Hello, Sometimes, my Firefox extension or my Chrome extension doesn't work correctly ansd I receive in french the text: " Recherche de l'application en cours" that I translate as "Serach for the cirrent application". I am under Windows 10. To avoid this message I need to start the program EnPass and after I do not receive this error. How to do to avoid to receive this message. Thank's a lot for the answer.

I love the password creator tool with its recipe guide. Really great. The symbol exclusion area is helpful, but often on websites (if you're lucky), there will be a list of only symbols that are allowed, not excluded. So it can be very difficult to write out all the symbols not allowed in their list. It would be so, so great to have two options (perhaps a checkbox to toggle between), for allow only or don't allow these symbols.

Looking for guidance on how to copy the enpass keyfile from one PC to another? I am testing out Enpass as an alternative to my existing password manager. As I work from a couple of desktop PCs (home & office) being able to use Enpass directly from both desktops is a showstopper requirement. Further to this keeping a local backup of the keyfile is needed should I change PC's in the future. Having setup a vault that requires both a master password and keyfile on one PC, I now want to copy the keyfile across to the other PC so I can open the vault from there, but I am unable to access the keyfile. I'm reposting this from the Enpass Beta forum, as it doesn't quite fit in there any longer now that Enpass 6 is out of beta. I don't know who had the idea to break OneDrive sync for existing customers and then consequently make it impossible for them to restore from a backup, but that idea is the sole reason I'm quitting your product. I did some work on structuring my list/logins, so I copied many passwords briefly and pasted them into additional entries. I did not delete the old entries but changed them because I had put together a few logins, which I now wanted to have listed separately. Now under the category "Identical passwords" they are now listed although I deleted the passwords after I copied them. Can I update the list of the password check or are the passwords somehow cached even though I deleted them?

Hello, I try to use Enpass on a new HP Laptop with Windows 10 since Enpass Version 5.6, after the first Installation the Firefox Extension was working and connecting to the Enpass Application (Win32) but after a reboot it never works anymore (Enpass crashes when I try to start it). A few weeks later I retry now with Enpass 6 Win32 and then the Store Version with Firefox Extension --> No way to get it connected! Hello Enpass Support, What was the last version of Enpass supported on Win XP (32bit) machines. I have someone running a machine with v5.2.0 and its working away as expected with sync of backup file to Box cloud servers. Just wondering if it can be updated to version 5.6.9 if I can get the .exe anywhere. I recall that versions >5.6.9 required a 64bit machine and that the sync wallet file was changed to from "sync_default. walletx" to a newer file called "vault.enpassbsync". I have always set the global hotkey to Ctrl + Alt + P to open the Enpass Assistant. This still works every time. But the shortcuts, e.g. to copy passwords by using Ctrl + Shift + P, do not work properly anymore. They only work after I opened the Enpass Assistant through the taskbar (bottom right in windows). At least that is my explanation right now. It started after the update of version 6.3.2 to 6.4.1. Can others confirm that? By the way: The shortcuts are very poorly documented. I think they were mentioned in the user manual for an older version of enpass, but I can't find them in the user manual for version 6.4.1.

I clicked "Checked for Updates", the app goes to the screen "Checking for updates", the icon spins...BUT... The application never stops spinning, and the check for updates never completes. On Windows 10 we have Enpass 6 (we tried from store and the other one). After we install the app and start it, it wants to resync. We tell it, we use Google Drive. It then asks which account and we choose our account. Then it wants to "Restore from Google Drive" It asks for a "password of data" What is this password? It is not the enpass masterpassword not the password to the google account. To my knowledge there is no special password for Google Drive!?

I bought Roboform back in version 6 and have been a long time user, however with recent changes to their model, I am seeing a better non-cloud solution. I downloaded your Desktop application and was about to purchase it when I decided to try to import my Data first. I exported the Data to an HTML file and selected Roboform for the the input type. - FAIL - No data found. I exported the Data to a CSV file and tried to import the CSV file - FAIL - No data found. Then re-read the instruction in your manual. I exported (saved) to a htm file and I still received a No data found error. Is your application still compatible with Roboform? Thank you.

On the Windows 10 App. When generating a password. You click on copy. It will copy the current password to the clipboard then changes the password displayed but this password is not remembered anywhere. Hence after a while Enpass will clear the password from the clipboard, and it will be lost forever. Can you alter it so that everytime I click on 'Copy' it will save the password in the history?

Hallo, I'm syncing on 5 devices (Windows, Windows Store, Android and Linux; everywhere the same behavior) in total and I have different tresors. Every tresor is syncing without any problem, but one throws this error. When I set up Enpass new, all passwords get loaded from the webdav folder but when I set up the sync after, its not working. The other tresors dont't have any problem (same webdav user, almost same folder like /Enpass/Tresor1, /Enpass/Tresor2).
