  2. If Enpass has remained inactive on a device for an extended period, you may see a “session expired” message when unlocking the app, prompting you to reauthenticate. Please try requesting the activation code again. The code will be sent to the email address displayed in the session expired pop-up. Also, kindly double-check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered there.

  4. It appears there’s old Enpass data already stored in your iCloud, which is why Enpass is asking for a password that doesn’t match your current vault. You can’t delete just the Enpass data directly from iCloud, but you can overwrite it from within Enpass: On your iPhone, open Enpass and set up sync with iCloud again. When Enpass detects existing data on iCloud and asks for the Master Password, intentionally enter a wrong password. After the failed attempt, a Help option should appear. Choose the option to overwrite the existing data on iCloud with a new database. Complete the sync setup so your current vault replaces the old data.
  5. We understand your concern about how long this has taken. While we still don’t have an ETA, FIDO/YubiKey support remains on our roadmap. We’ll share an update once this feature is released. The signing key used to verify Enpass Linux packages has been upgraded to a stronger security standard, ensuring smooth installs and updates on newer distributions such as Debian 13. Please import the updated signing key as described in the installation guide. See the Linux installation guide for details.

Please follow the steps below to restore and sync your Enpass data on your iPhone device: On your MacOS device where Enpass is functioning properly, ensure that your latest data is synced with your chosen cloud account. Also, please make sure you remember your master password. On your iPhone device, install the latest version from the iOS App Store. Open Enpass on your device to begin a fresh setup and activate with your registered email address. When prompted, connect your vault to your cloud account and unlock it using your master password. Once these steps are completed, Enpass should be fully functional on your device, with your data synchronized across all devices.

  24. Thank you for your patience. We’re pleased to inform you that 2FA support has now been added and is available for sites like https://account.keenetic.com. The Enpass database is updated regularly to include new sites and features. If you come across a site that isn’t yet in the database, you can submit it for inclusion directly through the Enpass app or website.
  25. If a sync error occurs, Enpass displays a notification in the bottom-right corner of the Enpass app.
