I am unable to sync using wifi between my iPhone and Macbook. My Android phone works fine. The QR code method times out with an error: "Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Sync Server. Make sure that server is running and you are connected to same network" The 'Restore Manually' method keeps on looking for servers but never finds the Macbook. I have tried all the steps in the Wifi sync troubleshooting guide but the issue persists. I have also disabled the firewall, reinstalled Enpass on both devices and restarted the Sync Server multiple yet the issue remains. Dear Support Team, I use Enpass on my MacBook. As a vault I use the primary vault. My wife also uses her primary vault on a Windows machine. I would like to import the backup file of the Windows computer on my MacBook. How can I import my wife's primary vault as an additional vault (e.g. wifes-vault). Thank you, Klaus

When I allowed my browser to start enpass, it opened dozens of apps/tasks in the task bar. If I wouldn't have terminated the browser, it would probably continues endlessly (see attachment). This happened in seconds. I have the latest OS 13.2.1 (22D68) and Enpass 6.8.5 (1256) version installed.

I have local vault with Wi-Fi sync on my Mac. The error is Sync Error: Password of data on Wi-Fi Sync Server is required. When I click on Resolve Now and enter my password it says Incorrect Password. I get the same messages on my iOS devices. When I click Options on my Mac and get the QR Code, the iOS devices reject the code. This happened after I updated to 13.2.1 VenturaOS This may be related, I have updated macOS before and when I reboot after the update Enpass just requires my TouchID to log in. Autofill is not working in my Safari browser. It does work from the Enpass menu bar icon, but it does not have the little Enpass logo in a login box to press for autofill. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the extension. I have deleted the app and re-installed it. I am running a M2. Enpass v6.8.4. MacOS Ventura 13.2. Purchased from the Apple Mac App Store.

Hello, I need urgent help. On my Mac, the desktop version of Enpass is extremely slow and it crashes all the time. (Error reports already sent to Apple several times). I have 11 vaults (matching via WebDAV) and a total of 2300 entries. I wonder if this is too much and how much one vault can handle in entries? Furthermore, I've had the problem three times now that when I crash, the registration for the Pro version flies out and then the vaults are no longer there. I have a main vault and an iCloud vault. I want to sync the main vault to the iCloud vault. how? don't understand -- I can't copy the main vault items to the iCloud vault so how do I get them to mirror each other?

Dear Enpass Support, if I try to export a vault, the JSON-File has 0 (Zero) Bytes after "succesful export". If I ty to import this file, enpass says "nothin got import". I am using 6.8.4 (1166) Mac-Verision and 6.8.4 (1167) Website-Verions on MacOS 10.14.6

Hi! I am a little worried about my safety. Since probably 1 or 2 weeks the passwords in my vault seem to be changing without me doing anything. I tried logging in to my PayPal and the stored password doesn't work any more. I already reset my password 2 times now. I also noticed that some passwords went from "excellent" to only "good" without me actually changing them. Is this a known issue or does anyone else has access to my vault? Cheers, KarlKaos

Hello All! I have a functioning Enpass install on my desktop iMac. I've just got a laptop and want to have the same Vault installation on the laptop. What is the recommended method for achieving this? Hi team I am using the latest version of Enpass on Mac and iOS devices, installed via the App Store. Enpass gets very slow, freezes, often crashes to an extend that the app is not usable anymore. I have 800+ password entries in 1 vault. My sync service is a local WebDav service. Any help is very much appreciated.

When I shutdown or restart my Mac mini 2018 running macOS Monterey, for half a second a window appears, saying that Enpass interrupted my Mac from shutdown/restart. Then the window disappears by itself, and my Mac shuts down/restarts. How can I solve this issue?

I've noticed this for the past couple of desktop versions. I am now on Enpass version 6.5.2 (726) on macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave) on a 2019 Macbook Pro 13". I usually have Enpass open, but minimized to the dock all the time I am logged in. I have noticed when I walk away from my machine for a while, or the machine sleeps, the first time I click to re-open Enpass from the dock it will pop up with the info displayed from the last item I used in Enpass (username, email, password page)...then after maybe one to two seconds it goes to the Enpass PIN screen. I seem to have forgotten my master password and can no longer log in via the macOS app. Touch ID always asks for the master password. On iOS devices, access is still possible via FaceID or TouchID. Is there a way to get the master password?

Hello, This issue is happening on both Macbook Air M1 & Mac Mini M1 for a few months now. It was very hard to pinpoint what app is causing the issue. When I kill Enpass and attempt to copy an email or a username (my job requires it), it's all fine, pasting what ive copied. But if I run Enpass it randomly starts pasting 6 digits (ie you copy youremail@gmail.com and when you attempt to paste it, you get 384302) I'm pretty sure this is caused by Enpass somehow. I don't know how. I'm running version 6.8.4 (1166) of Enpass and Ventura 13.0 (22A380) on both computers. Does anyone experience something similar? Any fix?

MacBook Pro M1 macOS 13.0.1 and Enpass 6.8.4 My Touch ID works. Worked great with 1Password 7, works filling things in Safari, works for wake from sleep, etc. I have the "Quick Unlock" "Touch ID" checked. Yet every time I launch Enpass I get NO option to use my fingerprint. And please explain "Master password is required every time you restart Enpass". Is this saying I cannot use the Touch ID when I launch Enpass??? 1P7 allowed me to use my fingerprint - only occasionally requiring the vault master password to re-verify. thx qb

Enpass settings for autolock are not working. The idle and inactive timers aren't working - Enpass requires unlocking regularly Anyone else seeing this issue?
