  1. Hello, I have been using Enpass for a few years. Best software product I have ever used. I have suggested Enpass to all of my friends and family. I have had a few issues over the years and you guys always seemed to get me going again no matter how simple the question. Now I have a new issue. My hard drive died. Blue screen of death! Got it fixed and new Win 10 installed. Apps are working again. Now I need to get Enpass installed and running. I have Enpass synced from google drive across all of my devices.     I use a unique email address per website and I've noticed that zendesk has an issue where it picks the url "zendesk" and not the subdomain. Example: Zendesk for Enpass would be enpass.zendesk.com. Can enpass be setup to look at the subdomain for some websites like zendesk?

    Good morning everyone, since this morning intermittently enpass has been reporting the following error. "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with Dropbox. Error code:204400" This error appears to me all the time and then suddenly disappears and after a few minutes/hours it reappears, what can it be due to? Thank you in advance for your support Matteo

  5. Hi I tried to update Enpass to 6.8.4 using the Microsoft store (Windows 11). At the end of the installation, I got the message "Error on our side". I tried to install the desktop version but after the registration, the synchronisation with GDrive always failed (Time Out) Thanks and Best regards

    Hello, I use Enpass with version 6.7.4 (933) and as Webdav share I use a Nextcloud version 23.0.0. The problem is, it is not possible to sync the shares. Enpass always said, that I should check my username and my password. So I debugged a bit and found out, that the share is easy to mount with a linux webdav client. Now I dived deeper: I checked the server side and found out, that there are no requests from my enpass client to my nginx reverse proxy (checked the access logs).   9. I just did the update, and Enpass refuses to start. I am greeted with "Enpass Password Manager is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" Having all my passwords in Enpass, it is a major annoyance. I am, of course, signed-in to the Microsoft Store. It used to work fine before the update. Please help

  10. Hello, Recently, Plex had a breach, Enpass responded quite fast, by tagging my Plex credentials as breached. Thanks to the mail received from Plex, I had changed the password before Enpass came with it's reaction (marking my credentials as breached). I therefore changed the password twice: the first time after I received Plex' e-mail, the second time, after Enpass marked my credentials as breached. But for some reason, Enpass still marks my credentials as breached and I have no idea how I can tell Enpass it's not a breached password anymore, any thoughts?     Hi guys, Family member added a new password, he closed Enpass password manager and then i opended mine but the login is not showing with the exact same vault. Does it take time to sync? How can we make sure it syncs quickly, is there some sync option we can click? Thanks

  13. Hi, my OneDrive (Business) is reporting a sync issue. See attached screenshot. OneDrive will only sync, when I close Enpass. This doesn't seem right. Or is it expected behavior? I'm using Enpass 6.8.2 (1085)

    Hi all. For years I've been synchronizing Epass to Dropbox and I had very few problems. I switched to OneDrive few weeks ago and every few days days I get errors on Windows 10/11, iOS and Android that there is a problem syncing, "looks like you're trying to sync two different databases" and I have to merge. There is always a difference of one entry. I realize by now that OneDrive is way inferior to Dropbox in every way on every OS but I'm trying to save few bucks since it's included with my Office subscription. OneDrive doesn't even work well on Windows, and iOS and Android synchronization is problematic and it's basically unusable on a Mac right now. Is this a known…

  16. Long time Enpass paid user here. Love it. Converted my wife to using password managers with it. It's mostly great. I love the decentralized vault scheme. I just wish it supported form filling. Chrome natively will auto-fill a form like the ones below, as you start to type any credentials into fields. You can then choose which identity to use, it's beautiful. When Enpass is set to be in control of this, I don't know how to autofill the form. I try by clicking the assistant and going to identities, but nothing happens.     Using Enpass 6.8.3 from Microsoft Store on Windows 11. With modern theme, When Enpass is reduced to its smallest view (the one-column view), when you click '+' to add a new item or edit an existing Item, the Item view and the fields isn't visible unless you enlarge the windows (to the two-column view) Im pretty sure editing item in one-column view worked in 6.8.1

  18. Most of the time, the mini window is a useless design, I would prefer the enpass to be like the tray of most windows programs, only the option to show the window, close the program.

  19. Recently I've been having a very bad problem where passwords that I have changed recently for some sites eventually get overwritten by older passwords. It seems like when some devices go to sync, they think the older password is newer and they end up overwriting the newer password. I have been able to go back into backups and retrieve the good newer password. So far, I have identified 5 accounts where this is occurring. All were passwords that I changed within the last 3 months. The really strange part here is that it took me going back as much as a month back to be able to retrieve the good passwords.     While troubleshooting the issue I reported in this thread: I discovered a very bad design problem with the backup function when using the Windows store version of the EnPass app. The default path for backups is the following location: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\Backups However, when you uninstall the app, the following folder gets deleted as part of the uninstall: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2 This pretty much deletes the backup folder with the uninstall!     I've been evaluating enpass using the brave browser. IIRC, when I first started using it I was asked to allow an unknown browser (clicked accept). Today it again popped up the message window. I click on accept but that takes me back to the same message window. Bottom line - accept doesn't allow the browser. I was using the portable. So I installed the desktop but that didn't make a difference. I also turned off Authorize Browsers with Verified Code ... to no effect. Running v6.8.2 (1085) on Win 10 Pro.

  22. I have an issue where Enpass regularly (few times a day) freezes and crashes. Then after re-launching, it freezes again, either immediately or after a few seconds. The only way to get it back operational is to reboot the PC. I also tried restarting explorer.exe, and all the browsers, but this doesn't help. Obviously it would be ideal if Enpass wasn't crashing at all, but at very least I would like to have a workaround to get it back without having to reboot. I use Windows 11 (21H2), but I think it was happening on Windows 10 as well (although not a frequently). Enpass is up to date Windows Store version.

    I have saved my PayPal login details in Enpass, but the 2-factor authentication method is not recognized. Nothing is displayed under "AUDIT" either. Am I missing something?

  24. There seems to be a glitch in Enpass, where it doesn't lock during System Lock (Win-key + L) even it the setting is applied as shown below. The bug occurs (for me) only if I initially unlock Enpass through the Helper Window in System tray. If I initially unlock via the main Windows, the "System lock" works as expected.     I'm on Windows 11 and used 6.8.2 without issue. Since my Windows Store version upgraded to 6.8.3 last week, I can no longer manually edit items. Right-clicking on an item does nothing. Double-clicking opens the item but if I select Edit with either the pencil or the 3 dots, it does nothing. Other functions are normal, except for the fact that this version is a bit sluggish compared to 6.8.2. It appears 6.8.3 is a beta. I don't specifically remember signing up for the beta program but perhaps I did years ago. Anyway, any ideas?
