  1. ok no it's clear. on macos this error does not exist, because there is no option for ssl-pinning in security settings. windows enpass has option for ssl-pinning under advanced settings. per default this is enabled. when disabling ssl-pinning check update check works as expected. maybe enpass did not update the pinned ssl public key for there webservices after cert change. or the security ssl pinning check option was enabled with last update and this did never work.
  2. i attached an ips file in may already in this thread for older enpass version and older macos version. the bug ist still present in latest enpass version on latest macos 26 version. Attached you will find here an actual crash report from the last crash. Enpass-2026-08-28-112217.ips
  3. no the issue is still present. i have no enpass prozesses running in background, also autostart and such settings for enpass are disabled. this issue ist present on all my windows 11 25h2 machines.
  4. same error here on multiple Windows 11 machines with x64 download Version 6.12.5 (2659) build 2662 seems to be Windows App Store Version.
  5. This does not work for me. what worked when copying some content field to clipboard and then closing enpass. there will be no crash
  6. 7. Thank you. I see and bought already the missing License for my daughter.
  8. License is bound to email address. you can not change this by yourself. Enpass Team can only do this.
  9. Are there any future plans to offer Lifetime plan again? Subscription Models are no option for my Daughter.
  10. My Problem is that i need an editional Lifetime Subscription for my Daughter. Currently she is now 18 and needs her own Password Manager. My wife have lifetime Subscription i also have lifetime Subscription. And now we wanted to buy an additional one for our daughter but this seems not possible anymore. Bad Situation.
  11. bad decision from enpass. so i had to look for an alternative password manager for my daughter. enpass forces their potential customer to use an alternative password manager or to cheat with existing lifetime licenses. this is not the first bad move from enpass
  12. Where to find comparsion between free personal edition and paid editions? What features are included in each edition?
  13. Hi, is it still possible to buy LifeTime Version for Private Use or only 3 year Plans? Sorry but I'm very dissappointed about this. I wanted to buy a LifeTime Version for my daughter. but could not find this. Please let me know it this is still possible. Best Regards, MOM20xx
  14. Hi, I already updated to 6.11.7 on macos 15.2 on multiple machines. No crashes, but it looks like you have removed the download link for 6.11.7 on macos. should i downgrade now or is everything fine when i have no crashes?
  15. Hi, what happens in iOS Enpass when Settings - Advanced - "Check Clipboard for shared Items" is enabled? Can't find any Details about that. Please also Update online Documentation to current iOS and MacOS Builds. This Documentation is outdated and Settings are missing in the Documentation
