Enpass keeps loading and don't work on OS X El Capitan

Hi after updating to v5.6.9 Enpass doesn't work anymore on my iMac.

Once open it and inserting the main password the cursor starts to load but without showing the passwords. Im forced after a while to quit the app.

Here my iMac report:

OSX El Capitan 10.11.6

iMac11,2 (half 2010)
Intel Core i3
3,2 GHz
Cache L2 (per Core):    256 KB
Cache L3:    4 MB
Memory:    12 GB
ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB

Do you have a solution for this?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are going through. Please share some more info so that we can help you better.

  • Which Enpass (App Store/ Enpass website) version are using?
  • Which cloud services are you using to sync?
  • Are you using Enpass on any other devices where you can access your database?
For Testing Purpose: Please turn off the internet connection and now try to open Enpass and share your findings.
