I’m trying to use my master password instead of face ID to login to Enpass through password autofill in iOS. No matter what app, the keyboard won’t show no matter how much I tap on the Master Password field on the login screen. Sample photo attached is trying to using Enpass for password autofill when adding a new account in Gmail.

iOS version: 14.2 Enpass version: 6.5.3 Problem description: After upgrade to iOS 14.2 version, Enpass stop syncing to iCloud. It just freezes while trying to connect to iCloud. I have tried: a) delete the app and reinstall it: couldn't restore from iCloud. b) restore from a backup using Wi-Fi: it restored ok, but the app doesn't sync also. Would you, please, help me with this issue?

I would like to import from Wallet. I have exported a csv file and Enpass accept it but it does not give correct label names. Many passwords dont even have the titel. Is there a way to import properly? Thank you!

Is it possible to sync the passwords stored in iCloud with the passwords stored in the native iCloud password manager? If there is no existing functionality, does there stand anything in the way of developing it? (I'm a developer currently checking the feasibility) usps tracking

Enpass using Firefox on iPAD 4th generation (OS v 14.1) not working properly. The password field is not copied correctly from Enpass, although the login name is copied correctly. Same issue using Chrome as well. Only Safari works properly. Note: All browsers work fine using the desktop version of Enpass. Is this a known bug?

I recently upgraded to a newer iphone, and copied the content from the old one to the new. At first, I was pretty pleased/surprised to see that all my passwords were migrated as well, with the cloud sync & all. Sadly, it completely blew up my OneDrive sync. It feels like the new iphone has a different enpass DB, with the same content, and that it could not sync anymore with the cloud. On other device I was told that the Enpass database has been removed from OneDrive and was offered to repload it. When doing so, I was greeted with the same error on my new iphone (and so on). Hi, don't know how but I lost all my data on the Mac Enpass , lucky everything is on the iPhone so I exported it. file seems to be a zip file but when I try to import it , its says nothing to import. I also extracted the zip but still there is sync/backup but where the ... is the restore option? Thanks in advanced

I have Enpass set to lock after 5 minutes of inactivity and “Lock on Leaving” is disabled. However while doing some reorganization in the app which requires me to switch out of the app to interact with certain websites, I find that often when I go back to Enpass it is locked and it lost my place in the app. That makes it very hard to work with extensively on the iPhone (I would use a desktop, but mine is out of commission at the moment). I have an iPhone X, so I’m guessing there is plenty of memory. Is this just a limitation of iOS, or is the program buggy in this regard?

I cleared my cache in my browsers and on my laptop, and now half of my passwords in Enpass are missing. What happened and what do I do?

Hello, after upgrading my iOS device to iOS 14 I am no longer able to sync with my WebDAV credentials from this particular device. The error message shown is "No internet connection". But I'm definitely connected to the respective WebDAV-Server. And all other devices, regardless if iOS <14, MacOS, Windows or Android are still synchronizing as expected. Any clue, what I might have done wrong (except upgrading to iOS 14 :-))?

You can connect to Dropbox, log in successfully, authorization is successful, But data cannot be synchronized. other:When using a computer, my enpass is normal. Hello, I'm trying to setup enpass on a new iPhone SE with iOS 14. When I install enpass, sync my cloud data and so on, everything is ok. First I'm getting only 10 items, then I try to unlock Enpass as an allready registered user .... usually thats no problem, I've done this often. I get the OTP Code by Email, enter the code in the app, but then I'm getting an "Unknown Error" ... is this a Problem with iOS 14?

My version go Enpass did change august 27 2020. Where is my data base of the old version?

So after opening the App on my iPhone X it stated that I reset my face I.D which I didn't but I use back ups to ICLOUD but I can't remember the Master Password can I some how add it or open it from a Sync File or find it in a iPhone back up ? The Password I originally set up my App hasn't changed in years as I relied on the Face ID Any help greatly appieated

I was synching my Mac and iPhone XS with Enpass fine until a few days ago, now the synch process on both devices no longer accepts my Dropbox password. Each time I re-enter the password, it says the password is incorrect even though I haven't changed it recently! I'm able to sign into dropbox directly using the password so I don't understand why Enpass no longer accepts it. I'm now worried that if I disconnect and attempt to reconnect I might lose my data. Can anyone advise??? Thanks, Nick
