Enpass not able to fill in passoword reset or change page on EPFO (employee provident fund) portal. Please fix this ASAP!

Just today I see that my primary vault is not syncing to other devices via Wi-Fi. The error message in the desktop app (which is the sync server) and on devices is "Password of data on Wi-Fi Sync Server is required". I don't know what this means. I don't have a separate password for the Primary vault, just the main password. What is it asking for exactly? I have rebooted and relaunched everything and there is no change. Thanks!

I want to delete the Standard Enpass database that is currently stored in the iCloud. How do I do this? How can I check that no data is “left over” in the iCloud?

My Enpass suddendly wants a new authentication. Since I need to have ZScaler running it is failing the SSL verification. However this should not be an issue. Why does anybody think that locking a user out of a local installation with a local vault is anything that should be possible? Password managers run on trust. A password manager that locks you out is as bad as an insecure one. I bought the app some while ago. I can activate my the premium I got for buying it before the subscription model. I know I've encountered this problem before but I cannot remember how to fix it. I mistakenly redownloaded the Desktop app and now my password says incorrect. It opens fine with my face id on my phone, but how to do I retrieve the correct file from the cloud and where on my Mac do I put it. I know there's some changing filenames or something. The instructions on the website don't make sense tome. Please help. I'm useless without my Enpass on my desktop.

This intermittent error has been going on for "years" now. The only way to connect Safari extension for me is to quit and restart Safari. Surely there's a fix for this? Hi, yesterday I reset my Macbok to default settings, and after restoring most of the apps I logged in to Enpass to be able to open and log in to all the websites I use but the last password I updated before restoring my laptop was not changed and I could not log in. My first assumption was that maybe the Enpass did not sync for any reason before resetting the laptop, but the big problem was that all the passwords I stored and used in the last 20 days were not there(Enpass) so now I have the situation I need to recover all of them and I am not sure if it's possible to do it. I am unable to sync using Wi-Fi between my iPhone and Macbook. It just says 'Synchronizing' but never completes. This is the third time this issue has ocurred in the past year as the Wi-Fi sync sometimes work intermittently. Firewall is disabled, I have no VPN, restarted both devices multiple times, restarted the router, and I followed the steps in the Wi-Fi sync troubleshooting guide. I also tried reinstalling Enpass and it is unable to find my Macbook through the QR code or 'Restore manually' method. I upgraded my macOS to Sequoia recently and find I no longer can save usernames/passwords to Enpass. Only option seems to be Apple's Passwords. My preference is Enpass 6.11.8 (1860)

If I delete Enpass from my iPad and reinstall it, it will sync over Wi-Fi for a day, but that's all. I want to switch from wi-fi sync to iCloud. I can do this quickly on my iPad but I cannot find the list of Sync locations on my Mac. Can somebody help me find that list, or must I delete Enpass from my Mac and reinstall? Thank you.

This has been been discussed here before but have not found an answer - it was painless to import from an older version of 1PW, but the imported notes and pdfs are there but there's nothing I can do with them - I can not view them. From previous posts, looks like this problem has existed for a long time, has it been fixed? and what is the solution? Thanks.

The synchronization between different devices with the Synology with WebDAV no longer works. Separating and re-creating it does not solve either. In addition, the sync file was deleted on the WebDAV. I had problems with WebDAV before and it was difficult to set up. What other synchronization methods are there, not via a cloud service? How to set up a shared folder on Android iPhone and Mac? Fighting this problem again is really tedious so the application is not trustworthy.

Hi, I had a lifetime Pro subscription and just bought a lifetime Premium sub just to have passkey support. However, on Mac 15.2 in safari, brave and chrome, I never get a popup to save my passkey with Enpass. I tried it with google.com and I can save it to iCloud, to the browser, and even to 1Password, but never to Enpass. Enpass version is 6.11.8 (1861) and the browser extension in Brave is 6.11.3. I do not like the feeling of being scammed by being promised a feature that does not work. Hello, When I try to load a small attachment (just a few kb) into Enpass I get a warning: Attachments must be smaller than 5 MB. The attachment will then not be loaded Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug on Enpass's part?

I have been having problems with Enpass hanging often, and now it hangs every time it starts almost immediately after entering the master password. I uninstalled and deleted all the data, then re-installed and synced to my vault again, and the problem remains. I am using OneDrive for vault storage. The vault works fine on other devices, but this is the only Mac used. I have to force quit Enpass. It is completely unusable at this point. I tried to add some debug info, but it was deemed to be spam and wouldn't all me to post.

I have a couple of issues that have developed recently: Running Empass 6.11.5 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.7. I have settings configured to run in menu bar as well as a long time (9999) for auto lock when system inactive. This used to work but recently asks for the master pw every am after just sitting overnight without a system restart. Also have PIN set but doesn't show that window to unlock with it. Would like to use Apple watch but can't find settings. Thanks a lot. Jay

After the Update from Enpass 6.11.4 to Enpass 6.11.5 (1819) the Wi-Fi Sync Server macOS 14.7.1 (Mac Studio) does not work anymore on all synced Devices either macOS 14.x or iPhones / iPads with iOS 17.7.1. The error is "Incorrect Password" - but the sync password is correct & still the same. The same problem happens at other customers sites as well with totally different network hardware ! Our support tried everything, the only remedy that helped was deleting all the clients & stopping Wi-Fi Sync Server, set it up new and synchronising alle clients again from scratch. I upgraded my Mac to Sequoia 15.1 today. Now, selecting "Credit cards" in the pop-up widow from the menu bar shows all items in the "Credit card" category plus all items (except the last one) from the "Finance" category. Maybe this was happening before but I can't be sure of that now. I only want to see items in the "Credit Card" category in the pop-up. Is there something I can do to change this or is it a "feature" or a bug?

Dear all, iOS Enpass has an option to disable Universal Clipboard on Apple Devices. Why is this not implemented in the MacOS Version of Enpass? In my Eyes this is an massive Security issue that when someone on a Mac Computer Copies a Password in Enpass and this will be synced to all Clipboards of Apple devices within the same Apple Account. Edge: 129.0.2792.52 MacOS: 14.7 Enpass: 6.11.3 (1773) When Enpass (app) is unlocked, the browser extension doesn't realize it's unlocked to allow selection of a password. Clicking on "Click to unlock Enpass" doesn't bring up the modal to tap Touch ID to unlock. This has been happening since last week. I am using the latest Enpass 6.11.3 (1773) with browser extension 6.11.0 on Arc Version 1.60.0 (53678). After a while the password completion popup disappears so fast that it is impossible to choose a completion in the popup. Also the enpass icon in the username field seems to blink on and off its lock signal. It appears as if the extension regularly (every 0.5s) becomes unauthenticated which makes the popup disappear. As of today, Enpass 6.11.4 (1800) on my Mac Mini M2 Pro shows this error under Vault Settings: Sync Error Password of data on Wi-Fi Sync Server is required But Enpass on this Mac is the Wi-Fi Sync Server for all other devices and it has the status Running when I check in Settings>>Wi-Fi Sync. I don't understand how I can resolve this issue without disconnecting all sync clients and connecting them again. There's the option 'Resolve Now', but there my Master Password is not accepted. So why does the Wi-Fi Sync Server require its own Wi-Fi Sync Server password and which one would that be?
