I have 2 iPads, 1 Android and 1 Windows computer and ALL 4 are giving me Sync Error. Something went wrong while syncing with Cloud. Error Code: 204035 How do I fix it?

As the picture shows, fail to add new passkey for the telegram. Interestingly, it worked later when I had had one passkey saved in ios password. The same error happened with battlenet, and for the reason I couldn't understand, I added a passkey in password then just deleted it, all of a sudden enpass just worked to save a passkey. There must be sth wrong through the way you process the creation and saving of the passkey, why it always failed in the first time for an account? You support passkey in a very early stage and you are a commercial product in privacy and security, but but couldn't handle this like others.

This new feature to annoy very often with the master password reminder and forcing to enter it while logged in is terrible. Fortunately it is intended to be switched of in security in settings. Unfortunately this switch is NOT working properly, this annoying forcing reminder comes up anyway. Please this soon. Enpass iOS seems to default to the Primary vault for the autofill widget in Safari. I have four vaults and want to default to 'All vaults'. I have to manually select all vaults every time the autofill opens. If I open Enpass app then all vaults is the default. Enpass iOS 6.11.12 (1002) iOS 18.5

Hi There, I switched from MS365 Sync to file / folder based syncing. That works fine on mac, but I couldn't get it running on my iPhone. I've created a sync job for the Enpass Folder so it is offline available. But when trying to select that folder in Enpass "Folder Sync" dialog, it's greyed out without any explanation. How can I get this running (Without switching to WebDAV as Perplexity suggested) Bests Pascal

Enpass on iOS 17 is no longer using FaceID. There is no FaceID option in Settings > Security any longer. FaceID is enabled in the iOS settings for Enpass. Suggestions appreciated.

Hello everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with Enpass on iPhone related to the iOS password autofill feature: When I tap into a login field in an app or browser, then use the keyboard option “Passwords” (lock icon), Enpass opens as expected. However, it always shows the wrong vault. Specifically, it consistently opens the default vault, regardless of which vault is set as preferred in the Enpass settings. I’m using multiple vaults and would like either: the vault defined in the settings to open automatically, or ideally, access to all vaults when using autofill. I have Enpass 6.8.5 loaded on both my Mac and iPad. All is well with the Mac. At startup I am asked for my Enpass master password and then not asked for it again for the remaining time I am logged on. However, on the iPad I am required to enter the Enpass master password when I log on to every website, every time. Totally defeats the reason for using Enpass on the iPad. I see no comments posted of others having the same issue. Any suggestions to solve this issue?

Even so I have configured to lock the app only after 30min and „locking when leaving“ is disabled I have to log in all the time. Also when just switching to a different app for seconds. This seems not to work. It would be nice to fix this!

IOS: Macbookpro: 10.15.4 Safari Browser: 13.1. Browser extensions added and installed proper. ISSUE: When I log into a site that has the credentials already saved in Enpass it always pops up a prompt to save or update the credentials. This is dysfunctional and distracting. The option to save NEW logins is checked and is working proper. The system should recognize that the login is saved already and not pop up EVERY single time I login into to ANYTHING.

Hi, my wife has a problem with wifi syncing between Mac mini (Tahoe) and iPhone mini13 (latest ios), Enpass 6.11.17. The problem is new, she could sync a few weeks ago and often before: The iPhone cannot find the sync server on the mac. It is running, same network, neither qr code nor manual setup works. With qr code it "thinks" for appr. 2 minutes before giving the error "cannot find ..." and manually it hangs for even longer. VPN is off, firewall is on but Enpass and Wifisyncserver accept all connections. Restart of all devices incl. router did not work. Stopping and restarting the server on the Mac neither. I'm making another attempt to have my Enpass (6.11.17 (2132)) macOS device (15.7.2) passwords to "sync" over to my iOS device (26.1). Ages ago tried to get support and nothing ever worked. I've recently gone through every password and changed to secure passwords. Done on my iMac. Now I need those passwords on my iPhone SE. Not understanding why it doesn't "sync" like the other apps I use (email, calendar, notes, etc).

