after a reboot, Enpass is asking me to activate my account with my email again for some unknown reason. No problem: just enter in my email address, right? So i do. And I wait. And wait. And wait... I continually check my spam folders, too. Nothing. 15, 20 minutes later. Still nothing. WHY. This is ridiculous.

On this Enpass Support Page it is stated that As explanation there is a link to this Apple Support Page about Family Sharing on which we get the information that family sharing is technically possible with in-app purchases... There are a bunch of apps that use family sharing subscription paid with in-app purchases, i.e. Fantastical Calendar or Halide Mark II Camera etc. Why is Enpass stating that it is "technically not possible" though the decisive point is if Enpass wants to participate in-app purchases supporting family sharing?
