Hi, just tested the TOTP feature of enpass (used google authenticator before). Enpass totp works fine with the most of my logins, there is just one problem showing the one time password of AMAZON on my Apple Watch. Instead of showing the 6 digits, it is showing a link. On MacOS and iOS the same Amazon-Entry works fine. Other TOTP-Entries are working correctly on my apple watch. Thanks for helping! BR Jens

Hi all, since the last update of Enpass 5 for iOS, the Spotlight Search won't work anymore. I re-activated it in iOS' settings and re-installed Enpass on my iPhone. When using spotlight to find an entry, the entry will show up in the search results. After tapping and FaceID-ing on it, Enpass opens up with last view I was on only instead of opening the Spotlight's search result. Is there any workaround? And: when to expect the Enpass 6 finals? Can't wait for it any longer :) - remo

I upgraded my MacBook Air laptop to Mohave and now my iPhone is not recognising that I had already upgraded out of trial version of Enpass. When I go on iPhone to "I have already upgraded" it is just thinking and thinking and it doesn't move out of the twirly loading symbol.

Hi, with Autofill in iOS, Enpass neeed another feature to fully take advantage. When you are on a website or service you already use but haven’t used the website login address in your Enpass record, Enpass should offer the user the ability to append this field to an existing record. Unless I am missing something, I currently have to manually put in the name to pull up my record and then it will fill in the user ID and pwd, but I don’t want to manually type in the name every time. At the end of having Enpass submit the identity fields the app should ask the user whether he/she would like to append this data field to an existing record (for completeness). …

Today, I felt on a case Enpass seems not to support: Web sites which have a different url for their desktop version and mobile version. My Enpass data for this account has the desktop version URL in the Url field, and I would like to keep it this way. As a consequence, Enpass does not automatically find the account to autofill credentials on my iPhone using the mobile version of the site. So, I tried adding a second field of type URL, named "Mobile Url" or also named just "Url" like the original one, but that did not help. Isn't this something you could support easily?

I have a webdav service running on Freenas on my internal network. Now I want to sync my iOS device using that service. So I open the freshly installed app and choose the restore data option. Then I enter the URL, username and password and click on connect. And then I instantly get an error message that the connection failed. The strange thing is that the macOS version works fine with the same server. So what is wrong here?

The app won't open with face recognition or manual password. It keeps crashing. I have no way to access my info that is stored on the app.

I am using Enpass on multiple devices (iPhone & iPad) and I am syncing via iCloud by using the same Apple-ID. It seems that I am using a wrong Master Password on the devices. When I use Touch ID to unlock Enpass i get access to the iPad database. When I restore or synchronize this iPad database in the iPhone, Enpass does not accept the master password. Do you have recommendation what I can do? Is it possible to export the working iPad database to any format? Thanks for your help & regards, Oliver

Your site keeps telling me it thinks my browser is a spam bot... when it’s safari on an iPhone. You should fix that if you want people to use the site!

After updating to iOS 12, the Enpass app crashes every time it loads. It appears to load normally and then crashes after 1-2 seconds. I use OneDrive as a sync location, and suspect it may be when it tries to sync that it crashes.

The feature is nice, and thanks a lot for it. I however have an issue with this release: For what I can see: as soon as the autofill feature has been used, Enpass systematically crashes when I manually launch the app itself just after the authentication succeeded (both with FaceID or by typing the master password). Whereas autofill keeps working. All my attempts to revert to a working Enpass have failed: Killing Enpass, killing Safari, disabling autofill totally in iOS settings does not help. First of all, I let’s cheer the team for the auto fill support, it is really a great feature! How to reproduce the bug: - Using autofill, log in to a website (like the Enpass forum). TouchId will work - logout - Login again. Since autofill remembers which password you entered for this site, it proposes a shortcut. When using this shortcut, TouchId will not work and you will have to enter the master password (bug)

Hi Enpass Team, are you planning to support the new Password AutoFill-Feature of upcoming iOS 12? Its an very comfortable way to autofill passwords from 3rd-Party Password managers like enpass. Test case: 1) Create item "Test" on Windows, sync 2) On IOS sync - see "Test" item 3) On IOS delete item "Test", sync - getting error -116. Ok 4) On Windows create item "test 2", sync - no errors, got 2 items 5) Sync IOS - no errors, got only "test 2" item. 6) Sync Windows - got 2 items. 7) Sync IOS - no errors, got only "test 2" item. How to fix this sync issue?

Hi. I have Enpass on my IOS device with the pro version. My wife (with a different apple account) has a new iPhone, and we have the family sharing activated. I know that the in app purchase are not "shared". So we wanted to upgrade on her version. But we keep getting the really useful error saying it failed and that we have to contact the iTunes support. So, we tried to disable the family sharing, remove the app, and reinstall and .... still the same error when trying to upgrade. What can we do ? Thanks

I installed the app over the weekend as my old Peter manager didn’t work on iOS 11. Spent two hours putting passwords in. Worked fine for a couple of days now it doesn’t recognize my fingerprint nor my master password. I did add three more fingerprints for the fingerprint ID in iOS would that matter?

Hello, i use Enpass since Password 1 changed hir payment method. I use Enpass on 1 Iphone 6s, Ipad air2 and 2 Imacs. I sync with icloud. everything worked well. Since 1 week the Iphone app freezes everytime i unlock with the Masterpassword. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app again and tried to get my datas with icloud sync. It freezes again. What can i do?

Hi and sorry for my bad english. I really hope someone can help me... When I want to enable iCloud Sync, I can't get past the Master-Password prompt. I 100% sure that I use the correct Password (the Enpass-Master-Password), but that window to enter the Password will show up for ever. I don't know what to do, I need the iCloud sync. What I use: Enpass Pro 5.5.8 (fresh Installation) iOS 11.4.1 iPhone 6S If there is no solution, is there a way to return the Pro-Version license? Ever since the last update, 5.5.7, Enpass no longer unlocks using FaceID on my iPhone X. FaceID works for everything else and it used to work. TouchID continues to work on my iPad. Any tricks on getting it working again?

not sure where to post this, since sync isn't a unique platform issue but rather a feature across all platform. I am having sync issue, where 2 devices are not sync'ed, i've tried disconnecting both, then reconnecting, both says sync'ed but its not true since a specific login is not visible on windows, but visible on iphone7 app. i am using google for sync. i've tried making changes to the questionable login, as well as other objects, changes in other objects are sync'ed but not the questionable login. nothing special about the broken login, no special character, not especially long or anything. Hello, now ther's been an update today and my fingerprint id no longer works. iget the message "toch id failed " as soon as I open the app. Also, I may have forgotten my main password. How can I get my fingerprint id working again? Does anybody get any support on this forum? I see a lot of questions but no Answers!

I have been using Enpass successfully on my PC and I have also got the Ipad app. However, the Ipad says, "Currently there are no items in the list." It shows my Onedrive name at the top, but when I click 'sync' nothing is added. Is there a way of making it work?
