Hey guys, I installed Enpass on three MacBooks, on two of them I can login with Touch ID instantly without using a password, but on my third MacBook it always requests the password before I can use Touch ID. any idea, why? All MacBooks are running on the same Ventura 13.4.1, the security settings are the same on all Mac Books. Best Ralf

Hi dear Enpass Support I'm having an Enpass WiFi Server suddenly want to connect to itself ? Error: Sync Error Destination folder for sync is unreachable But it is on the WiFi Sync Server itself where I get this error (Enpass 6.8.1.1063, macOS 12.4 on MacBookPro18,1 M1 Pro) The vault is visible and everything looks fine otherwise. There are 3 other Mac's & one iPhone on the same WiFi Network being Sync-Client to this server and where working fine for weeks. Tried Pause/Resume Server, reboot Mac, change Network etc - to no avail any hints would be greatly appreciated Mik

When clicking on the "Settings" button, a new screen pops up. This screen (and all other options from there on) cannot be resized. Typically this is not an issue, as most of the work done here does not require a larger view. However, when trying to create custom templates this is incredibly frustrating and tedious. For example, the original bank template has many fields and when trying to see them all and/or drag them from one spot to another, requires way too much effort. Maybe I am missing something but why lock this screen and make user experience worse?

When trying to use enpass in safari, it tries to connect to the app. In many cases that fails (often after waking up macOS). Sometimes it tries to reconnect and opens 30 enpass instances (see screenshot). And I want to add, that before macOS was put to sleep, I have successfully used it in Safari. So setup itself is ok. Once I restart Safari, enpass will work for some time.

Hi there, recently (few months ago) I noticed that navigating on web pages with TAB (which should normaly "jump" over active elements like links, buttons and form inputs) is not working properly. It works normally until it jumps on a form elements (e.g. search, which has many sites), then it cycles up on them. Even this page (Create new topic) is suffering with this issue. I found out that if I turn off the Enpass extension its started to behave as expected. My setup: Enpass 6.8.5 (1256) (Mac App Store) macOS Ventura 13.3 (22E252) primary browser Firefox 112.0 (but behaves the same in Safari and Chrome) Thanks for looking into it.

I run Enpass on both my iPhone and my MacBook Air, databases are synchronized thru iCloud. Now, after not using the Macbook installed Engpass for quite a long time I seem to have forgotten the master password and can't log into the Mac OS database, yet I can still use Engpass on the iPhone using Touch ID for unlocking and have just backed up that database to iCloud. Is It possible to restore the database from the backup to the Mac OS installed Engpass? I imagine that first I have to delete the Engpass installation, then create a clean new installation and create a new master password. Hello, I have the website version of Enpass 6.8.5 on Mac OS 12.6.5 I tried to update Enpass to the new version 6.8.6 today. I could not find an automatic update choice. So I downloaded the new version from the website and installed it. Enpass installed a new version and kept the old (6.8.5) version. So now I had two versions. When I tried to start the new version Enpass could not find the preferences and the tresors. I had to direct Enpass to the backups of the old version. While doing that, Enpasss wanted the backup password. I tried the master password, but Enpass didn't accept ist. So I couldn't open the tresor. To get Enpass running again I ha…

When I revoke Enpass on Mac, I have to use touch id twice every time to have the full window available. 1. I revoke Enpass running in the background. I select "Touch ID", use it. Accepted. 2. Enpass opens in a small pop-up window. I want the full window instead. 3. Enlarge Enpass by pressing Cmd-E. It requires password entry again! And strange enough, I have to click on the touch id bubble again, then do touch id. Now I have the full window. Hi, when i completely close Enpass the width of the first two columns in Enpass gets reset to default width. This was not an issue in Enpass 6.8.2. Issue starts with Enpass 6.8.3 MacOS Monterey 12.6 on m1 imac and also m1 macbook pro 13 Uninstallation and reinstallation did not fix the issue: Columns were set to width: after quiting Enpass width of the first two colums gets reset to: So please fix this issue as soon as possible. Hi, i use enpass on several devices (windows pc, iPhone, iPad ...) but i have problem on Mac Book Pro only. Using the safari browser extension, enpass always crashes!!! So I has to kill enpass and restart enpass each time. This is frustrating... can someone help me? Thanks a lot Johnny78

Hi there! This issue has haunted me since I switched from Intel mac to Mac m1. I tried literally every possible combination but it is still there. So I have Enpass 6.8.5 (1256) Pro + Macbook Pro m1. Each time my mac goes idle/sleep I get "application not responding" and have to force quit Enpass. Once I re-launch Enpass in 1 case of 3 app can't connect to the Chrome extension. It says it's looking for the Enpass app...and then Not found. Obviously to fill passwords I have to force quit Enpass app and then open it again. Once I do it, it usually works fine but after some time or idle/sleep it starts to freeze again and I have to close it. I did…

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Enpass, or one caused by a recent Chrome update. I usually leave Enpass running. I have noticed that the last couple weeks, the Enpass Browser Add-on fails to activate, or even come up at all (especially in a Private Window); and that most times when returning to my computer Enpass is shows as "Not Responding" in the Activity Monitor with approximately 130k-230k Idle Wake Ups, and at about 60% CPU Utilization. I have to Force Quit the Process and re-open it. Hi, as stated in the title Enpass most of the time is not filing out any forms (I'm using Firefox though), and then randomly freezes. There is an Enpass icon displayed in the input fields when they get focus but clicking on them doesn't do anything. And clicking the Enpass icon in my Firefox's menu bar Enpass will eventually freeze. Apart from that Enpass will freeze without interaction, my MBP's fans will go crazy and macOs activity monitor will show that Enpass is using >~60% of CPU power. Hello, Recently, I noticed that autofill username and password does not work anymore on many websites. I see the Enpass-icon on the right site of a field, but when I click on it, nothing happens. The Enpass app is active and unlocked. Even on this site (Enpass forum) it does not work anymore. Is there some setting I should look at?

Hello, I'm running the Mac AppStore version 6.8.2 (1082) on a MacMini (M1, 2020) running macOS Monterey version 12.5.1 but the problem it's there since a lot of time. When unlocking with Apple Watch the app will hang on unlocking about 50% of the times randomly. All i can do is Quit the app, reopen it and enter master pwd again. Can you help? Thx

New tab, open a webpage, enpass pops up with 2 (!) windows and I should authenticate. Why? Nobody asked it to do anything. I just opened a webpage. Why do I have to authenticate and open enpass for this?

Coming from Myki PM (that just got acquired), Enpass UI looks very outdated. Over a year and half ago, I remember trying the iOS enpass app before choosing Myki. It looked so outdated that it screamed "unprofessiona and insecure" to me. Now that I started using the Mac & iOS apps, it still feels that way. Hence my question - do we expect a major update (design wise)? If so, when should that happen?

I've turned off all the auto-lock settings (see pic), yet the main Enpass app keeps on locking every time my computer sleeps. It only started happening recently. It's annoying. Is there any way to fix it?

i wonder if the web-download is the same app than the one of the app-store. Are there any adventages using the web-version?
