Hello, in Enpass iPhone-app the sync-setting says "last sync today at xx:xx". So everything seems to be fine. But what irriattes me: 1) When I login into my iCloud via browser, the "Enpass"-folder is not visible /existing in the iCloud Drive 2) When I look into my iCloud Drive on the iPhone, the Enpass folder and the "sync_default"-file is visible but with a date of January. I hope this is the creation date and not the last modified. Does anyone see the Enpass-folder on iCloud Drive (browser login)? BR

I'm trying to update my iOS trial. When I click Buy the message comes saying that in-app purchases are not possible. There is also no other way to purchase a Pro version if you have installed the trial version.

Hello, Trying to set up enpass on my iphone after setting it on my desktop app, enpass won't accept the master password even though, the passkey is correct. Tried multiple times, with or without copy/paste. Thanks for your help.

I would need help resolving this issue on my iPad (Iphone works). Edit: Re-installing the app might resolve the issue. It did for me at least. The scanned QR code (keyfile) is not saved on my iPad. I am required to select the keyfile manually (the Enpass login screen shows a second keyfile field) every time I am logging in to Enpass. Initially I created a new password including a keyfile locally on my laptop. On my iPhone I changed the Enpass password and scanned the QR code to get the keyfile on the Iphone's keychain as explained in the user's manual. How can I import my iOS passwords from my iPhone to Enpass. Can’t find a way to export my iOS passwords.

On my PC I have 26 login entries, syncing with google drive. I open the iOS app, ask it to sync with my drive, and in the settings it displays "Primary, Items: 26". When I look at the "all items" tab, however, it is only showing 20 of my logins - 6 are definitely missing. I only have one vault, Primary, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I'm using an iPad at home that is not protected by Face ID or anything else. I would like to use master password with PIN, but if I use those settings, every time I try to fill in passwords it presents me the Enpass unlock screen with no available or displayed input fields. I would expect a PIN or master password input field, but the upcoming overlay is just a blue bar with a white bar, see attached screenshot.

I have setup a PIN in IOS. I understand that the Master password will be mandatory to unlock after three incorrect attempts of PIN. Is it possible to have the option of forcing the Master password (as in the case in Windows).

Hey has anybody else had an issue where, when they try to restore the iOs app from a file or from WiFi, and are prompted to enter the "file's master password," the app says their password is "invalid" always? I typed my master password in over 20x and it said invalid when I'm certain it was correct.

Hello, First of all, here is my configuration, I use Enpass on my Mac and iPhone. Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 - Enpass 5.6.11 Iphone iOS 12.1.3 - Enpass 6.0.6 with paid license I use Google Drive synchronization on both my devices, however I have a major problem, on my Mac I have 121 elements but on my iPhone only 110, I can click on "synchronize" on both my devices it tells me the synchronization was successful but the missing elements on iOS do not appear. The missing elements on my iPhone seem to me to be the last elements added for several months. Thank you in advance for your help

PROBLEM: "Last Synchronized" field is blank. I even tried the "Sync Now" button, and the field still is blank. Perhaps worse, my vault isn't getting sync'd or backed up. Thank you.

It is good to see photo cropping in the latest iOS update a must have feature that was needed and works well Very pleased with that feature

I like Enpass a lot, especially because it’s easy to use, multi-platform and it offers great synchronisation features. Hello I installed Enpass some weeks ago and forgot the Maastepassword now. This is not a problem because I did nor use Enpass so far. Now I want to set it up but I was not able to re-install it. Enpass is still asking for the old Masterpassword. What do I have to do to set a new password resp. try the free version with a new password? Kind regards, Christian

Hello, i just found your enpass password manager and i was wondering if there is a way to sync my data to all platforms i am using. Like if i create my passwords on IOS can i syncronize them to Android, Windows and Mac without having to set up each platform individual? Thank you

Hi I just updated to the latest V.6 Version but I couldn't do an upgrade due to a bug. I had to remove V.5 and make a complete new V.6 install. I purchased the V.5 Licence on Mac App Store in 2017 and would like to use this licence. I have the e-mail confirmation. Any idea how to manage this? Many thanks Mark

Hello, I installed ENPASS on my Iphone 6. I have 93 passwords and when I want to save them on my Imac, it only takes me 30. Why is it missing 63 passwords in backup ?

I'm running the Mac Desktop application (v5.6.11 (155)) and it's configured to sync with GoogleDrive. If I edit my vault and manually sync it to GoogleDrive the timestamps match the updated timestamps displayed in Enpass for the last sync time. When I open Enpass (v. 6.0.6) on my iOS device, which is synced to the same GoogleDrive account, my mobile app says it successfully syncs with GoogleDrive but the vault never updates. I've tried uninstalling the app, unlinking the sync account, and I've had no luck. All it does is restore the same old version. I know this because my desktop app has 31 items in but my phone ends up with 27 no matter how many times I delete the …

I'm getting the error "Sorry we could not find Enpass 6 data on this OneDrive account." From newly purchased enpass iOS 12.2 on iPhone. Backup created using newly purchased v6 on win 10 desktop. I can see .enpassbackup files in two folders on my OneDrive: Apps\Enpass and \Enpass I am performing the restore on first use of the iPhone app. Any help much appreciated.

enpass is not connected with i cloud. it asks me to sign in with apple id and pw. then it says link has to be opened with the enpass app. after clicking it sync forerver. any idea? it worked before and works still on iphone and desktop.
