Possibly after installing Windows Update KB5060842, Enpass stopped loading during startup. The checkbox to enable "Open Automatically at System Startup" does not stay checked between restarts. In Task Manager -> Startup apps, Enpass shows "disabled" by default. It can be changed to "enabled" there, but it won't stay enabled between restarts. When checking the properties of the Enpass startup process here, the following error message appears: "Windows cannot find 'EnpassStartup/EnpassStartup.exe.' I've only been using Enpass for a couple of weeks and all has seemed fine ... till today I just logged on and discovered all the Credit Card, Note, Travel and Bank account data has vanished !! I have a backup so I should be able to recover BUT how can this happen ?? Version is 6.11.11 (1973)

As the subject says, I'm all up to date, a lot of the times opening a web browser, mainly Firefox, I'll get the browser popup to link Enpass with the browser, sometimes that's the end of it until I close and re-open the browser, but sometimes Enpass just crashes, then when restarting it, it's asking for a crash report to be sent, which I do (and have done 3 times) recenlty I've seen a little update and thought, oh, maybe they know and fixed it, but alas, no. Is there anything I can check on either Enpass or Firefox to stop it doing this?

It may just be me but Enpass a lot or always sometimes seems to freeze up when I go to use it at times. I have to force exit/close it then reopen it. Doubt that error has anything to do with it but maybe. It was on a older version on Enpass if that matters. Who knows this may not even have anything to do with Enpass. Not sure if this important or matters but yes at the time I was sharing my Enpass data, logins entered into program myself. (not over anything internet) Doubt Enpass even uses bonjour sharing method but no idea for sure.

I have installed Enpass on a new Macbook Air with MacOS 15.4. I also have installed the Safari extension. Everything seems to be OK. I also synced all my passwords. However, the autofill popup menu won't appear when I want to enter username/password on a website. I looked in the support files (https://support.enpass.io/app/extension/take_a_look_at_browser_extension_settings.htm#autofill-popup-menu) but I can't find the settings screen which is described there. Am I overlooking something? Note: I have Enpass running on my Mac Mini (with MacOS 15.4) and before that on my iMac without problems. On these machines the autofill popup menu appears always.

Windows 10 is my operating system on Desktop. iOS 13.5.1 on iPhone. Sync using Dropbox. PDF attachments don't open on the Desktop version, while they open on the iPhone. When I right-click on the attachment, only the Save option appears, not the Open option. (See picture attached.) What to do?

What does this mean in the input field? when I try to login to my google account, "please sign-in to icloud" showed after the enpass icon which colour also seems clickable. But nothing really happened when i clicked it.

Hi, I've only noticed today after an hour of troubleshooting that the Enpass extension in Firefox and Edge is to blame for high cpu usage when typing in the comment section on Youtube and Reddit. When I start to type there the letters appear very slowly long after I typed the full words/sentence already. Laptop fan starts blasting 5 seconds after the system has been mostly idle for a while. Memory doesn't seem to change much tho. Windows 10 19045.5965 - i5 7200u - 8 GB - Firefox 139.0.4 - Enpass extension 6.11.5.2

I have been using it for several years. I have it on the desktop and my Android Phone. When I go to log in, it keeps telling me on the Desktop that I have used an incorrect master password. The phone login is the same, and it works perfect?

Occasionally, a bookmark leads nowhere because the URL of the sign-in page has changed. When I find the new sign-in page (with a new URL), Enpass happily fills the username and password BUT does NOT offer to update the URL on the Enpass login. I can do it manually, but it would be much better if it offered to update the Enpass record OR offer to allow me to save this new URL as a new login in Enpass. Is there a way to force Enpass to do the above ?

After trying to install via the app (which just stops midway) I get this when trying to install using the latest installer: Not sure what to try next.

