Hello, The TOTP feature is not working on iOS. When I use autofill in Safari to log in to some site, the 2FA does not get copied in the clipboard. iOS: 12.1.4 enpass: 6.0.4 (222)

I have one small issue with the iOS app: It does not sync automatically. I have to manually go to Settings > Sync, and it immediately starts sync'ing. Is there a way to set a sync interval, e.g., every hour? Or can it be set to sync immediately when something changes? This is with Dropbox as storage, not sure how it behaves with other cloud providers.

Hi, I'm running Enpass 6.0.6(234) on iOS 12.2 and I can't copy anything from enpass to browser or any other app (I tried note, message...) Clipboard always seems to be empty. I checked the settings and clipboard is set to be empty after 5 minutes. So what's wrong? The only workaround I have found is to open the entry in 'edit' mode, and then, I can copy/paste Thanks for your help Jean-Noël

In v5 you could use the ip number website link to update the data in the iPhone app to match the backup file on the Windows PC. I can't find that option in v6. Is that still possible or do I have to setup a sync to a cloud provider? Or is there another way? Thanks.

It seems that synchronising the data does no longer work when using the application on different platforms and storing the data on OneDrive. I can change data on any device, however, the changes do not show on a device running on a different platform. Synchronisation between iOS devices seems to work, likewise the data on W10 devices shows as expected. The iOS app version is 6.0.6 (234), the W10 app version is 5.5.7.

I am using Enpass for one day and I still having an hard time figuring out, how to do basic stuff. How can I move Objects from one fault to another?

Hello, I just managed to enable webdav, but it still won't sync. I entered the right url username and password. I get an message: "Sync Error Password of data on WebDAV is required" When I tap on Resolve, I can enter the webdav password again. Afterwards it gives me an weird message: "Please note that after the sync, the password of data on WebDAV will be changed to password of "Tresor-Name" vault." What does this mean? What can I do? I am using an iPhone XR on the latest iOS version.

Hi all, I'm accessing my Enpass Vault via WebDAV on my Synology DS414. The access itself works properly: - Connection is successful in Enpass iOS app (version 6.0.6) - I can see in the logs on my Synology, that the sync is working (download/uploads to "vault.enpassdbsync" file with my WebDAV user) In the iOS app in settings -> synchronization my vault is beeing shown with the exact amount of items, as shown on my desktop. When I go to "all entries" section I see only like 20% of my entries. Hi, latest enpass does not crash anymore on IOS 9.3.5 but now autofill does not work with safari. from enpass safari starts but no password ... Safari on IOS 9.3.5 does not have the password-autofill-option like the later IOS versions have ... Enpass browser is missing badly, that worked like a charm, so, still an unusable situation on older IOS devices.

Hello, I installed Enpass with Pro on my iPhone, also on my iPad (with the same AppleID). Is the usage of the Pro functionality supported on the second device, or do I have to purchase a second time on the iPad for the same AppleID? One step forward, two steps back... With the latest iOS update you fixed some really annoying bugs, but there comes new for things that previously worked correctly. Now the match URL hostname functionality is broken. Not for all sites, but for a lot. I think it happens when the hostname is something other than "www". In those situations no entries can be found. Then you have to search manually for the item you need. BUT as you have done a step back in searching engine too, it's impossible to search for something else then the exactly name of the password item (at least in the iOS "helper", not the Enpass app itself). Hi there, i bought the pro version of enpass on my macbook. Unfortunately the pro version will not update on the iphone xs max. Both devices are synced by icloud. By syncing, the database is on both devices (28 logins) but on the phone i can´t create new logins. Enpass ask me to upgrade to pro version. Clicking on restore creats only loading but no connecting. Please help, because the mobile use was the reason to upgrade. Thanks a lot.

Hi Team, In the past I successfully shared entries via text or via mail with my wife. The enpass entries themselves contain plain text, no attachments. I am now using 6.0.4 for iOS, and if I want to share now, an attachment *.enpasscard is added to the message. This is especially painful if I want to share via text message, as of course attachments do not work via text message, and my phone tells me to set up MMS Messaging to send the message, which I just do not want. Dear Developer team, thank you for the work and the nice update. With the new version however I cannot create a password directly from safari anymore. In the past when I clicked on the share button (in the address row where also airdrop can be shared) and opened Enpass this way, it was possible to directly create a new password for the homepage I’m in. It was even so intelligent to copy the whole already entered user and password. Now when I click the same button from safari it only opens the „search for your password“ toolbox. I hope that you will implement the password creation feature again in. Later version again? br tomas

Can we print the information stored on EnPass

I have my work AD account stored in Enpass, and I've added multiple URL entries for the different subdomains at my org. When I visited one of these sites on my iPad, the autocomplete suggestion above the keyboard offered to log me in with that account (see screenshot below). However, it failed with an incorrect password every time. Eventually I figured out that another account in Enpass for a different subdomain was taking precedence and being used to fill in the login form. Hey dear, im switching at the moment from onepassword to enpass after a lot of thinking... now after buying a licence for Windows + iOS, i have the problem that if im using autofill in apps like tiwtter / instagram /facebook anything else.... Enpass will not find automaticly the field for twitter oder instagram and fill in automaticly everytime i have to search one again im i click on "passwords" upper my keyboard in iOS and searching again for Twitter as example... I configured Enpass on my Android phones to allow PIN login but it doesn't work. If I switch windows (on phone only - PC PIN works) to any other app even momentarily , I have to reenter Master PW. Extremely frustrating.

Hi EnPass support, I have 2 MacBooks (personal and work) that both are connected to the same Apple iTunes account and both have EnPass installed on them. Both Enpass apps are synced via the same iCloud account. I purchased EnPass app via iTunes on the personal mac. I re-installed EnPass via iTunes > Purchased Apps on my work mac, synced back with iCloud and when I open it and go to Settings, it's asking to buy again the app. How can I fix this? Thanks, Adrian

I am using Enpass 6.0.5 on a Macbook V10.14.3 and would like to restore a backup onto another Macbook. I cannot find a way to restore from a backup. Could someone please advise how to do this please Thanks

I'm trying to add a photo from my photo library as an attachment to an item. I need the entire photo, but the upload wizard forces me to crop the photo to a 1:1 aspect ratio before saving it. I can't zoom even out. I end up with a square photo which clips important parts of the photo out. I verified the photo saved to my vault was indeed cropped by loading it on the Enpass Linux desktop version, which does in fact show the cropped version. Uploading from Linux, the full photo is saved as expected.

The latest version freezes for a few seconds on startup. Whilst this is not a bug as such, it is slightly annoying
