Hello, Ever since the update from Sonoma to Sequoia (some days ago), the following message appears every time I close Enpass (6.12.5): “Enpass has unexpectedly quit.” Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do about it? Ultimately, this means that Enpass crashes when I close it. That worries me a bit—without my passwords, I’d be in trouble. So I’d like a solution to put my mind at ease. I have stored everything, username, password, URL, 2FA-Code, Passkey in one record. I´m using the newest version of the mac version. On other webpages there is no problem, only on Sophos website. Thank you for a hint, Wolfgang

Everytime I restart firefox on MacOS, and click on the Enpass extension, it immediately prompt me for a pin to connect to the Enpass Desktop app. I have been having this problem for everal month and I have been hoping that it would be fixed by an update, but the problm persist. I have same firefox configuration in Windows and Lnux and do not have this issue. Hi, since I have the new design version of Enpass, the arrow key doesn't work like before. Before, I could navigate through all fields when I used the mini version. Now I can only go into a login entry but can't navigate from one field to another with the arrow keys. This makes it really hard to use Enpass effectively. Best

Hi Team, Have had this issue for a while. Passkeys in Safari dont work with DUO auth on MacOS. Have tried on different Macs, and it doesn't work anywhere. Works with most other competitors. I get prompted to create a local platform authenticator key...Passkey usually works in chromium browsers though. Have had to switch to another password manager since I can't use for professional items that use DUO auth. Help! *Autofill works fine, just Passkey handshake doesnt work with DUO in Safari Browser. After this latest update, copying a password from Enpass Assistant (the mini window) copies the wrong password to your clipboard. It seems to be visually updating the list of passwords when you search for an account but not logically updating the list, so when you copy a password it copies the password of the first entry in the default list without a search query rather than copying the first search result's password. Happens on both Windows and macOS. To reproduce: Bring up the mini window/Enpass Assistant using either the system wide hotkey or the menu bar/system tray icon. Previously I was able to open enpass mini via global hotkey, select the entry I needed, copy the password (CMD P) and then close the window to get back to the native app that requires the password. As of 6.12. this no longer works. Pressing ESC does nothing.

To test enpass (latest version), I created a passkey on Google.com. While I was connected to Google, the passkey seemed to work OK. But, when I closed the browser (Brave) and then relaunched it and tried to log into Google, Google had no idea about the passkey saved there. Thus, I was forced to enter a user name, password, and backup code. I tried this multiple times and always had the same issue. Below is a screenshot I got several times: I clicked "Use another device" and was prompted to save it to enpass. Enpass Pro lets me log in, but then a message pops up, which I can't dismiss, informing me that I haven't used the appllication for some time and I have to authenticate by a code which will be sent to my email address. But this email message never arrives. And it's not in my SPAM folder. I can't even change the mail address. So I am logged in, but I can't use the application. I even installed the newest version manually.

Since upgrading to Enpass 6.12.0, I experience more crashes than usual. About 3 in the first day after updating. Here is two ways how I can consistently achieve a crash. Hi, I'm unable to export my vault's data into a file using any available format (JSON / CSV / TXT). I always receive an error "An error occured while exporting the vault" (see attached screenshot). Error occurs both in the App Store version of the app and the one downloaded from the website (freshly installed). I've tried selecting the Documents or Desktop folders, making subfolders in them, different file names - nothing seems to work. I also tried enabling the logs in the Advanced section of the Settings, but it just shows me an empty output (so I assume this error is not even being logged). Hello Team, For a while, I don't remember when exactly, Enpass won't come in foreground when using Mission Control. I use it a lot on my Mac and it's very frustrating. Every time I'm selecting Enpass's main window with Mission Control he stay in foreground for half a second and then return in background. If i open the preference window of Enpass and trying to select it with Mission Control it work well. I've just tried to uninstall Enpass (using Pearcleaner) restart my computer and reinstall it and the behavior didn't change. Have you any fix or debug step to try to return to correct operation ? I am attempting to sync a vault through webdav to my NextCloud server hosted configured via docker. I am able to connect to this server and at least some of the attachments get uploaded but the vault contents (e.g. vault.enpassdbsync file) itself does not get uploaded. I get an error message "Something went wrong while syncing with Webdav. Error code: 908404. Attachment shows the contents of the nextcloud directory after the error message. Of note, I have been able to sync another vault to the same Nextcloud instance using webdav and it syncs fine. The only difference I note is that the instance that syncs correctly does not have any attachments.

I have forgotten my exact master password. I basically know what it is but some letters in it are replaced with numbers and now when I type it in it is always rejected so I am obviously not changing the right ones. In short - is there any way to recover this password or am I doomed to have to start all over again?

I’m able to sync using Wi-Fi between my iPhone and MacBook, but after a short while and then it stops!? I contacted support before, and they asked me to install the Discovery App to confirm that Wi-Fi sync is available, and it is (see details below). I'm running Enpass portable on my M1 mac. I keep getting this error when I open the app, "Unable to Run from Current Location. Please change portable execution location." Haven't been able to figure out if it's a problem with M1 or something I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Hey since upgrading to Mac OS 15 Sequoia Enpass is not working anymore with Passkeys If I am on a webpage where I have a passkey saved in Enpass and I want to login to the URL I just get the popup in the attached screenshot. I cannot choose enpass anymore to be used to fill out the passkey. The only possibility now is to use my iPhone and then scan the barcode that is displayed on the Mac (safari and firefox) and then use my iPhone to pass the passkey to the browser. Is there a workaround for this or a fix ??
