Hello, Each time I unlock MacOS BigSur (last update) on M1 MacMini, the Enpass App (last update) is crashing and i have to restart. As soon as i click on the menu bar Enpass icon, it crash. I am using two webdav vaults with keyfiles. Thanks

Hello team, This has been happening for the past at least three months on two of my Macs that sync to a WebDAV location. I noticed this a while back when NPaaS app was just in the background and running for a few hours, and then I would try to update it, it would give me this error. Then when I completely quit the app and open it again, it will allow me to make whatever change I try to do. As mentioned this happens on two Macs. Is this a known bug or issue? I've even tried to sync locally, and I have switched both of my Macs from WebDAV to working with the local file, but the same issue happens, so it's not WebDAV-related. Is there any log that I can share?…

I'm not really so worried about absolute security. (Say what you will; I have my reasons chief of which is my wife refuses to give a flip and uses as many of the same passwords she can get away with and doesn't have a pass for her laptop FFS.) I do care about site's logins/passwords and love Enpass. But I am getting tired of having to log into Enpass several times a day. In Enpass>Settings>Security>Autolock I have tried setting System Inactive for 9999 minutes and Enpass is idle for 9999 minutes - all other options unchecked. What am I doing wrong?

Enpass always needs at least 10 seconds to start. Basically, Endpass starts immediately, but then it freezes and the beach ball appears. Only then can I search for passwords. This is also the case if I have switched off “Search for compromised passwords”. Even if WiFi sync is switched off. I have an iMac M1 OS, the Endpass version is 6.11.12 Is there any way to change this behavior? Thank you

I have an iPad Air. My wife has an iPad Mini, both running the same lifetime license. The iPad Air syncs just fine using iCloud sync. The Mini will not sync. The settings are the same. I've used my email/password on both tablets. I tried for years to use wi-fi sync, but that turned out to be a waste of time. Any suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.

I keep having this issue during my testing of Enpass. I setup enpass and that seems to work fine, but later when I restart it, I get the initial screen where I am asked how I will use enpass (personal or business). I ended up with three different enpass installations of the main vault. Enpass lets me enter items in which ever vault is "current" from the latest forced re-install but then later it seems to totally forget it's installed and wants me to go through the entire process again... ???? Not sure how this happens, but it doesn't seem enpass is going to work for me. Just too many issues (passkey not working as expected, for example). Thanks,

Hello, Enpass crashes about every fourth time I launch it. Besides that, the beach ball spins for about 15 seconds each time after launching. Both of these things are making me question whether I want to continue using Enpass at all. I therefore want to completely delete Enpass from my Mac and then completely reinstall it. Of course, I want to keep all my passwords and settings. How can I get a direct, freshly installed copy of my current Enpass app? Is it sufficient to export vaults? What about the other settings? I was wondering why my Mac's boot drive was shrinking and found 8GB of what I assume to be Enpass temporary files. The files are located in User/<name>/Library/Containers/Enpass/Data/Library/Caches/CloudKit/<folder name>/Assets Enpass is writing at least one 2MB file every 10 minutes. There were files in there going back to November of last year and, as I say, as of today, this totalled 8GB of data. Surely this is unnecessary? Or if these files are necessary, then clearly housekeeping is not being done properly. Any thoughts?

This has been occurring for the past year and recent updates haven't improved the situation. As reported in previous versions Enpass randomly quits and has to be restarted. The app is not "sleeping", it has quit. This becomes apparent when trying to fill a password in Safari and am prompted to start Enpass. Starting Enpass also doesn't connect to the Safari plugin - which is the 2nd bug reported here. I haven't been able to determine any pattern to the random quitting. Sometimes it occurs in a few hours, other times it's 2-3 days. Look forward to this being fixed.

I was working with a content management and was wondering why working is not fluent. Then I test it with speedometer and there is a massiv slow down through the Enpass browser extension. Could you check and repair/correct that. Are any solution for that problem? See attachment.

Just updated to macOS Tahoe Beta 3 and enpass desktop doesn't work with this version either. Same symptoms and issues as Beta 2.

