FaceID doesn’t work anymore

Ever since the last update, 5.5.7, Enpass no longer unlocks using FaceID on my iPhone X. FaceID works for everything else and it used to work. TouchID continues to work on my iPad. 

Any tricks on getting it working again?

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Please try re-enabling the Face ID option from Enpass settings, if you haven't tried yet and let me know how it works out.

Hi

As usual, I use my iPhone X (face ID) and try to open the Enpass app, it no longer works. Then I unstalled the enpass app but still need the password to import backup file.

Unfortunately, I also forgot my master password. How do I reset my password?
