Hi all, I've been trying to sync a new vault using nextcloud, Windows, and iOS. Creating a new vault and syncing it with Nexclout using only the Windows client appears to work fine. I can also connect the iOS app to it. However, after entering the vault's password the sync fails with error code 1308403. At this point, the Windows client still works and does not show any errors. If the local copy of the vault is now removed from the Windows client and resynced from the cloud, the same error appears on the Windows client. I did not see any healing. Since upgrading to iOS 17 and app version 6.9.2, about once a day the Enpass app tell me that I "haven't used it in a while" and then it asks me to sign in again with my email address and a validation code. I've been using Enpass for about 7 years and this has never happened before.

Hello, I've got different vaults on my NAS. Using folder sync with macOS devices works fine, so now I'd like to add my iOS devices to the folder sync. For testing purpose I dropped a test vault into my iCloud Account, so the file is on my iOS device. Here's the problem: When setting up Enpass for iOS, I can see the file in iCloud Drive, but I can't select it. It's just light grey and can't be selected. What am I doing wrong? Receiving an enpass item into a phone running ios16 works- the user is prompted to open the file in enpass and the item is added. Receiving in ios17 results in no prompt and automatic saving to “Files”. there appears to be no way to open the saved file in enpass. Trying to “share” the saved file with enpass results in “invalid file”, or similar from enpass. no issues sending from ios17 device to ios16 device. is there a way to share individual logins via airdrop into iOS 17?

Hey there, I was trying to set up a family shared vault which should be available in our home network only by design. Folder sync on a local NAS seemed a great way to do this. And it worked perfectly well with my Windows and Mac machines. However, if I try to set this vault up on iOS/iPadOS (iPhone and iPad), there's no Folder Sync to choose from. I am an "legacy" Pro user, no active Premium subscription. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I just tried to create a passkey for the Gemini app on iOS and an error comes up. Not sure if the issue belongs to Enpass or Gemini, but thought I would report it here just in case. Hello, since my Phone updated Enpass to version 6.9.0 the app crashes after Login with FaceID or after putting in the password. It says validating and then crashes. in Safari the Autofill function is still working, but the app itself is not usable. Restarting phone does also not solve the problem… regards

Dropbox Sync worked for years without any problem. Then, Enpass started to add features. I never aksed for, nor needed them. Since than, web handling is almost impossible, and IOS dropbox sync is no longer working. I use Enpass 6.7.4 (933) I recommended the software to a lot of people, please don't give me the impression, that this was a mistake! Rgds, Uwe

Hey there, i have following Issue. On my Windows PC works syncing with WebDAV. On my iPhone it’s not working anymore. I got all the time the same error that my WebDAV is not founding. I tried to reinstall the App but still doesn’t work. Also tried to reset my network settings and the same thing. The thing is, I saw in some Troubleshooting articles that I have to activate the Option in Privacy / Local Network but the Option is not there. Error message: Could not connect to specified WebDAV folder produce. Check yours username and your password. Hi guys, i am using enpass 6.8.5 on iOS 16.0 (20A362) on iPhone 13. Everything worked fine until maybe 12th of november - i didn't install any system updates, but app autoupdate feature is activated, so maybe enpass got updated. Anyways - autofill feature is broken. Enpass recognizes that there are entries in the vault: But as soon as i choose an entry, the screen turns grey-ish (because face id should be activated) - but nothing happens. Hi! As of this morning, I couldn’t get any password from Enpass in Safari. All software is on the latest version, but this message is everything I get, when trying to login into my Synology NAS, websites etc. I’m not totally sure about my translation of the message since I’m using the German version of Enpass. Restarting/resetting the iPad and restarting the app has been tried without success. I just now had the idea to change from FaceID to PIN login in Enpass and this finally solved the problem. Even switching back worked. Pretty strange error I think, since everything else related to FaceID worked fine the whole time. Maybe this can help someone r…
