Enpass Chrome + Windows will not auto-fill at all. I was really excited about purchasing it after I saw that you could add categories, tags and use FaceID. But if it doesn't auto-fill then I'm better off sticking with the free Microsoft Autofill, which is surprisingly great. But the deal breaker is that it doesn't have a mobile version.. I have the options checked to auto on both the extension and the PC app. I've tried on several websites where I only had one login. Any tips?

This bug still exists. Enpass saves the details to the WRONG site record, completely obliterating the actual password that already existed for that completely different and unrelated site. Since I have no way of knowing whether a site's password is going to get lost until I try to access it, possibly months later when I no longer have the password in my head, I have now taken to writing down every single password in a text file, COMPLETELY OBVIATING THE POINT OF A PASSWORD MANAGER. How does Enpass continue to get something so completely fundamental wrong?

Forget the below: Solved Killed the process and restarted I have installed enpass on W10, connected successfully to G-Drive, synced all my data, confirmed the code sent to my email and could also access everything. Next time I start enpass, I get the window restore from or create account ... again. Please, how do I get rid of this? regards Chris

This happens to me on multiple devices with Brave, Chrome, and Firefox with Windows 10 for all websites. I go to the website, click the browser extension icon, click on the account to fill, and it opens a new tab. If I close the new tab and try again, it autofills correctly.

I've been round and round this process and there something very wrong. This is a new installation of Windows 10, just updated this afternoon. I installed enpass through the absurdly annoying store. I try to sync with Dropbox with all sorts of flipping between applications. The last hand-off doesn't seem to work as I have to manually switch back to the Enpass application where it is asking me for "The password for the data". I'm not certain what this means as this term is not used anywhere else, but is appears to be the "Master Password" for the Enpass database. This does not work. I can't seem to sync with my Box account (company account, not personal).

I'm a registered user of Enpass. I don't use the Windows store. I used to be able to find a direct download for Enpass, but it doesn't seem to be posted on your site any more. I'm reinstalling on a computer which had to have Windows (10) reset. Where is the download available?

I recently updated the password for my personal Windows account, including OneDrive on a PC running Windows 10. All of my Windows and Microsoft Office software is working correctly following the update on this PC (I'll call it PC#1). I also access these same Windows accounts from 3 iOS devices and another Windows 10 PC and have no issues following the PW update. With PC#2 and the 3 iOS devices, I was able to set up Enpass sync through my personal OneDrive without any issues. I am a long term user of Enpass and as of the past year I have found that more and more bugs are cropping up: 1. Filling of passwords often does not work: Using the latest version of Firefox and Enpass, I find the key combination for auto-fill works around 50% of the time. Often the key press will do nothing and I have to click the enpass icon within Firefox to wake it up. Then 9/10 it does not show passwords relevant to the site I'm actually visiting. Copy function does not add anything to clipboard using Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I have removed time limit for clipboard, restarted the program and my tablet, still does not work.

It is strange that both notebook models; Samsung Galaxy Pro 360 and Samsung Galaxy Flex 2 after reboot will require to retype Enpass master password. I purchased Galaxy Pro 360 and also tried another model Galaxy Flex 2 to install Enpass window version to test. Both have TPM 2.0 enabled but both stated that master password is required after enpass reboot. Don't know what is wrong. I have Samsung Galaxy Flex 1 before and it can use window hello after reboot. See whether there is any idea how can resolve it.

Hi all, I am currently testing Windows 11 (22000.132) with Enpass (6.6.3 (836)) and find that (what still worked under Windows 10) unfortunately does not currently work under Windows 11, namely logging into the Enpass app (from the Windows Store) with Windows hello via fingerprint reader. It is not possible to activate Windows Hello within Enpass, although I can log in to Windows 11 with Windows hello. So OS wide Windows Hello is working. Have you been able to test this yourself? Is there perhaps a beta that already works (better) under Windows 11?

Hi Team, Sorry if this is in the wrong place as I wasn't sure where to put it (you guys don't have a "features" area for comments). My issue is that almost every password I set (I use the auto password generator) is marked "weak", however many passwords on sites don't support longer/more complex ones, and there are many times I need "plain English" type passwords even though I know they are less secure. It would be REALLY good if you could specify what you consider a "weak" password globally. There may also be reasons for wanting your passwords to be what enpass considers "weak". When selecting an entry within Enpass 6.6.2(827), rather then seeing the entry with the password; it's blank ?

Hi there, is it possible for Enpass to purge the currently unused icons, to optimize the database size? In such case, could suggest you an option that works like this? KeePass (and other KeePass clients, such as KeePassXC) offers an option that allows to purge the unused icons, it is much more comfortable so to be removing one by one the icons added manually to Enpass. Hi, I have an issue with my Enpass Windows 10 Application from Microsoft Store since yesterday. Whenever I type my password (which I'm quite confident to remember correctly), it says incorrect. But when I try to log on the android application on the same vault that is automatically updated using Google Drive services, it works ! Of course I have tried to type my password in a text editor and past it in EnPass field to avoid weird keyboard issue, but that doesn't change anything. Hi, I use Enpass store version on my Windows 10 laptop & the Enpass app on Android. In order to sync database between both my devices, since I don't trust the cloud I opted to use folder sync method along with Syncthing. In Syncthing, I can choose a specific folder on my android phone & windows laptop and Syncthing will keep the contents of the folder in sync using local WiFi i.e. the router. So, in order for the sync to work, both my laptop & my phone must be connected to the router at the same time. It's just like how the Google Drive desktop app can keep 2 folders in different computers in sync, but this occurs through local WiFi & not the global i…

I want to set up sync using (hopefully) Pcloud which I have a lifetime membership with...Assuming I can sync with Pcloud....(not tried yet)...
