Hi, Since this morning my password that has been working up to friday is no longer accepted. i de-installed Enpass this morning end reinstalled it and tried to open the backup file from my dropbox, where i can visualise the password that i enter and it is correct. Has there been an update or something that changed the software? any suggestions?

As i want to sync data with WebDAV there is an issue - sync error code 904405. What can I do?

Good evening, since the installation of the version 6.0.2 and the corresponding Firefox extension 6.0.0 I get the FireFox extension no longer synchronized. I have to call now always the main program to get to the passwords and the function "automatically fill" does not work. A fresh installation of Enpass and the extension did not help. On 2 laptops it does not work, on another third laptop the connection worked. I'm at a loss now why it does not work on two devices. I've installed the Win32 version everywhere, not the store version. I downloaded the extension on the Enpass page. Can someone help me?

Hello, In the browser section of the windows 10 client, I checked the option : "Autofill details without showing Enpass Assistant". It works in most cases but there is one particular situation where it does not. When I first open up my computer, launch firefox and go to trello's login page, I obviously have to unlock enpass for the first time via the assistant so that it fills in the details. When I do, the extension shows up (so I can fill my main password in) but it remains open with the single entry I have for trello, even though I checked the option. I have Enpass Premium and want to share my vault with my wife. I have only 1 vault, the Primary vault. On my PC, Enpass stores the vault in \Apps\Enpass on my OneDrive for my Microsoft account. On my wife's PC, Enpass stores the vault in \Apps\Enpass on HER OneDrive for HER Microsoft account. How can I share my vault with her so we really only have one common vault? New 6.20 dropped password copying while editing. I observed same change in macOS and Windows 10 store versions. Maybe this affects also iOS and Android versions. Dear Enpass Team or Community! The desktop version asks daily for a new authentication for the sync to the iCloud. In the past this did not have to be done that often. Is there a trick to get around this or is it a bug? Thanks a lot

Hi together, i am quite happily using enpass for some time on windows as well on ios. Works fine so far. I just have one a little bit annoying thing on my windows app: Whenever i do a restart, i need to open enpass twice before it actually opens. So the behaviour is like: 1. Open Enpass 2. Enpass briefly shows 3. Enpass is closed again 4. Open Enpass 5. Enpass opens I also added it to the windows autostart. Is there any solution or is this maybe even a bug? Best regards, Robin

Hi, I'm using Enpass on Windows 10 (latest updates), my default browser is Vivaldi (with the Enpass extension installed). From time to time the iCloud authorisation runs out (due to time limitation?) and has to be renewed. This doesn't work for me, when I just do the un-sync / re-sync thing. The app gets stuck with a loading animation. Then I remembered that the sync button is supposed to open a website in the default browser. I switched from Vivaldi back to Edge and it worked. After that I can switch back and everything's fine. Is this a bug?

Hello, I bought the pro version and the registration process worked on MacBook, on IOS and on Windows 10 Home. In my Job I use a Win 10 Client, without an administration account. Wenn I open the Win 10 Enpass App, there comes the window "Congratulations, you can Upgrade". Wenn I click "registered", I put in my Email adress, then I click "send Code". Then I get the Error Message, no Internet Connection. It seems, like Enpass uses a connection to the internet, where there is no permission for user accounts. Maybe it is an issue of the firewall. Is there another way to get the code, because after the registration I don't need this dialogue any more? kind…

Is there going to be any response to this issue as posted before Xmas? The continual need to use Task Manager to close down a non-running Enpass to clear OneDrive sync errors is a real annoyance.

After reinstalling enpass (6.0.3.263), the application crashes when trying to synchronize with WebDav. I can configure the WebDav server. As soon as I enter the password, enpass crashes.

I have the latest version of Enpass from Microsoft Store installed on my laptop. I have pinned the shortcut to my Taskbar. When i click once i just see a white blank window pop up briefly and Enpass never launch. When i click a second time on the icon on the Taskbar Enpass do launch. All subsequent launches do only require one (1) click on the icon on the Taskbar until i reboot the computer. Is there a way to safe information entered in the basic auth dialogue in Chrome for Windows?

Unlock All the features notification fails because the email you send is not received within the Auth Code timeout hence not being able to enter any code. Also this Constant interruption of the app with this notification is poor. If this is not addressed we are going to remove your app and are now current looking at another solution. In fact we are removing it today until I see its fixed.
