I’m using Enpass in my iphone with Touch-ID access and in my iMac by entering manually the main password. But in my iPad-mini (witout touch-ID) with an old, not upgradable, iOS 9.3.6, the entering of the main password doesn’t work: always i got “please retry” How can I solve it?

Please add second pin auth after faceID not working with mask. Can’t use Enpass with faceID in train/bus/subway!

Open up Enpass app and ignore Face ID prompt 2. Close Enpass or switch to another app 3. Try to use autofill in Safari or any other app (will not work until you open up the Enpass app again and unlock it)

Hello I have an iPhone 12 and when entering password/user name in email applications the app doesn’t allow Face ID and just shows a blank screen. I then have to open the Enpass app separately and manually copy and paste each field. I have attached image of how it looks when it shows blank app screen.

Hello I manage three vaults. Now I notice that when "all vaults" is selected, the entries no longer appear in the categories but only when the corresponding vault is selected. This was not the case before. Can you understand this? Is it possible to change it? Thanks and greetings Leo

There is a bug where the Firefox Enpass Extension interferes with expected cursor behavior in the online CAD program Onshape. Onshape utilizes an autocomplete feature when filling out certain fields: Normally if a user presses "Enter", the highlighted recommended variable is pasted into the input field, and the user can continue typing in that field. Very angry and frustrated with Enpass dithering and poor support. This is follow-on to the problem with Enpass not syncing with Dropbox. 6.6.2 doesn’t solve it. I have deleted Enpass, redownloaded it, shut down the ipad and restarted it many times. Nothing works. I have restored the vault by manually downloading it into Enpass. Of course, Enpass documentation is wrong but it is easy to figure out. Now the problem is that it is impossible to set up syncing. The problem is that the dialog box for signing in to Dropbox displayed by Enpass does not allow signing in. Second, this dialog box provides a button to open Dropbox login in Safari. …

I have Enpass Pro on my iMac, iPhone and iPad and they all works flawlessly. Now I want to install Enpass on my Macbook Pro (Big Sur 11.2.3) but it doesn't accept my main password. I've previously had a working Enpass installed, but at that time the main password was different. I've now uninstalled the Enpass app on the Macbook (with complete erasure of all files using App Cleaner), downloaded the latest version and re-installed it again. Same thing. I can't open it. Neither can I open an old backup file (it's "grey" in the menu). I'm stuck. What to do? Regards, Henrik

When I login to a website with 2FA, Enpass enters the username/password. Then I am prompted for a 6-digit code. Enpass does not autofill this code. I go back to Enpass, look up the account, copy the code and then go back to Safari to enter the code. Is this the official way of doing this? I think it would be easier if Enpass autofills the 6-digit code. Or am I missing something?

Hello World, I'm using Enpass 6.6.0 (770) on my Windows 10 device. There is a sync from Windows to my Dropbox account which works fine so far. On my iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) I'm using the Enpass App 6.6.2 (530). In the iOS app I get the error message that I have to input the correct Dropbox password. I have tried to disconned both devices from the Dropbox-Sync, delete/renamed the old vault file on my Dropbox folder and reconnected both devices to the sync process. Still only the Windows version is able to sync. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thanks, sega

Enpass needs an update function in Preferences. Relying on the App Store is like expecting police to show up in time to save you during a home invasion.

Hello, Up until Dec 25th 2020 my wife's iPhone XR was able to sync successfully with my webDAV server, no issues. I noticed it has not been syncing lately, instead giving me an error of no internet connection, which was absolutely not true. I wiped and reinstalled enpass, starting over, and now it just says my username or password are wrong... They're not. For whatever reason the iPhone simply will not sync even though no server/webDav/network settings have changed. Thoughts?? This is super frustrating. Having transferred backup data from old iPhone 11 to new iPhone 12 Mini, the facial recognition feature in Enpass app not functioning - instead app asks for Master Password each time, rendering the app frustratingly slow and cumbersome to use. Would anyone know how to remedy? Thanks.

My Enpass data is synced to the iCloud, but I can't change the location of auto backups. I navigate to Enpass/backups, but it won't back up to that location. In fact, I can't find the backups at all, unless I take a manual backup. Can anyone tell me how to change the backup location so that it works? Is there a default location? Please help. Thanks!

Why is it that if you setup Enpass on iOS to use TouchID, it will always prompt for TouchID, even if the app is closed manually, the device is rebooted or there are too many apps in the background, but if you set it up with a PIN code it will only work if you don't have that many apps open? In my desktop APP (macOS) I created a subset of my items saved in a different vault, so I can share these items with my family in iOS devices. in my desktop APP I can see all items, both in primary Vault than in secondary "Family" vault. But in my iOS device, how can I see all items?

... Maybe because I have a "lite" version ? Thanks for your help :)
