Today I tried creating some passwords onto my enpass and noticed they were not appearing after clicking save.So I tried enabling cloud sync, hoping that it would work. After enabling cloud sync, my creating the passwords again and still did not show when I searched them up. After I closed the app and reopened, it said that my version of enpass was old. So, I checked and it is up to date(version 6.7.1). I tried uninstalling and redownloading and it is telling me my password is incorrect.I once again restarted the app and now it is saying my version of enpass is old!

Hello, I have a three monitor setup (2 with HD and 1 with 4K - the 4K is the main screen). The browser window is on the HD monitor. When opening the Enpass app by pressing the button in the browser menu, the Enpass menu is poped up too big - see attached image. This behavior keeps all time it is used. One solution/workaround is to move the browser window to the main (4K) screen - now pop up works correctly. And then, moving it back to the HD screen - pop up keeps working correctly also here. Hi had to find other manager cause myki stops in april Thought it should be simple but M yki is not in the list but could also import from csv file. Made a comma seperated file with this headers as in the sample file add all records no matter what I try keep getting nothing to import Title,Username,Email,Password,Website,TOTP Secret Key,Custom Field 1,*Custom Field 2,Note,Tags Any help would be great

I've used several different authenticator apps like google, microsoft, authy, duo etc but I've always been annoyed that I need a separate application for it because I constantly need to open the application separately and search for the account. When I noticed the one time code feature I was very happy. Everything in one app, horray. However, I seem to be in the same situation as before since the one time code doesn't autofill, in fact it doesn't even show up as an option to copy when I use the autofill function. So I need to open the main enpass window and search for the account either way. This actually makes the feature even more useless since I have so many passwords …

Hello when I need to login in a site which uses an Apache Authentication login ( such as in the attached image ) Enpass does not provide me the password , why ? Also if I login manually in an Apache Authentication login Enpass does not ask me to save the user and password What am I doing wrong ? Thank you

Hi, I am a new user with an "Enpass Lite" account (free) using the Windows 10 desktop app. I am confused about exactly how the cloud sync with OneDrive works. When using this feature - does Enpass create an encrypted Vault file on my OneDrive, which is then downloaded by other devices like the Enpass app on my Android phone? Or is the encrypted Vault data passed through OneDrive without creating a file within OneDrive? If a file is created in OneDrive, what is the folder location? Thanks!

Hi, I'm running Enpass on Windows 10, using the current version on the Microsoft store. I've got the firefox extension installed, and my keyboard shortcuts setup as seen in my attached screenshot. Whenever I'm editing code in firefox, trying to use the comment shortcut (ctrl+/) also opens a new tab with the enpass firefox settings (the same page I shared the screenshot from). I can't find any shorcut settings that seem to be set to ctrl+/ in either firefox or Enpass, and I'm at a loss as to what to do, this is an important keyboard shortcut for me, and I'd rather not have enpass taking it over. Any help would be appreciated.

There are certain website for which I saved the password and exact login url for the same but when I click on enpass to fill the username and pasword it opens new tab instead of filling login details of the same page. Dear Community, I am using Enpass since years. Now, after several years, I found out that I forgot my Masterpasswort. I can access ma Data via TouchID on my iPhone. I would -of course- like to have a passwort as backup access in case the iPhone fails some time. I understand that I cant restore the passwortm which is a safety feature. So far, so good. I tried to run EnpassPortable V6.6.1 on a freshly installed Windows 11 System without any additional software installed and got the error message attached to this post concerning a missing MSVCP140.dll. After that I installed the "normal" Enpass V6.7.4.933 and restarted the EnpassPortable application - without the error message. Hi, I have been using enpass for a long time. Just lately when I start up Enpass all I get is a white screen. After a while the program will start, but it takes a long time. However today I run enpass and I got the white screen, and then enpass would just shut down. No matter how many times I run it. The only way I got it to run in the end, was to right click on enpass and set the emulation to windows xp. It was the only way I could get it to work I will say I am using a lenovo laptp which is about 12 years old. Hi, when I sync my vault to Dropbox, Enpass creates a folder "Apps" on the top level of the Dropbox including the vault sync file and the backup file. Though, I'd like to move the "Apps" folder to a different location, but can't figure out how to do this. When I move it, I get a sync error. I can change the location for the backup file in the settings but not the location for the vault sync. Any advice how to do this? Thanks!

My work PC has the Microsoft Store totally disabled and replaced with a company portal where they host apps. It looks like I cannot download and install Enpass without the MIcrosoft Store. Is there any other way to download it? My company IT help desk says that if I can download it go ahead and install, but they will not host another app on their portal and suggested I switch to KeePass which is the app they have licensed. Any ideas?

I'm experiencing an issue whereas my master password on one computer is not working, the same master password works on another installation of Enpass on another computer but not one computer; rather I get, invalid master password. Is there anyway to reset the master password ?

Currently EnPass now requires me to enter the master password each time I put my screen to sleep which is very annoying because I put my computer to sleep multiple times a day. How can I make it require the master password only on user log out?

Hello, today I tried to pay for something online and as usual I love to use password manager to speed up process. But unfortunately Enpass can't do properly. Missing some fields. As you see in the screenshot. This makes me so sad and I'm start to thinking to switch something else. Many issues with enpass. Please fix this. I'm can guarantee I'm not alone with this issue.

Please bring back the Dark theme for Classic mode for windows. It works and looks awesome in Linux, why did you revoke it from the Windows app, it was there when version 6 was initially launched.

After starting up the "Windows Enpass Server" other clients are not updated until Enpass on the server is authenticated.
