Hello! at September, you releases a Version of Enpass iOS, that fixes an issue with custom vault icons! With the latest version this fix is now gone... Problem: I have different vaults on iOS (synced via WebDav on my NAS). The default vault has an icon, that can not be changed. But the custom vaults can have custom icons, instead of using the default given icons. I have a M1 Mac Book air and I've setup Enpass and synced it with the vault I have in iCloud. It downloads the vault but once it's done it keeps on trying to sync and never completes. If I make a change or add an entry it doesn't sync it to iCloud. This is pretty frustrating since I use the laptop a lot and would like to be able to add items to Enpass and have it sync to my other devices that are synced to the cloud (iPhone and Mac Mini). Any insight on how this can be resolved?

If you modify the icon for a secondary vault with a custom defined icon, this setting will not be retained after the restart of the Enpass app. If you select one of the built-in icons everything works fine. Please refer to the series of screenshots attached to this post ...

Hi Just switch from 1Password, and there's a feature I love and it's missing in Enpass. On mobile it's easy to use by setting FaceID or TouchID for verifying, however there's no option in Enpass to force user to input master password after a while (eg 1 day, 1 week etc) Is there any plan to add such?

Hello, I need some assistance... I have loaded over 60 attachments into Enpass that is stored on my Google drive. I can see some of the attachments but not all of them. It appears that any attachment loaded prior to 2021 will not be retrieved. For attachments uploaded in 2021 the software will display the image. Can someone tell me how to retrieve all the attachments? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

I messed up big time. FaceID wasn't working so I had the bright idea of deleting the app and reinstalling. However, I never knowingly backed up enpass, like an idiot. Is there a way to restore with just my username and master password?

I observe inconsitent ordering of entries with alphabetically sort between iOS and Windows/macOS, refer to screenshot attached. For my feeling the kind of ordering of Windows/macOS is "normal"

My caveau is installed on a Mac Mini with MacOS X 10.13.6. The sync between this caveau and the other Macs is working. On the other site the sync between the IOS units and the same caveau has been interrupted for unknown reasons. Disconnect/reconnect no result, QR and manual configuration >>> the iPad/iPhone do not find the server. Any suggestion ? Thanks and have a nice day

Hello My iphone and macboox no longer have the same passwords. My phone only has 57 of my passwords and my laptop has 150+/ How do i correct this issue? When it asks me to enter "the password of data" none of the passwords I think this might be work. How can I reset this password or resolve this issue? is there anyone at enpass I can call? Thank you

Hi to all! I have a problem with syncing on ios. I changed a login password from the desktop (windows) version and then tried to open the same login page from Safari on my mobile phone (without opening the enpass app first). The result was that the autofill within Safari kept suggesting the old password. Do I have to open enpass first in order to use the new credentials on Safari? Thank you!

So for me the experience on iOS is not good, these issues are all with Safari: - It never offers to save any passwords, so the only way to add items is to add them manually. On Windows if you login to a website Enpass offers to add the item. - For some websites, enpass offers to login, but if you click it it does face id and doesn't actually fill out the form. Example below. This site works in Edge but not Safari.

Hi, so just bought enpass family, tried it on iOS and it doesn't work in Edge, working in Safari. Any way to get this working or just not supported? I hate safari, I guess I could use Chrome (I was just using edge for syncing passwords with Windows PCs, which I don't need any more)...

Hi, I am using Enpass 6.7.1 with iPadOS 15.0.2 on my iPad Air 2020. When starting the autofill function in safari, enpass comes with touch id request. Using the same function in any other app than safari, enpass comes up but no touch id request comes up. On iOS 15.0.2 the same function works great in any app. I have attached screenshots. I installed the MacOS Enpass app and successfully sync'd it to my Box.com account. I then installed the Enpass app on iOS. Selected to restore data. Choose Box. After logging into Box and entering the 2FA code, the Enpass app errors out as it can't find the Enpass data on Box. I found a KB article https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/sync/how-to-set-up-box-cloud-sync-using-webdav/ which worked on the iPhone. But you'll want to fix the correct Box sync option...

latest version requires Master Pass rather than Face ID. I dont see the option to allow Face ID anymore. Was it removed from IOS?

Hi, I am using Enpass Pro on a 2nd iPhone now. The initial copy from iCloud worked. But now changes are not transferred/synched. In the Settings an error Message is shown: Synchronization Error. You must logon to iCloud. Please check iCloud Settings on your device. Does anybody know what I have to do? BR Philipp

I am a new user on enpass. I have installed it on my apple phone. What happens if I lose my phone? I saved a backup on my desktop. At least I think I did. It is an encrypted download I think. How will that help me if I lose my phone?

Hello. I use this app almost daily from my iPhone. Today when I go into it I'm limited to viewing/accessing only 20 items. Why is this? I've been using the app for years and have over 150 entries in it. I'm sure I purchased the "full" version years ago. If I click on the message that says only 20 items are accessible it tells me that I'm eligible for a free upgrade to Enpass Lite. What? If I choose "Already registered" and enter my email address I'm told that there is no account associated with that email address. What's going on? Help!!!

How do I love this app it’s so much like my old password manager e-wallet this is much better. Using IOS, under Apple ID, Apple has added a category call subscriptions. A nice place to view all your subscriptions and cancel if you want. in your groups sub titled categories, login credit card identity note … nice that you can toggle them on and off but I wanna change one or add one called Subscriptions. it would be so nice -new version? thank you for your time.
