    I have installed Enpass on Windows 10 and created an account. Now I want to delete the account incl. all associated data (local or - if applicable - remote). How do I do this? Best regards, Bernd

  2. Hi, I use Enpass store version on my Windows 10 laptop & the Enpass app on Android. In order to sync database between both my devices, since I don't trust the cloud I opted to use folder sync method along with Syncthing. In Syncthing, I can choose a specific folder on my android phone & windows laptop and Syncthing will keep the contents of the folder in sync using local WiFi i.e. the router. So, in order for the sync to work, both my laptop & my phone must be connected to the router at the same time. It's just like how the Google Drive desktop app can keep 2 folders in different computers in sync, but this occurs through local WiFi & not the global i…

  3. I have the windows version installed...NOT the portable... I want to set up sync using (hopefully) Pcloud which I have a lifetime membership with...Assuming I can sync with Pcloud....(not tried yet)... Is it possible to set Enpass up on my Mac and Android and have all 3 platfroms sync using some sync provider...???

I decided to register again since it won't let me go further. "You are now a registered user of Enpass. Use the same email ...." Click Done Restore from Cloud -> Dropbox. Sign in to Dropbox.   8. Before anyone says anything... yes Windows 11 is still in preview. But General Availabiliy is not too far out, so Enpass might as well start working on bugs - just like Microsoft. I'm on build 22000.65 right now, and Enpass stopped working. It would crash silently a second or two after showing the splash screen. Naturally, I thought re-installing might help, so I uninstalled it. However, Enpass isn't available on the new Windows 11 Store - only the Edge Browser Extension is. So I'm stuck and can't even reproduce the bug anymore. How can I help to make Enpass work on Windows 11? (btw. every single other app works fine!)

    Am very pleased with Enpass but there is one functional aggravation that I can't seem to get around. Whenever Enpass syncs, it causes the app All Items list to return to the top. I may be on a specific item but suddenly the app syncs and I'm returned to the top of the All Items list requiring me to research and find the item I was using. Have searched for a setting that prevents this from occurring but don't find one. Have searched to see if this has been discussed in the forum and didn't find but apologize if this is a repeat of an issue. I know this is a small thing but it simply gets irritating after awhile (a frequent Enpass user!) Thanks

  10. I am using Enpass 6.6.0(775) on Windows 10. Enpass has always worked flawlessly for me. For the last few days I cannot get Enpass to start when I double click on the desktop icon, or on the taskbar icon, or even on the executable. Nothing happens. It does work if I choose run it as Administrator so currently I have changed my settings to run it as administrator. What has changed to cause this that I have to choose to run it as Administrator to get Enpass to run? I am not a Windows 10 expert and unexpected behavior like this is very frustrating to me.     Hi everyone, perhaps someone has an idea: - i'm using enpass on desktop (mac, win) and my iDevices. - everything is updated and latest versions - i just noticed, that the sync is runnung nor more (error) - was running for years - if i delete the enpass data on my Synology NAS, i can newly sync the data from all apple devices - if i then try to sync the windows enpass i get an error 915993 or 907987 or after new install 908403 - if i delete the enpass data and try to newly sync the data from windows, i can see the creation of a tmp file in the webdav folder, but get an error 915993 and the tmp-file is deleted.   12. I'm running version 6.6.2 on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Lifetime Premium member. I have a couple items I originally entered in the Login category, and later used the "Change Category" on the context menu to change the category to Password. I noticed after making this change that the item shows up when I click the Password category in the left pane. However, the item seems to have retained all the details from when it was in the Login category. The icon is the globe icon for the Login category rather than the key icon for the password category. I was able to easily fix that by editing the item and then clicking the icon, which then displayed the "Choose Icon"…

    Long time user and perhaps cause of the tags/item relics in question. I have a tag which shows items but some of those items don't actually exist. They seem to have been items that have been deleted or moved to other vaults. For one such moved item, if I'm in "All Items" view of "All Vaults" and search for the errant item, only one item shows. If I goto the Tags view with no search, I see listed 2 of the same item. If I click on one of those items, it shows the information as it should, whereas the other "bad" item is blank. And as these are not valid items, I can't delete them. How can I clean these out? This is the same on Desktop (6.4.2) and IOS (6.4.4).

    Hello, I very often use Enpass via hotkey with "Always run Assistant in docked mode". Everything works smoothly, but when I want it to close via Alt+F4 — it hangs and not possible to trigger with hotkey one more time. However, when I click on 'X' everything is ok, is it possible to handle `Alt+F4` correctly?

    My enpass app on win 10 doesn't start at all. I launch the app from start menù normally but today there's no way to let it run. this is what I see.... I think I must try other app, I use it for work and payed for something that work ....

    So whenever I start enpass after restarting the computer, I have to re-enter the master password. When it crashes, I have do the same thing. Enpass stores items in TPM, but it has to be TPM 2.0. I imagine it doesn't matter if it's firmware TPM or hardware TPM, as long as shows up as TPM 2.0 in tpm.msc? I have TPM 2.0 on my computer, but it still does not store the master password in the TPM. In other post, it said it was because a certain API must run for enpass to work. Is there a powershell script to test this out?

    Hi There, On the left-hand sidebar, there are a handful of icons/categories that appear towards the top. In my case, Home, Favorites, Credit Card, & Identity. Is there any way to control which categories are displayed? Thanks!

    I just installed Enpass on my pc, I also installed the Firefox and Chrome extensions, I have ran a sync from my pc to OneDrive, and connected both my browsers to OneDrive. On pc if I click on All Items, I see all my passwords, that I imported in from LastPass. But that is as far as I got. I can't get my passwords on my browsers, I can't get anything to autofill, I can't get it to save new passwords. I haven't tried separating into the individual categories. Since I haven't been able to get anything else work right I was afraid to do something I couldn't reverse, figuratively speaking. If someone could just get me started in the right direction, I don't expect yo…

  22. When setting up Enpass using a Windows 10 tablet, the interaction between the touch keyboard and Enpass makes for a horrible user experience. When selecting a field to fill out (e.g. user name), the appearance of the touch keyboard makes Enpass disappear. The third time one tries, Enpass finally stays open and it is possible to fill out the field. Later, when entering the numerical code that has been sent to the e-mail address, the keyboard is in the alphanumerical setting, which makes typing the digits awkard. If one sets the keyboard to numerical, it reverts back to alphanumerical after each digit, which is also very awkward.

  24. Hi, I have 2 very annoying bugs that i hope you can fix. I been waiting a long time but so far they have not been fixed. 1) When i close enpass by pressing the X on the app or select close from taskbar it flashes and wants me to authenticate. This is very annoying. I show this in the clip i attach. Rename the file to IMG_1124 .mov (could not upload with .mov extention, this needs to be changed as well) 2) Using Macro on my Logitech G915 does not work in Enpass. And this is the only program that does not work with macro. I use my macro keys for simple email and numbers i use often but in Enpass it comes out as "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv". IT works perfectly …

  25. Everything works as intended until I am to be redirected to my Enpass Installation. The browser prompts me to specify the Enpass.exe on my computer to redirect to, but it is not accessible. With some shenanigans I've found it under C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_6.61.804.0_x86__fwdy0m65qb6h2\EnpassBridge but "WindowsApps" is not accessible, not even if Browser is started as administrator (which is an excessively dangerous this to do I might add).
