Hello I would like to know if it is possible to configure Enpass so that it always starts on one and the same Vault. And that the others secondary vault are only accessible by entering a password? We would like to have a general Vault where my children have access and 1 privacy Vault where only my wife and me have access but for this one you have to enter obligatory the privacy password. I am enjoying the addition of Windows Hello security but it always defaults to the Fingerprint unlock, meaning to use Face Unlock I have to use the mouse to click 3 times: More Choices Face Ok How can I set the default unlock mechanism to Face instead of Fingerprint? I just tried removing the assigned Fingerprint and that DOES work - now it uses the camera to Face unlock first, but I shouldn't have to remove the Fingerprint option. Ideally it should remember the last unlock choice and reuse that the next time. Thanks

I have my primary and secondary vault that share copies of logins/etc... from the primary. I would like to have any updates and changes to any of the shared logins/etc... done on the Primary or Seconadary vault to be reflected to the other vault. Can it be done and doing it manually is not the answer I am looking for ... it is a shared vault after all.

In the Enpass browser extension for Chrome, I have the option "Autofill details without showing Enpass assistant" enabled. I assume this means when I visit a login page, Enpass should automatically enter my login details, without having to manually click the toolbar icon and select the site. However, this rarely works. Even when the URL matches exactly and there's only a single entry for the domain, I almost always have to manually fill the login form by clicking the extension icon or right-clicking and selecting Enpass from the context menu. I'm using Enpass version 6.5.707.

Hello, I has some trouble with a login into a local NAS from QNAP. The login-windows has two input fields ( username and passwort). I always get only the passwort filled into the login-windows, not the user name. Than I looked into the web formular and there is only the passwort field. How can get the user field as well into the formular? Or if this is not necessayr, how can I get both needed fields filled out by enpass? Karl

Windows 10 2004 Enpass 6.4.2 (669), Delay of 1 minute after starting app. Backgroup app is not selected to launch on system start. Multiple repeats, same result. 1 minute delay to launch after exit.

Hi, I am hoping someone can answer this question. I can't seem for the life of me, to be able to get the identity to autofill email addresses on webforms. It will fill out all other information. I can get it to fill email addresses on logins but for some reason not identities. I have tried changing the field type to text, didn't work, checked for errant spaces, etc. Any suggestions?

I've set that Enpass is started automatically on system startup and I use Windows 10 2004 (latest version). Before the last Enpass update to version 6.5.0 (707) I had no problems with this feature. But now, after Enpass was started automatically when I start my computer, the window for entering the master password remains visible until I manually close it... Before that update, it appeared only for a few milliseconds and was closed immediately. Enpass then ran in the background - just as I would expect it to do when it was automatically started after system startup. Is this an intentional feature in the new version or is it a (known) bug? Hi, when I upload a custom icon in Enpass, the vault/database file size increases on my local computer and on my cloud storage, of course. But when I delete an icon, it disappears, but the file size of the Enpass database doesn't decrease. Is the icon really deleted? This is the reason why I don't use custom icons yet, because I'd always increase the file size of the Enpass database file every single time I test whether an icon I upload looks good in the item list or not and I don't want that. Is there a way to completely delete an icon and restore the original file size of the database as it was before uploading the icon? Is this maybe a bug? Thanks…

Enpass shows a "Segmentation Fault" when I start it since I updated it recently on Debian Linux. It has been working fine for a long time and this is the first time I run into a major issue. Desktop client version: 6.4.1.643 Debian Linux version: 9.5 Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08) x86_64 GNU/Linux Desktop: XFce 4.12.1 I tried to reinstall but have the same error. It still works on my Macbook pro and iPhone, but I use mostly the linux desktop, so I'd appreciate if this can be fixed as soon as possible! Thanks!

I use auto back up to a folder on One Drive. The backups occur but when I open the One Drive folder and try to open a specific back up I get a Word message that it cannot be opened. The file is missing somethin (?). Is this normal? If not, how do I fix it? Thank you. Robert Smith

I am using a licesenced version of 6.4.3 (666) on my Windows 10 Desktop and my Android devices. I think it is possible to add attachments to an entry, but I have no idea how to do so. Any hints?

When i start Enpass (not the windows store one) i get a white screen in the enpass window, the process hangs and i can't shut it down via the Task Manager. Only a reboot works. What i have tried so fair: Repair Enpass Reinstall Enpass Backup enpass folder and delete it Trying a previous version Trying portable version of Enpass I don't know where i can find a crash log.

An item's webforms has an extra field, and after I clear the item's webforms, the search will also find the item's extra field. If I re-save this item on the webform, I see what should be cleared. I tried to export the JSON and found that some of the fields I had deleted were still there. So how do I completely remove the deleted field data from the application directly? If you wish to retain such information, why not add an extra field called deleted (Boolean)? When the field data is deleted set the value of this field to true like "deleted": true. He said I had the same password for two of my items. But when I clicked on it, I saw only one item. I tried deleting it and creating a new one, but it still shows two identical passwords! This is bothering me a lot, how can I fix this problem? I'm wondering if there's an item I can't see because I've created and deleted this site. And then this invisible item causes a field mapping problem. Enpass: v6.4.0 portable.

The default field will change its name according to the language of the program interface, but if I add my own field, I can't change the display name according to the language of the program even if the name is the same. So I would like to know if there is a way to create the same field as the default field to change the display name according to the language of the program interface? Thanks.

Having no luck setting up Enpass on a new laptop when trying to restore from my previous pc. I have tried the backup restore method and I receive "Internal Error -995" and when trying to restore. When I try from my cloud (dropbox) account I receive password and/or key used are incorrect and I am certain both are correct. I am open to suggestions and thank you for assisting. Kind Regards.
