Hello, I had an SSD crash an dhad to re-import an image on a new build-in SSD. Since that time I am getting during the startup of the PC a fault message, that the path is not correct. Only after I push the OK button, the startup process continues. What can I do, that this message disappera anymore?

Hello, as far as I'm using enpass, I love it. BUT, my desktop version of enpass keeps desync all my vault, and I have to sync them again, and therefore, all entries prior to sync ARE LOST. Why enpass is desyncing ? How can I ensure the sync stays on, no matter what ? One vault is sync with a dropbox account, the other one on a google drive. Both are desynced everyday, and I have to sync them again before adding any new entries, or those entries will be lost after sync... version is 6.8.2 (1084)

Since a week or so, Enpass desktop (Windows Store version) is constantly synchronizing with OneDrive. The logo on the upper-left part is constantly spinning (see attached file). Enpass is working very slowly, and it eventually crashes, without any message. I've tryied removing the OneDrive synchronization. and then the app works flawlessly. Activating sync again works but, again, it is stuck on "Syncing...." until it crashes. I don't know if there is any log file that I could check to see any error message. EDIT: It happens on all my 3 computers (two laptops and one desktop), so it must be something related to how Enpass connects to (my) OneDrive.

Often when starting version 6.8.0 (1048) on Win10 the "Tags" area doesn't show any of my tags. Clicking on the word "Tags" doesn't do anything. If I exit and restart Enpass then (usually) the Tags area lists all my tags, and clicking on a tag shows all the entries with that tag, as expected. How can I get the Tags area to always be populated with my tags?

To open the Windows app, I set a hotkey with Ctrl Alt and O. In the small pop-up window, I search, e.g., for "Steam" for the login of the corresponding Windows app. Unfortunately, I'm only offered to copy the URL and the username here. I cannot copy the password here. To do this, I would first have to open the entire Enpass app or the browser app. Uncomfortable! An option to copy the PW too would be perfect.

At the moment I use version 6.8.2 (1084) on Windows 10. If I update a password (or other field) on my Mac and sync it via WebDAV, it sometimes doesn't get synced on my other devices, e.g. iOS or Windows. Then the correct last modified date appears, but the value is not updated. What's happening? I'm actually very happy with the app, but bugs keep creeping in from time to time. Of course, this is normal. But with faulty basic functions, this is very annoying. I just have to be able to rely on my password manager. If I always have to be afraid of losing information, that's not good... Please help!

I am using Widows 10 and use Auto Backup of passwords to a specified Onecloud folder. In that folder I see the current all the previous backups listed but when I try to open any of them I get a message that Word cannot open because of missing or damaged data. Is this just a security feature? Will the Restore command in the Enpass app actually work if I ever need it? Thanks...Robert Smith

I'm running 6.8.2 (1084) on Windows desktop and no matter what I do, I cannot get either Tags or Categories to show in the left-hand navigation tree. I've noticed this on the past several versions, but I've been hopeful that updates would resolve the problem, but that's just not happened, so here I am. Is there any way to get this functionality to work? I really want those 2 features to work, and not having them makes navigating the program such a headache. Thank you for any help that can be provided!

Hi, i want to setup a sync to my cloud space using webdav. I get the error message: counld not connect to webdav folder - check user name and password. I use the product storage box, hosted by hetzner in germany. Device Windows 10 PC link for webdav access https://u000000-sub1.your-storagebox.de user u000000-sub1 pw password Using the exact same link and credentials in windows lets me connect just fine. Changing the link to https://u000000-sub1.your-storagebox.de/remote.php/webdav/ made no difference. Any Ideas? Kind regards

When I click on an email field, enpass shows a list of all the emails I have added to enpass since I started using it. Most of the emails shown are removed from enpass and some of them are deleted. I had a number of unwanted emails on that suggestion list. It's a little bit annoying. Can you suggest a way to update the email suggestion list? I've tried reinstalling the desktop app. But nothing has changed. Installed from: Microsoft Store. Version: 6.82.1084.0 OS: Windows 11 64bit

Hello! I encountered a strange issue with the Windows App v6.8.2 (1084), which I'm currently using on two Asus VivoBook S15 notebooks. In one of those the App is running flawlessly, but on the other one it's constantly force closing. I tried with uninstall and re-install, but the issue remains the same. enpass ucrtbase.dll 0xc0000409 1000 windows 11 I get an error after starting the first time. How can we resolve that. 1. Problem was just on installation. After choosing Google for my Save it did not accept my master password. After restarting all new, it has accepted. 2. When first data is displayed (my passwords-entries from the file) there conmes up registration screen, but then after other few seconds the app disappears. I had installed the Store version. Hello Enpass Team, I am on Desktop (Windows PC) Enpass, v. 6.8.2 I use OneDrive Personal to sync my Primary Vault. My Onedrive account is active, and all passwords up to date etc. Currently, whenever I go into Settings and attempt to sync my Primary Vault, Enpass stays in the Synchronizing phase and never stops (with either a timeout error, or a completion of they sync.) What can I do to remedy this? I have: - logged directly into my Onedrive, and kept it active during this process - Completely exited Enpass, and then restarted it while having the Onedrive active and logged in I know that this is more of a bug report than feature request…

Dear Forum, I updated today to V6.5.0. and have a small graphics problem. In the program but also in the browser-extensions the last parts of a line/headline are always cut off on the right side or bottom in the menu, in the single entries or generated passwords. It seems, a pixel row is missing. The problem occurs in the traditional version as well as in the store version. I use Windows 2004 (latest update) and a 4k resolution. The error is independent of the text scaling size. I have included two screenshots. This error occurs only with ENPASS. Does anyone have an idea what could happen? Cheers RUDI

New user here on the Windows app v. 6.8.2 (1084) (business standard plan trial account). I'd like to create a secondary vault which I want to share with other people on my team. I have managed to create a secondary vault (which is on the same MS 360 account of the company than the primary vault), as well as a private vault (which is on my private Google Drive). However, I cannot add any passwords to the secondary vault. When logging into a webpage the sidebar only proposes the “Standard” and the “Private” vault as possible destinations for new passwords. I want to create a vault synced to google drive but I need to get rid of an old vault that was previously synced to the same google drive account that I have stupidly lost the pw for. To clarify, in agonising detail: I previously synced a vault to google drive that I then lost the password for (must have stored it in Enpass primary vault wrong! - Why didn't I use Enpass's automatic 'save new vault pw in primary vault' function?!). I have found a bug that I can reproduce anytime. This crash keeps happening when I click on the taskbar tray icon while Enpass is just running in the background. After clicking on the taskbar tray icon, Enpass crashes for unknown reasons. Another error happens afterwards when I want to select my key file after restarting - here Enpass hangs again and I have to quit it via Task Manager. Only after this and after a new restart of Enpass the WIndows Explorer appears to select the key file. I have created a video of this for you. Whenever I go back a image with Macrium Reflect sometimes I lose the previous logins/passwords I added. Only a few but still. Maybe I am doing it wrong ? Any solution ? Sure I could backup manually the local files but then there is no way to replace them easily to Enpass after going back a previous image. At least not that I know of.
