    I recently upgraded Windows to the latest version and it broke my Enpass installation. I uninstalled the app and tried to install from Windows marketplace, this kept giving me an unknown error so I downloaded the 32-bit version from Enpass website and installed successfully. However, I am now no longer able to access my vault. I am confident that I know my master password but it is not being accepted (which now worries me that I do not know the password...) I have Enpass installed on my Android phone and on a 2nd Windows computer. Is there any way to access the master password from one of these devices or to download the database and install it in a new user account?

  2. Sometimes when I scroll through my saved data, the Enpass windows are flickering and suddenly I have to start scrolling from the top again. Even when I am editing an item and Enpass is synchronizing in the background, I sometimes have to press the edit button again and start editing the item again.

  3. Hello, For the past month or so, the Enpass app continuously crashes when I try to use it in Firefox. Symptoms: It seems that after Firefox starts up for the first time after (re)booting windows and you try to use Enpass either by clicking the extension icon or using the keyboard shortcut, nothing happens. The app crashes and automatically attempts to reload forcing a reauthentication with the browser. It forces me to enter my master password again after this crash.   4. I am seeing a strange behavior with the password generator. When I select the generate button, I get a password, when I hit the Fill button, it fills the password field with another password. This is causing me to have broken application access.

  5. Hi, I am using enpass since 2 years. For backup of main passwords data i am using second account, just to store most important passwords of my accounts. I tried to log in to the backup account (restore data from google drive of backup account) but it shows no enpass 6 data available, while i was using it on enpass 6 only. I formatted my backup phone and reinstalled the enpass app. after that i got this issue. I've attached screenshots for the same. google drive is showing enpass in apps.

  6. I cannot SYNC Enpass. It tells me that "it seems that password of data on OneDrive as been changed lately. Please enter new password". That's not true, I did NOT change the password. In fact I JUST LOGGED IN TO ONEDRIVE ON THIS PC USING THE PASSWORD ENPASS TELLS ME IS INCORRECT. So now what do I do??

  7. after windows update enpass delete all data from vault and i can't restore from backup anymore (internal error 995). when i try to setup a new vault i get error "setup default location" somthing like that. but i can't change it. i used the traditional 32bit version and all worked fine. its just the Microsoft Store Version is bugged.

    I have been using Windows 10 QuickAssist the last couple of days to help a neighbor with a computer hacking problem. I have noticed that using Enpass during the session can cause a crash. And Enpass definitely crashes after QuickAssist is closed. I hope that this problem can be investigated and corrected. However, it is not something that I do regularly, and I don't feel this is a major problem. Thanks

    Hello there, I have some problems to launch enpass. I wanted to try the free version and I downloaded it for Windows 8. Enpass is correctly installed on my pc but an error appears when I launch it. The error says that a .dll file is not present on pc. I uninstalled enpass and installed it again but nothing. Please, could you help me? What it is wrong? Thank you in advance for your time, Alessandra

    I am considering, once again, moving from Roboform to Enpass but the import from Roboform 6 is still broken. From other forum posts it looks like it has been over a year since anyone from enpass actually engaged on this issue. Is there still support available for migrating from Roboform 6? I have followed the knowledgebase steps, just like everyone else, and I am getting the "Nothing to Import" error, just like everyone else. Can someone help? Thanks

  11. Very odd issue here. Up until today I have had a taskbar shortcut for Enpass. Now, it is just in the system tray, minimized, and my shorcut is gone. This is really annoying. I tried searching for the program file so I could pin a shortcut to the taskbar again, and I run into another issue, I can't find it. Tried searching in the windows 10 search bar as well as searching the C drive. What should I do? I have a lifetime subscription and I'd really like to have that shortcut on my taskbar.

  12. Hello, I'm pretty new to Enpass, coming from Keepass. Now I searched for an History function and found out that Enpass should have such an functionality as well. In the release notes from the forum I have read that this should show up after you change any field (except the notice field). But I cant see this anywhere. Is this a bug or wasthe feature removed? I use the Win32 app for Windows and have a Enpass Pro licence. Greetings, Nico

  13. my username does, but no the password field I've double-checked my login in enpass and the password value field type is set to "password"

  14. During the upgrade from 5 to 6, longer notes are truncated. Seems to be about 9KB or 254 lines (One byte length?) Had to restore an old backup in version 5 to recover my long notes.

    I've installed and registered Enpass on my laptop and it works great. Now that I've confirmed it does everything I want, I need to set up Enpass on my wife's desktop.     Enpass version: 6.4.3 (666) Windows 10 10.0.18363 / 1909 How to reproduce the bug: When the cloud connection needs to be reconnected I am not forwarded to the cloud provider. My default application for the web browser is Firefox When I set the default Windows application for the web browser on Edge or Internet Explorer, I am redirected and I can set up the connection to the cloud.

    I think this is a bug that shouldn't happen. I did an enpass reset but after I wanted to re-run the sync again I came to the conclusion that my webdav sync file was also gone. I did the enpass reset on win10 the webdav file was on a synology NAS. No worries I made multiple back-ups of the enpass vault.

  20. I've been using Enpass with my team at work successfully for several years. We've only had the one, primary, vault and it has been stored on our NextCloud server, allowing each of us to sync via WebDav. We've now got a new member of staff. I don't want to give them access to the full vault from day 1, so I was thinking of setting up a second vault that would be shared with them and then copy items over as and when they need them. I've just tried this with Google Drive. Syncing works fine but I cannot find the data on Google Drive in order to share it with my new member of staff.     Hi, I guess several (maybe 6 to 8) weeks ago it starts, that i could't enter my enpass from my (payed full version access) Windows destop app anymore. The Backup is synced in my dropbox and I run it also on my i-phone but a 25PW restrictet free version. Since couple weeks my windows desktop app has allways shown wrong master password.     I’m not able to set-up iCloud Sync on Win10 as its doesn’t open an authentication page. I click the iCloud Sync option, I get presented with the following message, but nothing happens: “You have been redirected to the iCloud login page. Please log in” - But nothing happens. If I try Google Drive, or OneDrive for example they open a browser window to authenticate. This doesn’t even attempt to open a browser window. I just see the message. Issue on Windows 10 Pro. After Purchase the Homepage said i received an email - when i checked i did not get an email, and yes i checked the main folder and spam folder to see if i received any email from my purchase. i can provide anything to proof i bought it.   25. When all text in a notes field is selected, the cursor and focus are placed at the end of the text. This is especially notable when the text is scrolling due to its length. This is a behaviour which is – as far as I am concerned – unique to Enpass and thus confusing. Plus: there should be either a text selection or a blinking caret - not both. Having all text selected, pressing of the cursor up key should place the caret at the beginning of the text, just like cursor left does. Instead, the caret is placed in the line directly above the end of the text.
