My computer has a small solid state drive (C: drive) for the OS and program applications. I try and store the application data on a large drive (D: drive) to avoid filling up my C: drive with data. I am using the Windows desktop version of Enpass 6.5.2. I have read that I should be able to change the location of the vault under Settings>Advanced>Data Location and that there should be a Change Location button. I do not see a change location button. The current Data Location is C:\Users\Golfball\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState but I do not see anyway to change where Enpass will store and look for the vault. I have Enpass saved to my computer (Windows) and phone (Samsung) and they are connected via Dropbox. The passwords used to automatically update on both devices when I saved them on either my phone or my computer, but now the information is not being sent across, despite the fact that when I go into 'sync' it says it has synced. Does anyone know why this might be happening please and what I can do to fix it? Thank you so much.

guys when the heck are you going to fix the tags bug? ive been asking for past few months. i have tags like sub folders. how the heck do i create a new item under the tag without it getting duplicated. when i go to the tag, such that the tag is highlighted, and i create a new item under that tag, instead of appearing under that tag section, this item gets auto created under a duplicate of that same tag, instead of being under the tag which i actually wanted it to be. ive asked this question so many time and it is getting frustrating, its been several months already you guys have not given a fix. i suggest we chat on telegram/whatsapp. u connect to my pc vi…

On Enpass 6.3.3 I am noticing a unique behavior. When I click on the minimize button for the first time after starting the application, instead of minimizing, it pops right back up on the screen to its original position from where I clicked the button. When I click the minimize button the second time, it works properly and continues to work properly.

Hello, I am using the latest Enpass on Windows 10. The issue I have noticed is that scaling looks off with certain items very large or certain very small. Due to this I applied this fix: https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/troubleshooting/enpass-looks-too-small-or-big-on-my-display-how-can-i-fix-it/ Although after setting this setting the Enpass application becomes very laggy ... all the animations run very choppy and overall the application becomes slow to use. So I went and disabled the setting and the lag from the application finished. Can we get a permanent fix for scaling without side effects?

Been using Enpass for at least a couple years. After updating to 6.5.2 (727) I can not long open the execution file, Enpass.exe. I try double clicking and right click + open. Neither work. If I select Run As Administrator the application will open. Since I've never had to do that previously, what can I do to avoid that extra step? Thank you.

I've been using Enpass for a couple of years now, but since a couple of days it's been tripping by McAfee detection: McAfee deletes these files, but the next day they're back and detected again. I'm on 6.4.3 (666) on a Windows 10 laptop.

Hello, I am using Enpass on a Mac. I used and still I am using WebDAV to save the safe on my QSync-NAS (xxx-NAS-01) and to sync with my iPhone. Everythink worked fine. Than I had to switch to another QSync-NAS (xxx-NAS-02) of mine. Everything is still working fine with the exception, that by starting the first time a complete shutdown (command + Q) Enpass tries to find the NAS-01 not longer used. I have click on "OK" that the NAS-01 is not found, than Enpass will start (Sorry, I cannot describe the last sentence better in english). Is there a point in the "MAC-Registry", where the former NAS-01 is still listed? Thanks

Title says it. Unknown circumstances cause no mouse input to be registered within enpass. Sometimes a reboot fixes this, but is very annoying. Also I cannot access my passwords when it's in this state. Mouse input is ignored, and that applied to the preferences window as well.

As the title, I tried to use Enpass plugin with Firefox in windows 10 but it seems that it doesnt work properly like in other browsers. When i select the item that should bring me to the site and enter automatically, nothing happens. With Chrome it works perfectly... What I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi all, after upgrading to 6.5.1 (723) Enpass does not scale and it is shown with native 3840x2160 resolution instead of scaling to 150% as it did in all versions before. It is unusable. Can you fix it? Thanks M

When I update Enpass to 6.5.1(716) version from the Microsoft Store. Enpass under the high resolution screen,the font has become very small again. But the previous version did not have this problem. Is it possible to fix this issus? Thank you.

Hi Purchased from Microsoft store 2016, use solely on PC and store all passwords local with regular backups, always login via Face ID with no issues, just realized I no longer have my normal login in details. So worried what can I do to resolve this, dont want to do anything stupid, so need advice please. I started using Enpass as a trial version und decided to go for it - now I have to transfer about 500 password entries from my current application "Password Safe". As there is no specific import routine, I tried to use the pre-formatted XLS from the Enpass website - and failed. I downloaded the ones for "Logins" and tried to import the four lines of test data - it never works and always ends up in all data being imported into one line, divided by semicolon. Apparently Enpass does not match the column titles to its fields. I was hopeful to solve the problem by switching my user interface to English (from German) - but this did not help either. I have been using enpass since the summer but now I can't even open the app. When I try to run it a dialog box pops up telling me it can't open and to go to the windows store. When I go to the store everything seems normal but nothing happens when I click the launch button. I have attached a screenshot of what is happening.

Mail app is associated as default app in the control panel.

Hello I would like to know if it is possible to configure Enpass so that it always starts on one and the same Vault. And that the others secondary vault are only accessible by entering a password? We would like to have a general Vault where my children have access and 1 privacy Vault where only my wife and me have access but for this one you have to enter obligatory the privacy password. I am enjoying the addition of Windows Hello security but it always defaults to the Fingerprint unlock, meaning to use Face Unlock I have to use the mouse to click 3 times: More Choices Face Ok How can I set the default unlock mechanism to Face instead of Fingerprint? I just tried removing the assigned Fingerprint and that DOES work - now it uses the camera to Face unlock first, but I shouldn't have to remove the Fingerprint option. Ideally it should remember the last unlock choice and reuse that the next time. Thanks

I have my primary and secondary vault that share copies of logins/etc... from the primary. I would like to have any updates and changes to any of the shared logins/etc... done on the Primary or Seconadary vault to be reflected to the other vault. Can it be done and doing it manually is not the answer I am looking for ... it is a shared vault after all.

In the Enpass browser extension for Chrome, I have the option "Autofill details without showing Enpass assistant" enabled. I assume this means when I visit a login page, Enpass should automatically enter my login details, without having to manually click the toolbar icon and select the site. However, this rarely works. Even when the URL matches exactly and there's only a single entry for the domain, I almost always have to manually fill the login form by clicking the extension icon or right-clicking and selecting Enpass from the context menu. I'm using Enpass version 6.5.707.
