Hi, I have bought subscription with my Apple iPad though Apple Pay. Then I am using Enpass further in my Android mobile and Windows PC. Now my iPad is almost dead. I am afraid what would happen to my subscription which is on auto renewal though IOS if I stop using my iPad. Is there anyway I can change my subscription from IOS to Google Play store or even through Enpass website? - Vijayakrishnan

I especially love that you keep privacy serious, and allow me to be in full control of my data: I can use my own webdav server, and the haveIbeenpwnd database is checked locally, not remotely. To my surprise, you are removing all threads related to how you are squeezing pro users. First, you blocked the main topic with no reason. Could you provide any reason why you closed that topic which was quite alive? Later, you have literally removed several threads related with the same topic. This is a shame! Hi! I have at the moment Enpass with a 6 month plan since I wanted to try it out before deciding. I have now come to the conclusion that I want to keep using Enpasss and would like to make a one-time payment. How do I do that? The only thing I can find is to upgrade to a 12 month-plan i my Android app but no one-time payment option... Thanks in advance!

I'm an existing Enpass user who had previously purchased the Enpass Pro version. I recently updated the app to version 6.4.0. Today, I went to the Application to access a password and I was only able to see the first 20 passwords in my vault. To see the rest, I was given the option to pay a subscription fee to access which I ended up doing as I needed the password right away. It appears the app didn't recognize me as an existing Pro customer when I entered the email address that was used for the original purchase. Hi, i have linked my existing Android Pro license with my email today. After that i entered the pin-code i got on my secondary smartphone.Everything worked and i got an email that i'm now a registered user. After that, i wanted to verify my main smartphone too. Unfortunately, i does not accept the 6 digit pin. It just circles endless without any error message. Could anyone help me to solve this issue? My main smartphone is currently in trial mode and i can't access more than 10 of my entries. Thank you very much in advance.
