New user here, and using the latest version 6.9.2(1563). he desktop app keeps slowing down and its like wading through treacle. First complaint, is that it won't import ROBOFORM data. I have exported data to CSV, no option to export to HTML like in the support pages on Enpass. Then when trying to import the CSV, Enpass says nothing to import...... I had to download the enpass CSV template and adjust the exported CSV to suit..... NOT Ideal and time consuming considering you advertise it can import from ROBOFORM. Hi all, I have 3 devices in sync (iCloud): iOS Mac Windows On the Mac, it was normal that from time to time, I need to re-login because the authentication was expired. Sometimes, I was doing it at the time of Enpass informs about that and some other times I did it weeks later. The problem is that, today and since some time ago (some days at least), I'm not able to authenticate Enpass on Mac nor on Windows. iOS is working fine and synced. I have been adding/changing passwords on each device, so each device has a different numbers of items created on different and mixed dates, so I cannot remove and add the sync, because I don't want…

I'm running the latest version of Enpass on Windows 11. Upon login (that still perfectly worked a couple of days ago) I get a message, that I need to login again with my registered mail address. Enpass somehow shows my address (I didn't need to type in anything and I can't change the input, either). It assumes I have a business login (I do not), so no login possible, anymore. It still works perfectly fine on my iPhone. The question is ... what can I do to use Enpass on Windows 11 again? I can't change the input in the pop-up, I can't change any settings - I'm locked out completely.

Dear support, While it is awesome to now have Passkey support - thank you. I just realized that Enpass incorrectly reports sites as missing 2FA, while Passkey is configured. Passkey should count as a second factor IMHO Enpass should even propose to activate passkey on services that support it (i.e. something like Passkeys.directory)

Enpass offers an update and when I try to istall it, I'm getting the message "no internet connection". Except this item my Enpass works perfect, it is connected with Google Dropbox and I'm using Google Chrome. This problem exists after have got a new Desctop PC with Windows 11. With the November 8th, 2023 (v. 6.9.2) update to the Enpass browser extension for Firefox on Windows, XML no longer displays inline -- I need to "view source" to see XML now. If I disable the extension, XML displays correctly, as before. Windows version: Windows 10 Enterprise, 22H2, OS build 19045.3570 Firefox version: 119.0.1 (64-bit) XML displays as usual in Chrome with the latest version of the extension enabled.

Hi, I'm using Enpass Desktop latest version (for Windows) downloaded from enpass.io webpage. On Windows 10 laptop, when I configure to use Windows Hello - it works on first run, so I don't have to enter master password. See Enpass settings in attachment (Windows10.png). On Windows 11 laptop, when I configure to use Windows Hello - it still requires master password on first run - then (on next Enpass wakeups) Windows Hellow works. Hello all, I am facing this issue a long time ago. My desktop (connected to the same network with my mobile via ethernet) fails to sync items with the vault as shown in the picture below. Thus, mobile has got 160 items whereas the Desktop has 170. The dropbox link shows that it was sync'ed 1/6/23 but I am pretty sure the problem persists a long time before that. Any tip would be highly appreciated. What am I missing here?

A few minutes ago I updated a password in Enpass. I confirmed the popup to auto update the corresponding entry and then realized that ALL fields with the type "password" got overwritten, e.g. backup codes and recovery codes. Thanks to the ability of viewing the history I could save the loss. But this seems to be a big fat bug...!!

This worked in the previous version. Since the latest update, rather than timing out , it just continues to try to connect to a Folder which is not currently present. I use 2 different servers to separate my work and personal folders and they are on different Wifi networks etc. Previously it gracefully timed out folders which were currently not available now it keeps trying and eats up to 16% of my CPU. Hello! I use the caret sign in my master password to unlock Enpass. On iOS it works fine. But on my Mac the ^ could not be typed. If I write the whole password down in another Mac program like notes and copy paste it in Enpass it works. Is that a bug or a feature :-) ?

i just dont understand no matter how many times i update, your tag issues seems to be a complete bug on windows. now imagine i have 2 tags, and i have an item under a tag and i try to drag it to a new tag, what happens is it creates 2 tags such that the item appears under both tags, this is so stupid and frsutrating, the whole point of a user moving/dragging an item to a new tag is to move it there just like a folder. now lets say i have 2 tags, and now if i add a tag manually by typing, into the tag field which shows auto suggestions/auto complete and if i select one of the suggested tag, now it does not make the item appear under the extra…

I'm using mailbox.org as my e-mail provider and want to connect Enpass to my mailbox.org-Clouddrive via WebDav. It used to be that Enpass would forget my fingerprint after each 3-5 days (Windows Hello prompt will come up as usual, but it would force me to enter password even though fingerprint is successful). After the update, it seems Enpass forgets my fingerprint every time I shut down my computer. This is very inconvenient because of how we need to reenter the password after every shutdown/hibernation which is quite tedious. Maybe consider restoring the previous versions.

Hello Support Team, I'm little bit confused between data location , vault, and backup. I'm using Enpass with 4 different vaults located in 4 different drive, 2 One drive and 2 Google drive and I mainly use Enpass in two devices (Computer and smartphone). Now when I'm looking at the settings in Desktop App or Android App, data location are set in local, however it seems taht I have exactly same data between my two devices. Then I'm not sure how Enpass works and mainly where my data are ? On drive or on local ? I would say on Drive because of the sync but what the local data is referring to ? I'm new to password managers so please forgive my ignorance. I have just downloaded Enpass and I'm setting things up. I like the idea of having the vault stored on my computer and not on some cloud. It seems to me that that might be more secure and simpler to access. I have a workstation Windows PC and several Windows laptops. I'm wondering if I can have the vault on the workstation and copy it to the laptops to use when I am away from workstation and WiFi? I have read some of the FAQ's and am still unsure of how to proceed. Any help or comments will be appreciated.

I use Enpass for several years on my windows-PCs and my android-phones. Now I got a new pc and had to ínstall all apps, including Enpass. To restore all passwords from dropbox I allowed to open the dropbox file. All seemed to work fine. But Enpass can´t open: "wrong password". But I´m shure the password is correct. With this pw I opened Enpass in my android-phone. The same problem after deinstalled and reinstalled the Enpass version 6.5.1 from your homepage. What can I do?

Hi All, As the title implies, after some update to the Enpass app on the Windows Store, I'm no longer able to sync my Enpass credentials from my Ethernet-connected PC (a Surface Pro 7+ running Windows 11 Pro) to my Wi-Fi-connected devices on the same Local Area Network (LAN). If I disconnect the Ethernet cable from my Surface Pro's dock and have it connect to Wi-Fi, then the Enpass Wi-Fi Sync works as expected over the LAN. This occurs both on my work and home networks.
