Hi dear Enpass Users, Once I type in my master password Enpass freezes. It shows that the password was correct but it gets stuck with that unlocked interface ... If I wait, it crashes after 2-3 min. So bad, I can't access my passwords then. Yesterday I tried and it worked fine again. But today the error occured again. I really don't know what to do ... Any help is appreciated! Cheers Laura

Starting a few months ago, I am no longer able to keep Enpass synced with my iPhone and Windows PC. Anyone else having trouble? I have already followed the troubleshooting steps and recreated my wallet from scratch. This new wallet has only had one master password which I know is correct since I can keep my PC Enpass sync'd with both types of apps. I suspect the Windows app allows the master password to have certain characters that the iPhone will not accept. I have used OneDrive and the sync from website feature with no success.

Hello Team, I am currently using iPad pro with latest IOS version. And I have installed enpass non-pro version as of now on iPad ( will but once I feel comfortable using). Some reason, 1. like on Android, I don`t see autofill option on IOS enpass app setting. 2. But for some apps it's working, some not working. . on Reddit app, I see a symbol next to the username , and when I click enable is getting enabled and able to fill the details. Which is good. b. on Facebook app, I don`t see that symbol coming next to it, so I am unable to do autofill. Note: I have gone through your website for any manual on this particular, couldn`t find. After Updating the Engpass App, Enpass does not accept touch id and starts immediately with the input of the master password. What's going wrong with the Touch identification? iOS 11.3.1

Hello, I have recently switched to Enpass (iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone SE, iPad mini 2, all latest OSX/iOS. I sync using WebDAV, which functions correctly on the 2 Mac. But when I sync with the mobile devices, sync happens, but the display "syncing ..." does not stop. So after a minute or so I "kill" Enpass on the mobiles, restart it, and have to sync again for the actual sync to happened. Is that a bug or did I miss anything? Thx, regards Robert

Hi after updating to v5.6.9 Enpass doesn't work anymore on my iMac. Once open it and inserting the main password the cursor starts to load but without showing the passwords. Im forced after a while to quit the app. Here my iMac report: OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 iMac11,2 (half 2010) Intel Core i3 3,2 GHz Cache L2 (per Core): 256 KB Cache L3: 4 MB Memory: 12 GB ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB Do you have a solution for this? thank you Riccardo

This is the third time that Enpass does not log in with my fingertip and asks me the password. However it does not recognize my password. Every time I have to reinstall the program and type all my passwords again. This is getting annoying. Why this is happening? The password is correct cause I wrote it somewhere else and I am typing the same password.

Hi, so far I have used Enpass on an iPhone and synced the passwords to a nextcloud. That worked fine so far. Unfortunately I have had to reset the iPhone and have now trouble to connect the nextclud file again. First, I'm not quite sure what to enter into the URL filed. Is it just the URL until the folder that contains the walletx file? Do I have to enter / at the end? Is it the complete url including the filename? If I just enter the URL (https://my.server.de/remote.php/dav/principals/users/Thorsten/Enpass/Enpass/sync_default.walletx) I'm getting this error : "Error could not establish conection with given WebDav-folder" (translated …

I really like your app and it works quite fine on my iPad. On my iPhone however, the Enpass browser is not able to rotate webpages :-/ On the other hand, the iPad version of the Enpass browser has no tab overview, which makes closing the last tab impossible. Are these known bugs?

I purchased the enpass pro version on my Apple mac and its runs ok. Also synchonised with my Sony Android Z2 no problem so far. Synchronising from Google drive. Now I changed phone from Android to Apple Iphone 6 iOS 11.2.6. Downloaded Enpass from App-store and started. Choose : Known User. Choose restore from Google drive. Restore works but Enpass does not recognize me as Pro user. I am restricted for 20 items. I tried also Upgrade Enpass -> Already purchased. The little wheel keeps turning ( internet works well) and does not accept my request. What to do to get my pro status back on my Iphone?

Hi, i've Enpass on iPhone and i forgot master password because I USED to access with touch ID. I used my finger to open enpass with touch ID, but my finger was not recognized at first and then the option for finger dessapiered. Now i dont remember my enpass master password. I have: 1. turned off and on my phone 2. deleted enpass in background After these options, i have opened enpass again, but enpass automatically says "touch id failed" even thugh i havent put my finger on the home botton. How can i make enpass ask my touch id again? I dont want to lose the passwords i have there.

I cannot get my wife's iPhone onto or Enpass account. I have it on my Mac and on my iPhone. Any tips? Cannot find it in the setup. Thank you

Hello Everyone, I'm facing an issue on my Iphone today, basically when i try to sync with WebDAV/ownCloud it says "Invalid Securoty Certificate "(Error code : -107)" But it works on windows 10 i don't know why.. Im using Owncloud throw FreeNAS btw. Thanks

Hi all, since the new year I am not able to access my enpass keychain anymore. It says that the password is not correct. This happens on all platforms, the keychain file worked since yesterday, the keychain file itself was not changed for more than 2 months... Does anyone have a clue? Regards Thorsten

I have a clean / new install of enpass on my iphone. I have setup a master password but when i enabled cloud syncing i get the following message https://imgur.com/gallery/PEmdA I have tried my icloud password and the master password that i had just generated but nothing works. Hello, it must have been some time ago since I downloaded Enpass from the Apple App Store. Anyway, I deleted it on my iOS devices and worked with another password manager. Today I downloaded and installed it from the Apple App Store again and wanted to upgrade to enpass pro. But there ist no upgrade option in the app-settings. Then I tried to install more than 20 passwords. It worked. So can it be possible that the new downloaded version from the Apple App Store is automatically the enpass pro version? I can‘t remember whether I upgraded years ago to enpass pro.

Hi I'v been using enpass for a while, and now i'm trying to install it on a new macbook but when trying to restore all my passwords that are on dropbox I get "Error code: -119" and There went something wrong while synchronizing. I can't get it to work. What to do?

I installed the Desktop and iOS versions (paid for the iOS due to the number of logins I have), liking it but having an issue on my iPhone. On some of my banking websites, when I attempt to log in it says that there is "NO MATCHING ITEM FOUND" and my only option is to create a new login item. The URL is the same that is in the Enpass entry, and it is recognized on other iOS Firefox and the Enpass Browser, just not Safari. I tried creating a new login item from that screen. enpass often crash after I wake it up from the background Hi, very good app that I payed for the Pro Upgrade. A crush problem is occasionally occur on my iPhone7 (ios10.3.3) and certainly occur on my iPad (ios 10.3.3) as follow, first, I opened the Enpass and closed it to home screen. second, I arbitrarily opened another app, then I double click the home button and wake up Enpass from background. Hey, i switched from Android to iOS and tried the Enpass App there. Now i experienced 2 behaviors, that make me unhappy. Browsing in the newest Firefox, the phone won't trigger the Enpass-App when i fill out the login form Opening an App and clicking the password icon and Use Enpass, i cannot unlock enpass using fingerprint, i must login using the master password, which is not useful for the user experience. Is there any solutiuon i don't know about or is this a bug?

Hi, I am new to Mac and Enpass. Like the feature of Enpass with the browser integration. However, Most sites seem to fail with Auto-type Username & Password. I have a feeling that this is due to the speed of loading of the website vs the auto type speed of Enpass.. Anyone any idea how to solve this? Using MacBook Air with High-Sierre and the latest download of Enpass from the App Store. Thx in advance for your support Adrie
