Master password reminder comes up even when disabled

Featured Replies

This new feature to annoy very often with the master password reminder and forcing to enter it while logged in is terrible.

Fortunately it is intended to be switched of in security in settings.

Unfortunately this switch is NOT working properly, this annoying forcing reminder comes up anyway. Please this soon. Introducing feature which just ruin my nerves and not working properly is really bad.

Same here. I'm even getting repeated prompts to save passwords to Enpass on iOS after using autofill to log into any website. It asks me to save the password every single time I log in; it's so annoying.

I don't even understand why such a not needed feature was introduced and not even right. It would be much more important to fix some of the old annoying bugs instead adding features which do not add any value and just make the experience worse and more bugy.

It takes me now all the time two additional clicks and screens.

Would you PLEASE remove the silly feature from the app again, its useless and if anyone doesn't know yet how important the master password is he will not in the future with the annoying feature.

I have disabled the reminder in the settings but the App does not care. This totally ruines the usage experience. Ignoring the reauthentication while ignoring the setting is already annoying enough.

We have escalated the issue to our technical team for further investigation and will update you as soon as we have more information.

When will you remove this unnecessary feature again if you can’t implement it properly?

I don’t need this reminder!

The faulty implementation is driving me crazy. I’m about to replace Enpass.

Please delete this nonsensical master password reminder! Now!

Yes, please let us permanently disable this unwanted, pointless and terribly annoying and infuriating feature that solves no problems. My primary devices are PCs and I use Enpass on my phone very rarely. As a result, I am asked for my password every time on my iPhone now and it always happens in really inconvenient moments. I have a very long and complex password which makes matters that much worse.

I don't think the "disable reminder" feature works.

Who the hell thought this was a good idea???

Two bugs that should be adressed immediately. If your team doesn't manage to get this fixed, they should withdraw these "features".

The master password reminder is terrible annoying and time wasting. Meanwhile I'm already thinking about switching to another password manager. I don't get, how you can ignore this for weeks.

Also Face ID on iOS doesn't work anymore as expected. Instead of opening the app immediately, I get a password input screen and have to press the small Face ID icon on the upper right to open the app.

If you work frequently with Enpass, this is a draw back, that takes way too much time over the day. And both features make absolutely no sense.

(Edit: fixted a typo)
