Hello, I have here a freshly installed Win10 PC on which I would like to use Enpass. I downloaded Enpass from the Windows Store and tried to activate the iCloud-Sync, the login to icloud via browser works also, but if I am redirected to Enpass via browser Enpass crashes. Do you have an idea where I can find logs for this or even solve the problem?

When I use the Password Generator to create a new password, the password I see is not the one that is entered in the field. It seems that, when I press "Fill", it generates a new password and fills that one. 1. Create a new item with a password field 2. Click on "Generate" and look at the suggested password 3. Click on "Fill" and look at the inserted password: they mismatch.

Enpass auto fill not working for gmail login, using chrome. Auto fill option turned on in browser settings, had to manually copy paste.

I've used Enpass for years. I'm a registered user and a paying Android customer. I love Enpass. But for the love of computers, please fix your syncing problems. I installed Enpass from the Microsoft Store on a new Windows 10 PC. I can successfully add an existing vault that is stored in OneDrive. I try the same thing with Dropbox, and after logging in it appears for 2 seconds like the sync in in progress and then it displays an "Error while restoring data." message. This same vault is syncing successfully with 2 Android devices and another Windows 10 PC. I removed the OneDrive-synced vault and tried adding Dropbox as the first vault. Same behavior. I'v…

I setup a TOTP by adding the secret key and in another example by scanning the QR-Code via iOS. In both cases, the generated password token is incorrect. I compare w/ another TOTP app and the generated codes are different. It looks like that it is linked to the refresh rate. In enpass it's 30 seconds and the other app uses 60 seconds. The website w/ the QR also refers to a timestep of 60 seconds. Could not find a way to manually set the refresh rate for this TOTP to 60 seconds. Might also a completly different reason. Time is synchned to a time server / internet time. Thanks for your support.

Hi! After upgrading my desktop(s) to the 6.4.1 version there is a yellow banner on to bottom to unlock all features for free. Needlesss to say thet I want this. I have Enpass Pro on IOS with "All Access (lifetime)". But here's the problem : The 6 digits code to recover you sendt to my emai-addressl is not received before it's code is no longer valid. Code is valid only for ten minutes. It takes more than 25 minutes and I think after studying the mail the delay is not on my ISP/mailprovider according to the mime text . Hello, I was composing an email and wanted to enter the € (Euro) symbol into the text. But when I pressed <AltGr>+<E> (same effect than pressing <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<E>), the Enpass Assistant is shown. I had to close Enpass to be able to enter the € character. Of cause I can adjust the hotkey manually in the settings. But IMHO the default hotkey should not be <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<E>. I think this hotkey is present in the whole European Union (but I an not 100% sure). Best regards OLLI

Dear ENPASS-Team, First of all: ENPASS is great! Unfortunately, in my new version 6.4.1. on Windows 10 (latest release) the password generator crashes when you select the new feature "password must include the following symbols". The error is reproducible on my two Windows 10 devices (PC and Microsoft Surface). I also forwarded several crash reports to the EPAS team yesterday. The old feature "exclude symbols" works fine. The error occurs with both the storeversion and the traditional version. Is an update planned? Cheers Rudi

Auto Backup location cannot be changed in latest version?

Hello, I just downloaded this app on my Windows PC and my iPhone 11. One very important feature that must work for me is Windows Hello which allows me to unlock using fingerprint. I went into Settings-->Security and enabled "Windows Hello". But it seems when i start Enpass it does not let me login with "Windows Hello". But once i login using the password and minimize and open again then i see the "Windows Hello" icon on the right corner. When i click on this icon then i can use fingerprint to login. This seems like a bug to me. Can you please confirm? Also why do i need to click on the icon, by default "Windows Hello" should be enabled…

Hi I would like to install enpass on my computer, so I can fill the passwords direktly in with enpass when I am browsing. I do not find ad ons for Firefox or the possibility to download a installation for "Microsoft windows server 2016 Standard". I tried to install Windows 10 but it seems not to be working together with each other. What should I do? Thank you for your response

A couple of days ago my Enpass stopped syncing through my One Drive and I got a message I needed to change the master password. I changed to to something i THOUGHT I would remember but now I cant remember it. I know there is no way to retrieve or reset the master-password without knowing what the current password is. Luckily I can still get into the vault with my phone as i have that locked using bio metrics (fingerprint). I have started the process of moving all 400 password to s spread sheet so i can delete the data file and then create a new data file.It is going to take me forever to to move all of these to a spreadsheet and back to a new vault data file. Hi, I am trying to get Enpass working on a clean install Windows 10 laptop. I'm using the Enpass install from the Windows store and the Chrome extension from the Chrome store. When I click on the extension icon in Chrome, it displays the "looking for Enpass" page and if Enpass isn't it then launches it. But then it errors with "Enpass Assistant is unable to connect with the Enpass app." I initially suspected that the Sophos antivirus on the laptop was interfering with the comms to 127.0.0.1 - BUT, Enpass works just fine in MS Edge (using the Edge extension) and also Vivaldi (using the Chrome extension from the Chrome store!!!!). I had to re-install enpass from the WIN10 store, but always get the error message 0xC0EA000A when the store tries to get the license. Any idea how to fix it? any "classic" hints like wsreset did not help Thanks Marc

Win10 - Enpass 6 Decided to create an additional vault. I did not complete the process as I do not have the premioum version yet. Now I cannot sync with the original vault. Disconnected and reconnected sync but I get "error while restoring data" Uninstalled Enpass and perform a new installation. Still same error. Sync works ok on phone and on second test laptop ( on second laptop i disconnected and reconnected sync just make sure is still working). Any suggestions?

I started having problems logging into sites through Windows with 2FA as my OTP was invalid. I noticed that somehow the OTP in the Windows client was 4 cycles (2mins) behind what was on the iPhone. The iPhone was correct and the Windows client was wrong. How do I fix it on the Windows client?

I have Enpass 5.6.9 running on windows xp without any issues with firefox extension. Any chance to have Enpass 6 run on windows xp?

First off, great password manager! I've been using is for the past two years and development has come a long way since then! Now, onto the issue at hand. Whenever I try to autofill a TOTP token, such as the Authorization token on Github, it tells me the generated code is invalid. The code the Android App generates is valid, and both have the exact same token. Both me and a friend are experiencing this issue on Arch Linux.
