October 15, 20205 yr Author Hello Enpass, I would like to hear from you, what I can do about this problem. Kind Regards, Leon Admiraal
October 16, 20205 yr Hi @Leon Admiraal, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. On 10/1/2020 at 12:26 AM, Leon Admiraal said: At other Apple devices, with the latedt IOS version, Enpass works fine... As you mentioned, you can access data on any other device, so please follow the steps to backup and restore data: Open Enpass --> Goto Setting --> Advanced --> Backup -->On Device. After saving the backup file, transfer it to the other device and restore your data. Now setup sync and let us know if you face any issues. Hope this helps!
October 17, 20205 yr Author Hello Mr. Sharma, Thank you for the steps. I have done the steps as you said. After that I was able to get my data back and now it works. What I have discovered is that the app wasn't connected with the pro account. So I have done that also. To be sure the app will work just as I wanted, I have deleted the app, installed, put back the data via iCloud. Everything is now working perfectly again. Still happy with Enpass and planning to use it for a long time. You can close the ticket. Thank you, have a great weekend. With kind regards, Leon Admiraal

November 6, 20205 yr Hey @polRk We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It seems that any third party is restricting to sync the Enpass database. Please let us know- Are you using any firewall or proxy or third-party security-related software? Are you able to access/login that particular iCloud account on the same iOS device? Thanks!