Dear Support, I use Enpass on Mac and iOS. My vaults are synchronized via WebDAV. Recently, I received the following error message: “Synchronization error. Password required for data on WebDAV.” Which password is meant here? The vault password or the password for accessing the WebDAV account? Regardless, I am 100% sure that neither password has been changed. Regards, Klaus

Hello, I have two vaults in Enpass 6.11.13 (2032) and I try to sync them over Nextcloud. But I the error taht I can only sync one vault with one user. How is this a problem if I use different paths? Or is there a ignore of subpaths? Will this work with native webdav? Best

I have a login that takes three fields: 1. User 2. Company ID 3. Password. With my current password manager, I can set up a field called "Company ID" (matches input field on HTML login form) and my current password manager will input all three fields automatically. Not sure how to get enpass to enter all three fields. I tried creating a Company ID field and even moving that field up with the password fields, but enpass does not enter the matching Company ID field. Can enpass enter more than just user and password? If not, would this feature ever be added? Thanks,

I notice weird issues on some websites I vist. Random javascript based behaviour will not work when Enpass extension is enabled As soon as I disable Enpass then the behaviour works as expected. Here is one example: https://www.shelly.com/de/products/shelly-blu-gateway Going to this website without Enpass you can click the thumbnails to replace the main photo. When Enpass extension is enabled this is not possible. Adding the domain to skipped domains in Enpass extension does not make a difference. I have to disable Enpass extension in Safari for the website to work properly. Enpass 6.11.12 (2002) Safari 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8)

Hi, on iOS it is possible to set Enpass as the default password manager, so other apps use it too. This is done in Settings > Passwords > Password Options. (See screenshot) Is this possible on MacOS too? With Enpass 6.9.4 on MacOS 14.3.1, it does not show up in the Settings: I would love Enpass do have the same integration on MacOS as it has on iOS!!

Hi, I know it might be silly to seek support on beta OS , but this really annoys , so kind of want to try it anyway tried uninstall reinstall , both downloaded version and app store version , no good firefox, chrome , safari , all no good pretty much all the guide I found online didn't work out , disable/re-enable browser extension ....etc it looks like the desktop app never receives the linking request from browser extension though. any help is greatly appreciated. best regards,

Hi all I updated Enpass just now to v6.11.12 via the App Store and now it won't start at all....it just crashes every single time. This sort of BS is far too common with Enpass and I'm sick of it. When will it be fixed? I use Enpass constantly every single day and need it working ASAP. What info is required to help troubleshoot? For frig's sake, Enpass, how did you allow an updater to install on an unsupported version of macOS????!? Where can I download an earlier version that'll run on 11.6? I need this ASAP.

As per the subject, I'd like to know why a topic I started in this section last week was removed for apparently no reason. I've searched this forum thoroughly and it's definitely gone. It concerned the Enpass Chrome extension suddenly now causing lag issues in an online MIDI editor; the lag only started in the last few weeks and it disappears when the Enpass Chrome extension is disabled or removed from Chrome. i have "remember keyfile" option disabled. when choosing the keyfile from the login in the "small" enpass window, macos doesn't let me navigate the finder window correctly. i am unable to change folder. from the "full" enpass window it works as expected and i can navigate folders and select the keyfile without issues.

Dear Support, I don't know how to describe the issue, but let me try this way : I'm running EnPass on my Mac, and sometimes, when I'm not touching my device for a few days, coming back on EnPass, when it's trying to unlock, it's asking me for the PIN, and when I enter it, it says it's wrong !? Even when I retry a few times, ensuring I'm typing slowly... So I skip that and go for the full password, which then works fine. I even already tried changing the PIN, but it happened again today. I'm not using a Magic Keyboard with the Touch ID, I'm on a Mac Mini with some Logitech external keyboard, so no other "hardware" security chip except what's in the Mac Mini itself. …

Was working fine until I just updated. Now I get "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with iCloud. Error Code: 308503" Anyone else seeing this? Ideas to fix it?

•When I copy something from Enpass (Mac desktop) and try to paste it to an iOS device via Universal Clipboard, the field is blank. It acts like it pasted something, but nothing is visible. On the Mac if I paste the Enpass text into a note and then copy the text from there, I can paste into an iOS device. •From Enpass on iOS to the Mac copy/paste works fine. •In the past I was able to copy from any instance of Enpass (iOS or Mac) and paste into Apple TV via Universal Clipboard.
