Hi all, I am having trouble with my main password on my pc and laptop. Nothing I enter is right but on my iPhone and iPad the same one is ok, I've tried changing the password on the phone and then trying again but nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any ideas of how I can get into the pc or laptop please

Hi, I got a lifetime license which I am quite happy with. Now, it looks like you have stopped offering standard licenses and only offer a subscription (like 1p and which was the reason why I stopped using 1p). What is the limitation of the standard license and when do you expect to stop supporting the standard license in enPass? Thanks.

I'm a new user of Enpass (free version) and have a question regarding the smartphone app. I see there is a 25 login limit to how many logins can be stored on the smartphone. How is the 25 to be delivered to the phone determined? Can I select the 25 or does Enpass just pull the first 25 it sees (or something similar)?

I really tried to love this product, it seemed to have everything I wanted but it just does not run smooth for me..... Being limited to a single vault per cloud service is also a pain when you try to separate work and personal.... yes you can use tags but takes ages to sort all these out when you import from another password manager. Hi, I did buy a 1 year subscription for my Iphone yesterday (got an email from Apple confirming that), but Enpass still states that it is a Light-Version. When I choose to restore my purchases it says I've sucessfully upgraded to premium – but nothing happens. When I click the "subscribe"-button, it says that I've already subscribed. The concern is not being able to use the app (or install it on new devices) should the enpass company go offline or terminate operations. Now, the main reason I'm moving from 1Password to Enpass is because I read somewhere on the forum that WiFi sync will be implemented on the next update. Today I downloaded the Beta just to find out that WiFi sync is not there...! I believe I'm not alone in this quest. Many users like me are very concerned about keeping their data in Cloud servers.