Every time after Enpass is updated, the Enpass tray icon position is forgotten and I have to reset it. I first have to open Enpass, as it doesn't automatically open after an update. Then I have to go into Taskbar settings > Other System Tray Icons and select it in the Hidden Icon Menu. I then have to drag it to where it was before the update. I don't have this problem with other apps. Only Enpass has this issue.

I have 2 user accounts on a Lenovo Ideapad laptop. Both accounts are admins, both can login to Windows with Windows Hello (PIN, Face, Fingerprint). Both accounts have the Windows Store version of Enpass installed. The issue is that one account can unlock Enpass with Biometrics or Hello PIN at any time, including after reboot. The second account always has to provide the full Master Password every time Enpass is closed. Below are Quick Unlock sections for both accounts in Enpass.

I have enabled auto backups and they do occur but I can't figure out the frequency or trigger. I couldn't find it in the manual. Some days there are multiples, other days none, so it's not daily. I tested deleting an entry and editing another, thinking any vault change might trigger it, but that didn't do it. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!

Using https://mysite.signin.aws.amazon.com/console with Premium Enpass. It recognizes that the site can take a passkey, but when I try to create it, it takes me to the normal Amazon site instead of AWS. If I try to do this on the AWS end, it doesn't work either. If I try to setup a passkey, it fails, and 2FA doesn't work either.

Hello. I'm using the built-in Edge browser on my Windows 11 pro. It turns out that if my credit card entry is in the category of "Credit Card", double clicking it in the Enpass dock will not open the web site. But if I change the category to "Login", then Enpass won't let me autofill my card info for purchases. I can only use one feature or the other, unless I want to have two separate entries in Enpass for the same credit card. One under the category of "Credit Card", and the second under the category of "Login". I'm sure that it's not supposed to work that way, and am requesting that this be corrected. Hi Team, I'm using the Windows desktop app v 6.11.10 (1953) on some of my rigs (I started to do this when months ago the Windows Store stopped working properly some days, but desktop app did), and Microsoft Store app v 6.1110.1948 on other computers. Since two last versions of Enpass apps (both the Windows desktop app or Microsoft store app) Enpass freezes for 2-3 minutes. During these freezing, if you try to interact, it shows "App not responding" Windows warning asking if you want to wait or close the app. I assume the freezing is related to internet connection not being available to contact Onedrive, for example due to a captive portal expiration. A few days ago, I updated the OS on my notebook and had to download the Enpass client again. I downloaded version 6.11 directly and also tried from the Windows Store. I have my storage in iCloud but the synchronization process didn't finish, it always ends with a timeout error.

I can sync iCloud from my Mac to my iPhone and vice versa. When trying to sync my windows PC to the iCloud vault it does the following: 1. Opens a browser window in order for me to sign into iCloud. 2. After I input my credentials, it pings my phone for 2FA 3. I enter the code, and then I get "Authentication Error. This action could not be completed. Please close the window and try again." 4. I get a notification on my iPhone saying "The website you approved has access to display your iCloud data until you sign out" 5. Currently doing some tidying on my Google Drive, the drive that my online vault is located. When I looked for the vault/ backup I came across two entries. How do I determine which is the current and which is an old entry from a previous Enpass installation?

Hi, I encountered a problem while setting up two-step verification for BitBucket. Because the secret contains special characters, Enpass shows an "invalid" message after input, and I can't set it up. The character in question is the apostrophe ("'"). (QR code and some sensitive strings have been obscured.) Can you please solve this problem? Thank you.

We're working with multiple vaults (8 and more) and have the following problem. I open a website with a login and right-click to a field to to open Enpass Assistant via the context-menu, as I usually have to switch vaults to find the correct login. Then I click on the top left icon in the assistant (green Box in the screenshot) to open the list of vaults and select the correct one. The following popup with the list of the vaults (red Box in the screenshot) has no scrollbar. This is no problem if there are a max of 4 entries, but when there are more, we need to scroll with the mouse wheel or use shortcut-keys or keyboard-arrows to select the desired vault. This is no…
