Hello, My wife has an annual subscription. Stacksocial sometimes offers, lifetime subscriptions, but these are identified as only for new customers. Does that really mean she can’t use that offer? Why do you prevent satisfied customers from upgrading their licenses? Kind regards. DaNick

Hello, I bought the premium version for 1 year and it expired in April. But after some events in my country since March 2022 the Visa and Mastercard cards for payment in dollars stopped working. Now I can't pay with my bank card. Is it possible to pay for subscription with any cryptocurrency (USDT or any other stabelcoin)? Even Google is planning to accept cryptocurrency payments in 2023. My wife's Enpass account has been pro for several years, but 4 days ago, she was "downgraded" by Enpass to a lite user and lost access to all but 25 of her passwords. Despite several support emails, there is still no resolution, and Enpass have effectively cut off access to her online accounts for 4 days (and counting). To be clear, nothing has changed on her side - same email, same devices. I find it wholly unacceptable that when we chose to put our trust in this software because it offers "offline" storage, that Enpass can still, on a whim, restrict access to our passwords and secure data for multiple days without a resolution. Hi there, i have a Problem. I purchased the Premium licence with my apple ID. It works well on the phone and on my Windows Notebook. Now i want to use the Licence on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I cannot get the Premium status. There is just the Light Version on the Tablet. I've set up Enpass on several devices now over the few years I've had it. I'm swapping laptops (Mac) and on the new laptop, I can't get past the registration. I can confirm that I have a valid version but I can't get into preferences and the welcome message keeps scrolling by. I can't do anything else. Please help.

Hi, I bought a Lifetime Premium license on the website but I used the wrong email address to link the license to. I logged in to the Enpass iOS app with my old email address and clicked change but it didn't transfer the license over - it just created a Lite account using my new correct email address. I sent an email to support@enpass.io containing my old email address (with the license linked), the new correct email address & a PDF with my purchase confirmation.
