  1. We would like to inform you that this issue has been fixed in the latest Enpass update (version 6.12.2). Please update your Enpass app to the latest version and verify whether the issue has been resolved on your device.
  2. Our technical team has already fixed the issue where custom section names are automatically capitalized on Windows. The fix is currently being prepared for release and will be included in an upcoming Enpass update.
  3. The “Disable Master Password Reminder” setting now works as expected. Please update Enpass to the latest version (6.11.22) on your iOS device and check whether the issue has been resolved. If the issue persists, please share a screen recording of the behavior with us at support@enpass.io so that we can investigate it further.

    We’re glad to hear the behavior has improved after reinstalling. We also note your feedback regarding the font preference and have shared it with the product team for review.
  7. Please update Enpass app to the latest version (6.12.2) and check whether the issue is resolved.

For Enpass Business users, please ask your organization Admin to follow the steps below: Log in to the Enpass Admin Console Navigate to Policies → Advanced Enable (check) the option: “Disable passkey creation and sign-in” Save the changes. Once this policy is enabled, Enpass will no longer prompt for passkey creation or sign-in, while all other secure credential storage features will continue to work normally.

  25. If Enpass has remained inactive on a device for an extended period, you may see a “session expired” message when unlocking the app, prompting you to reauthenticate. Please try requesting the activation code again. The code will be sent to the email address displayed in the session expired pop-up. Also, kindly double-check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered there.
