On my iOS 27.0.1 device, when I tried to access the Enpass app today, I was asked to enter the main password. This has happened many times before, so no problem. However, today the screen where I usually enter the password appears to be truncated (please see the attached screenshot), so I cannot enter it.

I have already tried closing and restarting the app, and closing and restarting the iPhone.

How can I solve this?

It's urgent because at the moment I can't access the app on my iPhone.

P.S: the upload image button, in this Forum, isn't working!

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
