Our team is not able to reproduce the issue. Please share the following details so that we can investigate it better:

  • Number of items and attachments in the vault.
  • Create a dummy vault and add some sample items. Now check if export works for this vault.
  • Please try different formats and let us know if they are working.
  • Check if the backup of the vault is working or not?
