Seit mehreren Wochen klappt die Synchronisierung mit iCloud und der Desktop-App nicht mehr! Authorisiert ist alles und auf dem iPhone funktioniert die Synchronisierung auch, warum nicht am PC? Somit ist ein paraleller Gebrauch unmöglich!

I just bought the Premium Windows desktop through the Microsoft Store for $11.99, but the main feature I was interested in does not work -- Windows Hello. I check the box in the Security settings, but it doesn't hold once I exit Enpass. It is Version 6.11.424.0.

Unfortunately Enpass still doesn't work in the combination with Firefox, Windows 10 and Joomla or WordPress. The login fields are still blanked out and I have to fill in the fields manually. I was hoping that the latest update would solve the problem but the problem has not been solved jet.

Hi, Has anyone else had the problem where the login details are filled in by the assistant but immediately disappear and you do not login? We seen this on all of our desktops but only for Joomla websites. If you autofill and click the login button very quickly before the details disappear again, you can login successfully. I'm interested in anyone that might have a solution to this. Edit - we're talking of V6 of course. No such problems until the upgrade. Thanks, G

I had a problem with Enpass on my Windows 10 Laptop, and wanted to try reinstalling using Windows "Add and Remove Programs". I got an error message during the uninstall, although the program did disappear from the programs list. Unfortunately it left folders in my Program Files directory, which I deleted manually. However, now when I try to reinstall via Microsoft Store, the download works fine, but the install gets to about 85% and then errors with Code: 0x80073D05. This is problematic, as I am obviously locked out of lots of things - I have access to Enpass on my phone, but my passwords are generally very long and random, and hard to type! Since some sdays (maybe 2 weeks) all of my device can't sync with my nextcloud I don't change anything i buy the app on android and all is working perfect before I try to reinstall on some device, the result is now all my data is disappears all my other app which need to connect my cloud work fine What is this error : 907978? Hi, I upgraded to enpass premium on my iPhone through the apple app store, however when I attempt to 'Restore Purchase' in the enpass application on my windows 10 desktop I get the following error message: Error while restoring purchase. Error code: 305 I'm unable to upgrade enpass on my windows 10 machine. I've tried closing and reopening the enpass app, rebooting the machine, but I get the same error every time. Has anybody experienced this issue and successfully resolved? Thanks

So after this last update, i see there are new "autolock" options. or maybe they were there before and i did not notice. anyhow, i select a few of these "autolock", including for when the system becomes inactive after some time. the question is: does autlock disable windows hello? because even though i want windows hello enabled, it unticks itself constantly and i am required to use my 30 character password again after enpass "autolocks" itself. am i not understanding how it works? should i disable autolock to keep windows hello working? any advice appreciated.

I have Enpass installed on my iPhone, my iPad and my Surface Pro. All use bio-metrics to log me in to the program. The iOS devices use the fingerprint reader and the Surface Pro uses the camera. I need to install Enpass on my new work laptop can't for the life of me remember the password because I use the bio-metrics to login and have for several years now. Is there a way to find out the Master Password from within the program? I know that Enpass cannot recover it but maybe since I am in the program on my other devices there might be a way?

I use the Windows 10 premium desktop version of Enpass (V6.2.0) on my notebook and on my home PC. I also use Enpass on my Android Smartphone and on my iPad. All of them synchronize a single vault using my personal Google Drive account. The machine that I use the most (and the one where I make all the updates of my passwords) is the notebook with Windows 10. Almost once every couple of days I get a sync error on this machine (error code 415993) and the only solution so far is to disable and reenable the sync on this machine. Hi there! We want to use Enpass in our team and share our passwords. Problem: Everybody has his own local master password (which is different for everybody, of course) We have a network folder to sync with Whenever somebody syncs, he overwrites the password of the sync folder with his own master password (which prevents everybody else from syncing) This would result in everybody having to use the same master password (which kind of kills the Enpass idea in the first place :-)) Is there a solution for this or are we misunderstanding the process in total? Hi I've just updated my enpass to 6.3.1 and the first thing I noticed was the absence of the sidebar which is an important feature for me because I can browse through my tags and categories. The new theme has an auto-hide sidebar which is not very user-friendly and doesn't let the user to go to the sub-tags and hides every time you click on a tag. It would be nice to have an option to disable auto-hide for the left-sidebar.

A few months ago I started to have a problem when trying to log into any of the web sites for accounts associated with Synchrony Bank. I have several accounts with Synchrony Bank including Amazon and Lowes. When I went to go log in, Enpass would auto-fill the username/password and then proceed to log in. However the log in would just hang and never proceed to the next page. Clearing cache and cookies did not resolve the problem. Same issue happened with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge Dev. 1. A) Now, when I am in a card (login-> standard) and make a new field, it adds the new field and I can type in the content of this new field. When I now want to change the present name of this field that is "name of this field" I can click on the name and a dialog field opens. -> Now I have to mark the old name and only then I can type in the new name. We are currently using the desktop version of enpass and have a vault stored on a network drive which our IT team uses for password management. Currently this setup is working really well. However we would like to upgrade to the windows store version of enpass to get some of the premium features. However we have not been able to configure the windows store version of enpass to use a vault stored on a network drive. Thanks

Is it possible to change the username and/or password used with a vault sync'd to a WEBDAV location without disconnecting and reconnecting the vault?

Hi, i have some customers and would group all customer relates things under one "folder". There are a database login, an api login, cms login and other things. How can i do that? I can't find folders. Is there an option to group things? Whats the normal solution for such a case?

I am currently running Enpass 6.3.0 (574) on macOS. Enpass, for whatever reason, isn't showing TOTPs. It shows "Invalid TOTP Secret". The same thing is showing up on my iPhone app as well right now after the last sync. I have 28 of these accounts in total, so I don't know how could the secrets just stop working suddenly. Anyway, so I tried changing the secret key from Amazon, Facebook, etc. They gave me a code which was like AAAA BBBB CCCC DDDD and when I just copy pasted it in Enpass like I have always done, Enpass continued giving me the "Invalid TOTP Secret" error. Enpas prompt me that new update is available but when it jump to MS Store there is no update. I've tried to reset the store or computer but it doesn't help. Any ideas? Is this a region based staged rollout?

I installed the latest Enpass and it wouldn't start (Windows 10). I could get it to start only if I ran it as Administrator. I figured it out. There was an Enpass process apparently left over from before the install. After I ended it, I could start Enpass. Clearly, a reboot would have also fixed it. Just passing this on for others.
