January 18, 20233 yr Hi @JFS It seems that you are using an older version of Enpass. Please update your Enpass app to the latest version 6.8.4 and share your findings with me. If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report with us at support@enpass.io and mention this forum.
January 18, 20233 yr Author Hi, how can I update Enpass? I can't find any menue item also not in the options. Or have I download the new version from your website? Best
January 19, 20233 yr Hi @JFS If you have downloaded the Enpass app from the Mac AppStore, kindly check the same for updates. In case you are using the Website version of our app, you can check for updates from within the app itself (Menu bar -> Help -> Check for Updates).
March 17, 20233 yr Author Hi, I have the app Store version and everything is up to date. But now I have also the crashes on normal use and not only if my mac is going to sleep.
March 17, 20233 yr Hi @JFS Please share the below details with me, and I’ll have this investigated for you - 1. The version of the Enpass app you are using. 2. Have you downloaded the Enpass app from the Mac AppStore or from our official website? 3. Is the app crashing for you after a certain step, ie, after editing an Item, creating a new Item, etc? Or is it completely random? 4. Try disconnecting the internet, then launch the Enpass app and observe if the app is still crashing for you. If it is not crashing, then while the internet is disconnected, try removing the cloud account you are using for synchronization, enable the internet and re-launch Enpass to check if the app is still crashing. Also share the cloud service you are using to synchronize your data. 5. Is the Enpass app showing you a crash report after the crash? If yes, kindly share it with me.