Hi I am using Enpass via WebDAV, which I set up in April 2025. I mainly use three devices to access my Enpass vault: a Windows laptop, an Ubuntu desktop, and an iOS device. Last Monday, 30 November, I created a new entry on my iOS device and saved it as usual. Yesterday, Wednesday 2 December, I was working on my Windows device and noticed that this latest entry was not available. I opened the Windows client and manually started the sync, as well as the sync on my iOS device. Both clients reported that the sync was successful, but the new entry was still missing. Ich changed the parameters of my my enpass-wifi-sync server and now i wish to reconfigure my iphone accordingly. For this, I would have to be able to - stop Wifi-sync - start Wifi-sync and change parameters. However Wifi-Sync on iPhone tries and tries and tries to sync. Then it stops with an error and the only thing I can do is make it start to try again, there seems to be no change to get to the configuration screen for Wifi-sync. As far as I can see, it is not possible to stop Wifi-sync and reconfigure sync mode.

I did the impossible and when I changed my password, I successfully changed it to something other than what I had thought I typed in. And thanks to Enpass you can’t actually see what you’ve typed in. So now it’s permanently lost to me. I followed instructions, delete the Enpass app, deleted the vault on OneDrive. And then thought I would be able to restore from a previous backup. There is no ‘restore from backup’ function that I can see. So does this mean I’ve lost absolutely everything? I’m desperate.

I am using v6.8.7 (710) on iOs 16.4.1 I have vaults spread out on 2 different servers which are accessible at different times. On my Windows Desktop version, there is no issue and it updates the vaults it can find and those not available it states Sync Error. Thsi works fine. On the iOS version it seems to not have time-out for sync error and just keeps trying and trying and regularly freezes my phone in the process. It also then asks me to reenter my master password etc. Closing the app at this point doesn't really help (assuming it hasn't totally frozen) and I need to restart my iPhone instead.

HI @all, i use enpass on iPhone and the Mac. I set the new passwords mainly per iPhone when I work with Enpass. I found out today, that the logins didn't sychronize between iPhone and Mac, so I made a new connection with Apple Cloud and synchronized the data. Unfortunately Enpass didn't synchronize with the latest password, but with the older passwords saved on the mac. So now all my newly set passwords are overwritten with the old passwords on the Mac, but not with the new oney. The Back-Up was made only for the Mac, but not for the iPhone, so I would loose about 15 accounts and credentials, if I use now the back-Up. How can I solve this issue? Enpass should now, if…

I am on an iPhone 16, iOS 18.6.1 and suddenly my Enpass crashes the moment I press „unlock“ after entering the master password to unlock the vault. I have the latest version installed from the AppStore, a fresh install works up to the point that I add my standard vault over WiFi Server and fill in the Master password. When pressing „recover“ it crashes again.

Since few days, when I want to use Enpass from an app, Enpass opens with the message « Please complete Enpass setup before using it creating or signing in using passkey » It happen for multiple application. Note that I can open and use Enpass separately. It means that I have to copy the password from Endpass and paste it to my application How to fix this? I have loved this app, but I now am required to enter my Master Password every time I want to use the app. It’s a long password and I have to look it up every time, which now makes the app inconvenient to use. I verified that my iPhone has permission for the app to use Face Recognition turned on. Can you please help?

Will you develop ios safari extension in the future like 1password has? It should have basic function of icon in input bar showing entries, and quick password generation and saving pop up window. Also, the UI/UX of iOS enpass genuinely need improvement. It lacks sort/ascend features, has duplicate function of search on three tabs[All items/browse/search] which is unnecessary. Your team need redesign the whole logic which a great app demands. To be honest, the functionality as a password manager is great but the user interface/interaction is a big mess.

How can i set a list/sorting by date or modification date under the "all entries" section, not alphabetically? In 1Password it's a common standard since years and i would be grateful if enpass could also provide this - asap Thanks for your reply in advance.

I have multiple linux and android devices. I follow the recommendations from https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/28224-cant-sync-using-google-drive. I tried different Google Accounts too. Every time, no matter Primary or any other vault, the first device syncs well, the others fail to connect. Androids with "something went wrong", linux apps with "Sync error. Something went wrong while syncing with Google Drive. Error code: 409975" Please tell me how to provide more verbose info to you, thanks.
