    I have forgotten my master password, but I can still access all data (except the master password) using ios face identification. If I reset the master password I will lose all data. Is there a way to first back up the data since I have access to it with face id, then reset everything and recover from the back up or will I be asked for the master password when trying to recover?

    Hello, I restored the data from an icloud-baclup on a new iPhone, on the old iPhone (which unfortunately I have already deleted) I had Enpass with Face-ID and masterpasswd but on the new the Face ID no longer works and unfortunately I no longer remember the masterpassword, is there any way to recover it?

  5. When I go to autofill on a website, I get another list that the one I see in my app. My favorites are just shown on top in my Enpass app-list, and not in the website/app password autofill-list. can you please add favorites on top in the autofill-list also?

    Hello, I am trying to sync to my OneDrive account which has been working well previously. It's all of a sudden stopped working and I am now receiving the following error: Something went wrong while syncing with cloud. Error code: 1208400 Here is what I have done to try and fix it: Ensured my iOS app is on the latest version of the app. Enpass version 6.4.5. Disconnected the OneDrive cloud and reconnected again. Restarted my iPhone. I am running on iOS 13.5.1. Can someone please help? Thanks Scott

  8. Hello, I upgraded to the new version of Enpass on my iPhone XS Max and the first thing it told me was I had to sync to Dropbox again. When I tried to do that, it keeps telling me invalid email and or password. I am able to login directly to Dropbox okay thru the Dropbox app so I have the right krogerfeedbacktalktosonictalktowendys login info and the Enpass on my ipad (not upgraded yet) still syncs with Dropbox, but in the Enpass app on my phone, it won’t connect to Dropbox to sync. thanks iosman

  9. It must be very simple, but I can't see it... on my MacBook Pro I can use multiple vaults that are securely synced into my Google Drive. I want to do the same thing on my iPad, but I can only sync one vault. How do I add the second one? Thank you!

  12. Hello, I recently tried to open my Enpass file, and my password doesn't seem to work anymore. I've been using the same password for years and I haven't made any recent changes, so I'm not sure what's going on. I also tried resetting to the multiple backup files I have, and that also failed (probably due to the same password issue). The only changes I can think of are an update to Enpass and an update to my operating system. Before today, I hadn't used Enpass for several days, but I know it was working earlier this month.   13. Hi, I am just about to purchase full version of this app but cannot get it to work correctly on my wifes iPhone. W have a selection of passwords etc we'd like to share dynamically I can do this as expected with my Mac, iPad, iPhone and her Mac however I cannot get the app (ass downloaded from her iTunes acct) to "see my vault even though I have iCloud sharing in place and sign in to her iPhone App as me.     Hallo, I have been using Enpass for many years, now have fully functioning iMac and MacBook Pro using 6.4.2 and syncing with Dropbox On iPhone XR and iPad Pro, am now unable to sync Enpass with Dropbox. I know the passwords for enpass and for dropbox, but each time I attempt to open iPhone/iPad, I'm advised the sync to dropbox requires master password. Have repeatedly tried to use the correct pw used on iMac without success. I have deleted the app from iPhone, reinstalled and it won't accept the passwords.   15. I’ve set up a secondary vault for my adult son who has severe intellectual disability. He will never use this vault but his sibblings will need access. I want to also keep a copy of everything in this secondary vault into a folder in my own Primary Vault. I’ve not entered anything into his vault yet and need to know what’s the best way of achieving the above please?

  17. Hello I started filling in my safe thru the Windows software. When I synchronized with the IOS version I just bought, I find the records OK except for the icons that were uploaded from the site. All icons on my iPhone look the same, the template default icon. Is it normal behavior (sadly...) and will it be improved ? The same with my other Android smartphone. Thanks Dominique

Hello, A crush problem is occasionally occur on my iPhone7 (ios10.3.3) and certainly occur on my iPad (ios 10.3.3) as follow, first, I opened the Enpass and closed it to home screen. second, I arbitrarily opened another app, then I double click the home button and wake up Enpass from background. And Enpass just display a white scene with a lock, no other response show until the Enpass crashed and quit. This problem often breaks off my operation, because I have to wait and reopen Enpass. I want this problem will be quickly resolved. thanks iosman

  22. Hello, everybody, after updating Enpass to version 6.3.0 (408) on IOS 13.2.3, the TOTP field no longer works. The TOTP field shows "invalid totp secret". Before the update, the TOTP field worked perfectly. I didn't make any changes to the TOTP fields. After the update from Enpass to version 6.3.0 (574) under macOS Mojave (10.14.6) the TOTP field doesn't work anymore. Best Regards Sebastian

  25. Hi, I have been using EnPass with TouchID for some years now everything worked well until today. Multiple things are wrong: Since this morning, I am not able to activate TouchID anymore and all the security options don't work anymore. Also, PIN configurations are not saved by the app as well as the time-based logout settings. Now EnPass always locks directly after leaving the app. Today, EnPass suggested that I should register an account because I am eligible to use EnPass Pro for free.
