Hello all, I have put in the secret for the one-time password on my iphone. The OTP is showing. Then I synced the vault on my 2 notebooks with windows 10 and updatet enpass application. Then I get the error "Invalid one-time password secret". I tried also to put in the secret directly in the windows enpass, but the same error. windows 10 app version 6.5.2 (724) Iphone 6.6.1 (528) The OTP is for / from a Sophos UTM Firewall. Hallo @all, sorry ich bin technisch eher laienhaft unterwegs, daher bitte möglichst einfach verständlich antworten: Enpass meldet auf dem Desktop: neues update, bitte hier klicken. Wenn ich das tue erscheint: keine Verbindung zum Internet. Bei der manuellen Proxy Konfiguration wird eine Server Adresse und eine Port Nummer verlangt. Leider habe ich keine Vorstellung, wo das zu finden wäre. Kann mir vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen? Ich wäre sehr dankbar. Viele Grüße Jürgen

How do I add extra security fields so the answers are hidden

Hi, This happened to me twice now; I can enter the One-time code or scan the qr-code when enabling 2FA. I can confirm with the given 6-digit code and save. But, when i want to sign in, and use my OTP which is given by the app (on desktop or iOS, doesnt matter), it fails. As i said before this happened to me twice. This time its with github, and previously with blockchain.com. Luckily github uses recovery codes, but with blockchain that was not the case. I have paid for Enpass Pro. Why is this happening?

Greetings, I inadvertently dismissed the blue 2FA banner that shows at the top of 2FA-eligible items and it appears that once that has been dismissed (via the "don't save" button) the banner cannot be turned back on and the walkthrough to scan a QR code for that item is no longer available. Is there any way to scan a QR code (or enable 2FA code saving) for an item after the banner has been dismissed? Thank you.

I am trying to delete the vault on my laptop so I can restore a backup from my primary computer. The previous method I used no longer works with the version installed on my PC apparently. If I go to Tools > Advanced > Rest Enpass > Erase Everything, I get prompted to enter the master vault password. I then get a warning that says this will erase all your enpass data, vaults, etc, etc., Continue? I click Okay and then get Please wait. I have waited for up to 7 minutes. The only thing that seems to happen is the screen locks and I need to enter my password to be presented with the same Please Wait message. Considering my vault only contains 75 items, I feel th…

I'm trying to update my vault with Google Drive. When I try to update my Drive vault, it tells me to set up sync. I'm directed to the sign-in page, which appears to work. However, once I get back to Enpass, I just get a spinning icon. I already have passwords saved to Google Drive. Do I need to delete what I already have in the cloud to upload the current info? Hi, For some reason one of my apps called Celsius always fail to find the login/password in Enpass so i have to search for it. IS there anything i can change or do to fix this? i tried to add it as a login and app with the title matching the app but it dont work. Also tried adding a tag..... I think the login is a webapp so i added the url in also -->https://celsius.network/ Any ideas?

I updated my Win32 Enpass version to version 6.6.0 (775) today. The update went through without any problems, but Enpass does not start anymore. I uninstalled Enpass, deleted all Regedit entries, reinstalled Enpass - the error remains. Enpass is not even listed in the task manager. What am I doing wrong? Do you have a solution for me?

Hello everybody, I have a problem with EnPass and synchronization via OneDrive for Business. I bought the Pro version twice and synchronize on 2 different devices using the same OneDrive account. It happens again and again that EnPass shows the connection to a cloud with a line through it and is no longer connected to the OneDrive folder. After renewed authentication, the sync works again. This error occurs frequently. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Best Regards, Phil

When I open the Enpass on my windows 10 laptop it asks me to update to the 6.5.2.275 version. When I try to, it doesn't update. And I get the message: no internet connection. However: my internet connection is working properly. It is there for a while. So I have no updates for a while, which I think is not good. Any suggestions? Tnx.

Hi, I updated Enpass yesterday and I can't get login anymore. The prompt wants to use Windows Hello to authenticate me but it doesn't do anything. Also I am not sure about the strange icon of the lock. Picture of the prompt Please help me to get access again.

Desktop v 6.6.0 - Windows 10 Updated / new passwords not sync with Dropbox db. Forcing sync and although reports sync completed the db is not updated and therefore enpass on mobile not uptodate. Disconnected all devices and renamed db in dropbox. Tried to connect desktop, set-up sync, but now getting "Could not verify your credentials...". What's the next step? Re-install Enpass? Problem found. Proxy setting caused the sync issue.

Imho Enpass need a multiple link to configure more than a link for the same entry It would be useful for multiple router address ex. http://myfastgate.lan/ http://192.168.1.254 in an other context my organization we have multiple site ex. https://jira.<ourdomain>.com https://redmine.<ourdomain>.com https://supportointerno.<ourdomain>.com Enpass use ourdomain to display all entries for these site. it would be fine if Enpass could use the whole link to join the proper entry

Hello, I reinstalled Enpass because of another problem and after the reinstall it fails to connect with OneDrive. I click on existing user and on restore via OneDrive, then it opens the Microsoft Login API page, after I log in there it redirects to this link: I left out the code parameter for security reasons. The link returns a 502 Bad Gateway error page from nginx webserver. Please have this fixed fast, so I can use Enpass on this PC again. For now I have managed to login via backup file, but it is not synchronized now. Thank you for hard work

I'm a new user and I'm trying to import my website details from a csv file (formerly excel format) using the Enpass Logins format per instructions. The same instructions say to select "Pre-formatted CSV" from the import options selections. However, this option does not show up in the list of import options. Is there a work around for this ? e.g., should I make my csv look like a LastPass csv or some other password manager csv format

(The exact Enpass app version cannot be determined now.) Sync was not used.
