Set up Enpass on home (Windows 10) PC and iOS device, synced via DropBox. Now want to set up on work (Windows 7) PC. But due to restrictions by my company, I cannot access DropBox on work PC (actually, while on work network). Is it easy/safe to just change the sync location to another cloud service, such as OneDrive? Any specific steps I need to follow to ensure no loss of data?

I got this, High Sierra mac. Sync Error Destination Folder for sync unreachable, even though there is a folder with this name.

I wouldlike to set different browser for each login, e.g for Amazon set Firefox, for Banks set Edge etc.. (similar to Keepass) Is it supported in current version ? If so then please assist. Thanks Regards Wasim

I am at a different computer. I have installed Enpass for old Windows (Win7Pro 64bit). I have clicked on restore from dropbox. The dropbox authorization window appears and I enter my credentials. I tell it to ALLOW enpass to access its folder. Then I receive a page that tells me to REDIRECT to the Enpass app to continue. I enter the password, even click on the eyeball to look at the letters and numbers and they are correct. I click restore. INCORRECT PASSWORD appears directly under the password. I open my android phone. I click enpass app. I click to cancel fingerprint authorization. I enter the password. Enpass opens correctly.…

Hello, my wife and myself are both using Enpass to store our passwords. We save our vault on a synology drive in different folders and we are using 3 devices (Notebook, Desktop PC, Android Smartphone). Now we have the challenge that we want to have access to our personal vaults from both windows 10 devices. We could use the multiple vaults, but then we would need to know the other ones masterpw. The function of Multiple vaults in enpass doesn't seem to offer a possiblity to acces different vaults on the same device with different master passwords. Please correct me if I am wrong ... If I am right ... please tell me how you may solved the issues for you…

I try to import my passwords from 1Password V7.3.684 (latest) under Windows 10 without success. 1) the option export as .1pif does not exist 2) If I export as .csv file and try to import it I get the message "nothing to import". Hi, need help on the Desktop version on how to get it to full feature. I just recently purchase the IOS Version on my Iphone. Does that purchase entitle the DESKTOP version to be upgrade or enable all the feature ? How do i get that ENABLED?

Initial vault setup from own server goes ok. Something changed in version 6.0.5 (or 6.0.6) and now my Let's Encrypt certificate spits error on every sync. This is not happening on my Mac nor iPhone. Only on Windows 10 store version does that. Fix is to disconnect. At reconnect select "Bypass SSL certificate verification". After that, everything works ok. This is not a blocker, more like a nuisance. Early 6.x versions worked ok, but latest 6.1.0 does not. The obvious weird thing is, that the certificate IS valid and other platforms work ok.

Hi, couple of niggly things with Enpass I need your help with. I am using Windows 10 on Surface Pro: Cloud sync is not working properly and I am getting a OneDrive error message saying the Enpass files are being used by other applications and must be closed before they can be synced. See attached snip. I had to download two versions of Enpass in order to sync LastPass data to Enpass. I did that, now which one do I keep and which one do I delete? I have set up Windows Hello for the desktop application of Enpass, but this does not work for the Firefox extension, and I have to type in my (huge) master password far too often. I have Enpass setup as PRO on Windows 10; and as paid on Android. I have a few machines still running Win7, and I need access to my passwords on those machines. I was afraid that I would need to use the portable version (which is still in beta) in order to access my passwords on Win7 machines. The documentation was confusing to me -- When I saw the download for "Traditional Win32", I was not sure if this meant that the program would run only on the 32bit version. I used to use the Store version of Enpass on my office PC. Since yesterday it seems that our admin removed it centrally. Hence I re-installed it from the store but now I receive the following start-up message "The specified user does not have a valid profile" Tried as alternative to install the traditional version. This worked but now I cannot access my Enpass file (synchronised via Google Drive), because it always states "wrong master password". Frankly I am lost - any ideas how to solve this?

I want to simply open a backup file to retrieve one password that I deleted but I don't want to restore that backup because I have made too many changes since then.

The Linux Enpass client has a three pane view with the menu options available horizontally across the top of the app, and the left panel displays the Categories, Tags, and Audit information. The Windows client has the menu options running vertically, and the same panel that's visible on the left side of the Linux client, is collapsed in the Windows client and must be opened to look at the categories, etc. How can I make the Windows client layout be identical to the Linux client 3 pane layout? Hello, I'm running enpass with webdav sync and I have a problem when I create a new item with an attachment. Enpass creates a new file next to my enpass database with an *.enpassattach extension. I don't like this! I already have other small attachments in my database without an enpassattach file.

On base install of Kubuntu 19.04, Enpass is unable to authorize sync with Dropbox (via Firefox). An error appears when clicking "Authorize" on the Dropbox sync page. I believe this is because newer versions of Kubuntu omit the `desktop-file-utils` package. This can be fixed by running the following commands in terminal: sudo apt install desktop-file-utils sudo update-desktop-database After this, run the sync setup again and it should work.

I have uploaded ~300 custom icons (with descriptive file names); however, when I use the search bar, all of the custom icons show up and only the icons included with Enpass have the results narrowed. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

I understand it's a first release after major rewrite, although it's slightly shameful there are so many issues which could've been addressed in beta. First of all - Folders. I'm not gonna join the "bRinG FOLdErs BaCK REEEEE" circlejerk. I honestly like the concept of tags. Assuming it's well implemented. Which it isn't. It took me at least 15 minutes to figure out how to use subtags. The "Parent tag:Sub tag:Secondary subtag" syntax is so random and un-intuitive I would've never guessed it, have there not been for previously converted subfolders, now subtags. I really like the notes feature of enpass because it sorts my notes in chronological order. This feature is not available in lastpass and keepass. And the enpass client is very comfortable reading the notes, I would like to ask if there is a note-taking tool with encryption function other than enpass, except for evernote because it is not encrypted as far as I know.
