3 hours ago3 hr Hi, I currently own two individual plans (subscriptions) and just bought two lifetime licenses.I still have some moths left on the individual plans and would like to pass them to my sister, so she can use Enpass and hopefully to buy a license after it expires. However, the individual plan subscription is still active and I can't remove it from my user. A couple years ago, I had a Family license, that was canceled in 2023 as shown in the page https://enpass.onfastspring.com/account under "Subscriptions", there ist also shows that the individual license is active. In the tab "Orders" I see the newly purchased lifetime license.However on the page https://console.enpass.io/#/dashboard, I only see the family plan, showing two active license, but also that it renews starting on 2024, so it is not active anymore. I can't change anything, except disable my user. Same in the Enpass App on my PC, I still se the Family Plan. How may I assign the new lifetime license to my user and assign the individual license with left months to a new user?How can I change the information in the Enpass App?Thanks and best regards,Roland
